My salesperson was extremely helpful and patient, and made sure I walked out with the best possible deal even though I changed my mind on the car I wanted to go with midway through the negotiation. The managers went above and beyond to get me to a payment I was comfortable with, and they were able to take the balance of the loan from my trade in and work it into my new loan at a much lower interest rate.I shopped the numbers around across town, and this was by far the best deal area. I highly recommend them for your next car.

My son is the Class of 2020. No prom, no graduation, these kids got a bum deal. Decided to get him a car for graduation to reward him for his accomplishments before college. Looked around for a bit and finally found the car at Boktor Motors. Charis called me within an hour to let me know the car was still available and see if wanted to set an appointment to come check it out. Got there the next day and met Charis. She was very kind, low-key, pleasant and very non-pushy. The owner, Mena (a fellow vet) came out after the test drive and was also very low key and pleasant. The car was very clean and looked to be in great mechanical condition. Owner had no problem letting my mechanic look it over and run some simple diagnostics right there. They made me a great deal, in minutes, for my son. I was barely there for an hour total! I would recommend, if you see a car at Boktor Motors....you definitely give them a shot!

I bought a 06 f250 diesel from this place; the entire experience was very pleasant! I test drove 12 different trucks before I found this place; and I can’t say the same about other dealers. The people here are just amazing the owner is very easy going and reasonable. I bought a truck from this place and have had zero issues; I mean zero issues! I would send anyone from my mom and dad to my brother here to buy a car. When I go truck shopping again I’m coming here!

We bought a ford Edge from their and got a great price and service. there was a problem with the catalytic converter and they went and got it fixed for us when they could have sold it to us and had it be our problem but no they went out of their way to get it fixed sure we werent able to get it that day but we were able to get to the next day with no problemsSo anyone looking for a good car for a good deal its a good service go here because you cant beat the prices. Do not waste your time. I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz 80k miles and and was told it passed inspection and it never had problems. But the head gasket blew out after 2 weeks of purchase. The owner Nina was very rude and unprofessional when I contacted him about it. The dealership tried saying it was my fault and that I drove it while it was overheating, but I did not. I was also told misleading information about my warranty. One of of the employees, Charis, told me that I can take my car to any Chevy dealership and pay a $100 deductible to fix it but that wasn’t even true.

So far, so good! The staff is very friendly and personable, the cars are dealer bought and in great condition. My wife and I might purchase a car from here soon. Well let you know!

Integrity Questionable AF, conman/conwomen...Purchased a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee early march 1 month after my purchase the cam lifter is now bad causing a tick, ac compressor bad not blowing any A.C., front shocks are shot and now the brakes pads are beyond squeaking and are now grinding down the rotors. I understand this was a used vehicle but I wouldve thought the company had more integrity to tell me about some of these problems before my purchase especially after discussing my concerns for the vehicle...I honestly feel as if I got ripped off
