This was easily the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I flew in from out of state to look at a car I had found online and discussed with them. They had it out front all cleaned up and ready to go. The negotiation and purchase process was very low pressure and streamlined. Everybody I dealt with was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I received some dealer and manufacturer swag and a big tech briefing on the car. I highly recommend you do your car shopping at a Findlay dealership. After a very comfortable, thorough and instructive sales experience with Bianca earlier this summer (purchasing our 2021 XC90), we incurred a chipped windshield on a road trip in September. What’s usually a boring drawn out process of setting the car up to exactly how I would like it, it was so much fun and I had a great time I didn’t want it to end so I just kept asking questions 😂. All right guys I don’t know where and how to start. Long story short I was looking for a new car for weeks. I did my research online, went to couple of other dealerships and no luck. It was so stressful to find a new car especially being a first time buyer and having all the different cars to choose from. To be honest I wasn’t even considering Volvo as my choice. The service is poor they started using aftermarket parts not own anymore a have an issue with the brakes on my 2019 Volvo XC90 and they can’t explain why it make a loud noise every time a brake the answer is not original parts used

The process was quick and easy. I called ahead and Diane Casiello had the car I bought prepped and ready for my test drive. After that it was just the process of signing papers. I received a great value on my trade.

I appreciated everyone at Volvo so much! Wayne was my salesmen and he was so kind and helpful. I was in a bind! My BMW failed me, needed a new engine...and I was suddenly without a car. The Volvo dealership was so chill. No hyenas there. Lol! It was comfortable. I was there with my two young children and the employees were so accommodating. I went in to test drive one of the vehicles I found online and found it was a bit too small. I asked Wayne if there was a similar vehicle but larger- I’ve never ridden in a Volvo before and knew nothing about them. He showed me the next size up but it wasn’t quite as sporty looking as I would prefer....but it was the lesser expensive option. I appreciated that Wayne did not try to up sale me at all. It was all my doing when I wanted to find more features. As I was browsing he asked if me or my husband was in the military because he wanted to offer any discounts that could be available to us... he was so accommodating and forward with everything. I ended up purchasing a 2021 xc60 all wheel drive T5 model. It’s so sporty and drives amazing. It’s got every feature you could imagine. It’s classy, not flashy. A mom car dream. I’m thankful for Wayne. I did two test drives and all of the paper work in the matter of 3 hours. It was quick, and again, all of the employees were so kind and lovely. I’m blessed I was able to do business at Findlay Volvo. Thank you!

I started car shopping about 2 weeks ago. Knew exactly what I wanted. Porsche Panamera. After seeing several dealerships and wasnt too impressed, I came across a new listing on Auto Trader by Findlay Volvo for the exact model, year and color I was looking for with only 31k miles on it. We have to post this review for Findlay Volvo - and specifically for Diane Casiello who helped us in our Volvo purchase. My wife and I are committed Volvo owners and this is our 3rd Volvo in 15 years. We have dealt with many sales people in the past, and the experience has never left a very pleasant memory...until now. Diane by far is the best sales specialist we have ever dealt with - not just at Volvo but at any dealership over the 40 years we have been purchasing vehicles! We purchased a Volvo S60 Inscription with Dianes help. Diane greeted us and made us feel at home, took us to the car we were interested in and walked us through all of the basic features. We then went back to her office where she guided us - not pushed us - but guided us through our options. The whole experience was informative, friendly and even a little fun! We were planning on financing through our credit union, but Diane actually found us a better interest rate! We had a trade in and negotiated a bit on the price for that with their finance manager, but this was again, very straightforward and low pressure. We also received a great hands-on tutorial from Terrance who is enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with.To top this all off - Diane informed us that their main system was down and that our car did in fact need a software upgrade for which we would need to return. We live in St. George Utah and it is a 2 hour drive back to Las Vegas for us. However, we were also leaving on a trip the following Friday. Diane had us drop the car off at Findlay and keep it there for the week while they did the upgrade and some additional checks on the car (including another free wash!). She also paid for our Lyft rides from the dealership to the airport...including a return ride on our way back to pick up the car!We received top-notch service from Diane and the team at Findlay and would recommend them to anyone looking for their next - or first! - Volvo.

Flew down to Las Vegas from SoCal after corresponding via email about a 2020 XC90 T8.The numbers looked decent and the deal seemed better than anything Ive found in California.Ive had my doubts (based on previous experiences with other dealers) but upon arriving the numbers didnt change, the deal was the same as promised and the car was there.It was the first time I travelled 300 miles for a car but it was worth it.Thank you Bianca & James for making it easy and painless!I will definitely refer friends to Findlay Volvo Las Vegas.

