I was sold a boxed Kicker 12 speaker, a Blaupunkt 1000 watt (1 Channel) amp + install total $750. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hrs....after roughly 6+ hours it was finished. The feedback is horrible. I took it back and an adjustment was made....no difference. I was ripped of majorly after looking up the equipment online. I was told at least 4 times Cash Only when the sign says cash or credit. I tried to get a copy of the bill but was told it could not be found. I dont think the guy doing installs knew anything about Cadillacs, at least not mine. I still have a horrible feedback issue. Stay away, or risk getting burned like I did.

Kind of pricey we didnt have what I needed for a stock vehicle wanted kind of like aftermarket stock stuff didnt really carry it other than that theyre pretty well equipped for cars that are like older and semi new I mean theyll do any car no problem but theyre pretty stock for older vehicles right away that can take care of stuff for older vehicles but definitely they do a lot of things here they do lights a lot of sound systems tinted windows so they do a lot of stuff so if youre into the lights since the windows give them a shot check them out

I went there to have my radio worked on, the technician, was on his phone the hole time well working my car. Then when he was finished he said that due to the model of my car that the device for the steering wheel didn’t work! Then tried to tell me that he was going to charge me full price for something he had no clue what he was doing! I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO PLACE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO CAR AUDIO!

- WIRED SYSTEM WRONG- BLEW Rockford Fosgate SUBS, BLAMED ME, NO RECONCILIATION. I went in with expensive amp and SUBS i had taken out of my other vehicle that were in perfect condition. Rockford fosgate and industry leader 1500ds amp, 2-12 subs and a lc2 converter to have installed in 2006 325i. A basic installation to add base to your stock system. There was no test done with me present, my car was simply pulled around the front of the store, he handed me the keys and went inside. Long story short, the install was sloppy. Amp mounted with drywall mix match screws, not level and ultimately the wires were ran wrong causing to much power flow to the amp and one power surge blew a coil in each sub.They told me it wasnt wired wrong, took no responsibility and literally laughed at me when I said they should at least replace them with something comparable. I have had 3 different shops tell me it was 100% an installation error and power surge that blew out a coil on each speaker. I went in with expensive working system and left with two blown subs. I will be calling the BBB and I encourage others who have had similar experience to do so. Its the best way to help others avoid getting deceived and ripped off.

Took my Yukon in for a line out converter ended up leaving with it installed plus my 4 channel amplifier. Juan is amazing at getting it done not only professionally and quick as possible. But the lowest price as well. Will be returning for Tint and upgrading on my other vehicles!

I cam here and got an alarm from them and the alarm went out they do not want to replace it and they want me to pay for it and its a bad alarm they still havent fixed my alarm on my truck and trying to make me pay for another one I hope nobody go there for alarms because they always go out I have a few friends that have got alarms put in here and they all went out and they did not want to replace them just keep lying saying they dont have none so they was forced to go to audio express to get new alarms put in they take your money and make u pay extra when they stuff fail they dont want to change this is a bad place to go to for business there unprofessional on how they talk to you

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend Juan and his team.There was a mix up on the speakers I ordered Initially (they where the same brand but much lower quality) and unfortunately i didn’t figure it out until after they were installed and paid for.When I called the next day, I was expecting the same old runaround I’m used to getting from businesses nowadays.Instead, they not only got the speakers I wanted, the next day, but they even surprised me with a much higher quality set than I ordered in the first place.They even took out the low quality speakers and replaced them at no additional Costs to the original estimate even through there was much more work involved.Thanks again Juan & Juan!!! My Jeep is rocking now because of you guys!!!!