I was in need of key fob programming as my vehicle was stolen. Findlay Volvo not only completed maintenance within a timely manner, but arranged to have my vehicle towed from the impound to the dealership at no cost to me. A beautiful representative, both on the inside and outside, had the vehicle washed and waiting for me when I arrived to the dealership. This company exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Cant believe Im saying this but they made buying a car FUN! Nice people. Salesman Ed Salvatierra was awesome - found me exactly what I was looking for in a pre-owned car and he didnt waste my time with cars that didnt have the features I was looking for. Dealership was beautiful and cold water was great ;) and it was stress free. No pressure, but lots of information. The service department detailed my car and made it look like new and did it in record time. As a bonus - when I drove my Lexus to the car to pick up the Volvo - they noticed a bumper issue that Lexus told me they couldnt fix -- and Volvo fixed it on the spot for me! AND - I got a great price - the Sonic price was lower than what my research on Consumer Reports told me I would probably have to spend. I am 100% satisfied -- Id recommend this place to anyone, even if you dont want a Volvo because they also have a LOT of different brands of pre-owned cars, and Ed can find you anything you are looking for.

My husband and I had been looking for a specific S90 that only 2 dealerships had in stock. We decided to fly out to Las Vegas to purchase the car from Rob. My wife and I recently got into a beautiful S60 T8. This is our fourth Volvo and we couldn’t be happier. Priscilla our sales person really did a great job explaining the car and helping us get what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and never pushed us to make any decisions. We had the chance to talk the with Jim the GM of the Dealership. Jim was a real stand up guy and helped us make our decision. Fred and CJ were both amazing! As was the Sales Manger, but I did not catch his name. I sold my Lexus at the beginning of the COVID quarantine/lockdown, and in October I needed to buy a cheap used car - under $20k - to hold me over until the economy improves. I was ready to buy a Tesla in March - but cant afford one now due to my reduced COVID income. We looked at a lot - mostly BMW and Lexus - and were always treated as sub-par customers at that price point - looking at old, beat-up cars with a lot of miles... until we came to Volvo. They have 5-star service, and we walked away with a certified pre-owned S60, under warranty with 1% financing for well under my budget. My car looks and feels brand new - has more features/tech than my $65K Lexus had. While I only planned on keeping it a year or so until I can buy a Tesla, now, I love his car, and am excited to see Volvo’s upcoming electric line up. I’m so blown away with the quality of this car, they may just have a customer for life if/when they go full electric!

My Volvo buying journey started at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale in Arizona on 09/11/2020. My daily driver 1994 Volvo purchased new was ready to be traded in. I test drove a 2017 S90, and really liked it. What I didnt like was how I was treated (I had two older vehicle trades, and bullet proof credit). The salesman kind of laughed at my trades and made promises of following-up with photos and videos of another car they were getting in (the next day or so). His poor attitude and lack of follow-thru, and my gut feeling about the whole experience told me to look elsewhere.That same night, I found another 2017 Volvo S90 online in a color I liked Only problem it was in Las Vegas, NV at Findlay Volo, and I live in Phoenix, AZ. I sent a text request to get the E price via the Findlay website. The next morning (Saturday 09/12/20 at 9:43 AM I had a response from Rico Gimmellie - Executive Volvo Brand Specialist. He confirmed the painless price and gave me more details about the Volvo I asked about. By 11:51 he asked if I wanted him to send a video of the Volvo. I couldnt believe it and said sure (how nice is that?) In the Las Vegas heat he made a complete tour video of the Volvo (inside and out).I asked him if Findlay would take my two older trades. He said Yes. He also walked me through how painless it would be to buy a car out of state. By 2PM after all of Ricos 100% top notch customer service - I asked if he would hold the car? Rico said yes with a deposit. By that time it was too late for me to get to Las Vegas driving before Findlay closed. The next Friday 09/18/2020 I and my partner drove our 15 year old cars from Phoenix to Las Vegas (302 miles one way) and a (4 & 1/2 hour drive one way). By 4PM we had left our two 15 year old longtime friends in the Findlay lot on Sahara Avenue and made two new friends in Rico Gimmellie and Findlay Volvo! - The whole experience was 100% customer satisfaction. Rico Gimmellie and Findlay were extremelypro-active in COVID-19 safety. From test drive to showroom social distancing, etc... Rico Gimmelie even presented me with a gift bag at the end of the transaction (that was full of Volvo swag). What a nice and genuine gesture!!! Rico Gimmellie is a credit to Findlay Volvo of Las Vegas, and Rico Gimmellie, Jim Diguilio (General Manager of Findlay Volvo) and Findlay Volvo are a credit to the Volvo brand and the Volvo Corporation! - I will recommend Findlay Volvo of Las Vegas to anyone and will consider them first and foremost when I need or want another Volvo. My only regret is I cant get mine serviced there. I never would of thought I would drive (604 total miles) and spend (8 hours and 80 minutes) of my time to purchase a car elsewhere and get it back home to Arizona in the same day. Findlay Volvo of Las Vegas made it all worthwhile from my very first text message. I would do it all again without hesitation. The Findlay Volvo quality, friendliness, no pressure sales, over the top customer service and genuine attitude to do right by the customer and leave them with smile on their face will win you over. Great cars. Less one star because they tried twice to sell me maintenance outside of of my warranty that I didnt need and when I objected told me whats the difference to you, we get to write it off anyway ... Read: tried to sell me completely new engine (engine had nothing wrong with it) on a brand new, less than a year old car. Salesman also attempted to do maintenance under the hood after hours and lost a screw under the hood. Spent hours looking for it...But, overall would recommend Volvo cars in general to anyone. Theyve saved our lives before and theyre reliable cars.

They gave us an extremely fair price for our used SUV and really worked with us to get us in the car we wanted for the payment we wanted. 1st time there. GREAT customer service from Jarrett Wallace in their Service Dept. Friendly, professional, polite, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. I just had a couple of questions and couldnt find the answers in the manual. He took the time to walk outside to where my car was parked and showed me how to program (reset the computer) to adjust the exterior side view mirrors so they worked properly. Ill be back!

Arriving at the dealer for my appointment an hour early I had to wait until a service rep was available. This took only a few minutes. My rep, Jim, was busy with another customer so a different rep performed the initial paperwork and examination of the car. While waiting for Jim several employees passed by but none acknowledged me or offered a good morning or hello. I was annoyed at this.After a short time Jim finally addressed me and completed the paperwork on my car. He arranged for a loaner and I was on my way. He called a few hours later advising the work on my car would take longer than originally estimated. A few hours later he called saying the car was ready.When I picked it up it was washed and detailed - a very good job.Overall I was pleased with the service and the attention given to my vehicle. My only issue was that the service people did not acknowledge my presence until I was ready to be serviced.The coffee is great.

He was very knowledgeable. He was great at representing the highly respected Findlay brand, known for unmatched sales and service.

He wasnt pushy and was very patient.We did wait 4 hours in the Volvo dealership while they processed our loan and then were told we couldnt take the car for a week while the rest of the paper work was processed. That sucked! The finance guy is crazy.Besides the paperwork issues we had an awesome experience!

So Im not one to rate a car dealership five stars, but I had two awesome experiences at Volvo of Las Vegas. My husband and I were in the market for a new luxury SUV and, being concerned about safety ratings and reading the rave reviews in Car and Driver, we decided to check out Volvo.Melissa jumped to help us out, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, low-pressure, and had a cool, laid back vibe. We both absolutely loved her. After taking a test drive, we decided to think it over for a week and made a future appointment to come back and meet with Melissa when we had more time to explore the new vehicle.Once again, Melissa was great. She honestly could effortlessly (and correctly) answer every single question we had about the car. Weve been car shopping around for months and hands down she was the salesperson with the most authority out of all the places we visited (including Porsche, Lexus, BMW, Audi, and Mercedes). She took us on a lengthy test drive and spent a ton of time with us, demonstrating all the cool semi-autonomous features. She explained every option in depth and was simply great all around.When we asked, she thoroughly explained the European delivery program too. For those of you looking at purchasing a new Volvo, ask about it! It was a huge selling point for us and almost made purchasing a car too good to pass up..but a trip to Sweden to the Volvo factory wasnt enough of a positive for us to buy the car.Eventually we decided against the Volvo and went with the Mercedes instead, but we were both super impressed with the professionalism and courtesy at this dealership. We made the decision after discussing it at length (for the record, we decided against the Volvo because of the sheer panoramic sunroof shade, the boxy exterior body style, and the ridiculously inefficient self parking feature -- seriously, it would make it HARDER to park, not EASIER)! However, we will definitely consider purchasing a Volvo in the future, and I will absolutely ask for Melissa by name.

This is a pretty nice dealership. They wash your car really well after they are done with the maintenance. The Waiting area could be nicer for a high-end vehicle dealership. The major complaint I have is that its really difficult when you call the main number to get someone in service to actually answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Sometimes I have to call back numerous times because after the operator answers, the phone rings and rings and it just goes to a voicemail of someone that I have no clue who it is. Other than that its a decent place. They always send me 10% off service coupons in the mail. I wish they would bring back the 20% off coupons because they are very expensive to work on your vehicle. The reason its getting four stars and not 5 is because of the difficulty in getting a live person to answer the phone in service to schedule an appointment other than that pretty decent. Im changing my review from a 2 star rating to 5. I had originally come here when it was still Volvo of Las Vegas. Since changing ownership to Findlays, the experience here has vastly improved. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. I only went in for service this trip, but I can assure you that my next vehicle purchase will be here.

Services was excellent, I had a flat tire on interstate highway and I had to tow it to nearest dealership (this was the one). Service personnel was prompt attending my request to replace the bad tire before end of business with short notice. I have had ups and downs with the service department at Volvo but I have to acknowledge Bailey, he is extreme professional at all times and does everything he can. He tries to get you in and out on your way, I really hope they continue to better the service of their techs and diagnostics quality but at least Bailey deserves a review and because of him I am giving it 5 stars.

From the time I stepped out of the car I was greeted by a friendly face. Melissa and Gary were amazing through the whole process. When the car I inquired about sold, they called and notified me but also showed me more options that were very comparable, They helped me get into an almost brand new car and found financing that worked with my budget. I felt like family they interacted with my son while helping us finalize paperwork, and just treated us like real people.
