They do great with deliveries and they work with you if you need to alter the order in any way. I will definitely do all of my balloon and party shopping at this particular Party City, delivery or otherwise. I had a last minute change and the store changed my delivery time no problem. Store seems so sad for it to be called Party City. Service was terrible which I’ve come to expect these days. The really annoying part was the price for air! I had a Virgo themed party and ordered special balloons from an online vendor. My plan was to buy 15 at party city and have them blow up 15 that I brought in. It actually costs the exact same to blow up 15 as it was to buy 15. I expected to pay for the helium of course, but not the exact amount. Something seems off with this. I asked the clerk where the mylar balloons were as she only pointed me in the latex balloons when I arrived. She said, back wall. Since they had 4 associates but only 1 register open, I did the proper thing not to waste people’s time and just said forget the Mylar balloons. Losing money daily based on the poor service.

Love the store, there were balloons, costumes and I get it it just stupid that I only like this part but I really like that they have simpl dimpl but there 11 bucks so to expensive

Well it had a nice selection of things when their prices werent too bad but if you buy anything from the clearance aisle you have to wait about 15 minutes to get the manager to come down and verify that there has been a change in the price.

For many years I have shopped at Party City for all of my Halloween costumes. Two locations both had empty shelves .The layout has changed Dramatically by downsizing their selection of party and Holiday items.

We ordered 5 balloon bouquets 2 weeks prior to our event to make sure they would be done on time for our pick up. When we arrived at our designated time, we waited in line for 30 minutes while other orders were blown up. When we finally reached the clerk, our order was not even started and they had to search for it. We were told to come back in 39 minutes because they were running behind! 30 minutes turned into over 45 minutes before we left the store. A newer employee was helping but added too much high goat so his balloons were drinking.... When eeoyt the balloons up this morning half were NOT floating at all. Never going back!

I want to give a huge shout out to James! I think he’s the supervisor. We came in to get a balloon bouquet for my mother for her 55th birthday! I was really unsure of what colors I wanted for it, I told him she liked pink and black and he put together a gorgeous balloon bouquet for her. He let my kids blow up all the balloons and was engaging with them and making them laugh and it was a really good experience! James, keep doing what you’re doing! You can tell you love your job and that your customers are valuable to you.

I was impressed by the nature of service here. They definitely were attentive and very helpful!

They got our order out in 45miWe went in a lil before closing .It was good over all.Ballons lasted days.

I needed some numbered balloons and knew I could get them here. Just be forewarned, it seems as they’re primarily in the balloon business now and they’re EXPENSIVE. The smaller number balloons are $12/EACH. For a balloon. And they love to upswell everything else. Extra for a trash bag, extra for “high flow” gel they put in the mouth of the balloon, etc.Just a tip, the foil balloons are only $1 at dollar tree!

Manager was rather rude to me, and before he even talked to me. First, I walked in stood in line, another customer walks in behind me (woman) and he proceeds to walk around me, and ask her how he could help her. Another employee observed this and tried to step in to do damage control, he overheard us talking about the order I was there to pick up. And yells someone already came and picked that up, we called your company and you guys dont know how to answer the phone so I repeated the last name on the order, and it was not the order he assumed I was there for, and he looked rather foolish for making an assumption. So when he said to have a good night I wasnt very friendly back to him. That was not called for. Not good cs

Cancel all of my order because they didn’t have 1 balloon available had to drive to a different location across town.... I’m so disappointed will never order balloons from this location worst location!!!!!!

Went up to a employee to ask a question and was told to go wait in the checkout line. While i was in line she called him and started talking to him. Turns out they didnt have what i needed. Not going back.

Its great for theme character decorations but for any soild colors go to the .99 cent.

This year I purchase two costumes, witch one of them should have lite up, so before Halloween I had my girl try it on and this is when we found out that the lights did not work, so I want back to exchange the out fit, unfortunately we were told they had no more, it was a dry answer, sorry was there answer. Thats fine I understand things happen, my suggestion is test out the products before you sell them.

Very wide and spacious isles but they did not have much on the mandalorian or baby yoda which my daughter loves and asked for specifically.

I purchased a balloon bouquet to celebrate my birthday and one balloon completely deflated DURING the drive home.The rest of the bouquet remained inflated for a decent period of time. Returning for a replacement was not worth the time, gas and effort.

Rude. no help. Half of the store was completely empty. over priced for things just to break when I started setting up and 100000% no need to the high fly or the upgrade air for the balloons didn’t do it and they lasted wayyyy longer then 8 hrs. Don’t recommend going to any party city.

Went here to pick up items for my twins birthday party. First the themes are very outdated. I mean they have a 2005 cars theme and even Betty boop but do not carry fortnite themed items. Second when I went to the counter with my items I stood there for quite a few minutes while a line formed behind me. It wasnt until quite some time later one of the many associates blowing up balloons finally walked over and told me the line was at the balloon counter. Third the associate then took EVERY customer that was behind me...before he rang up my items. By the time I got up to him he was quick to try to alleviate my anger by telling me a story about how when he was a kid he used to crush up smarties candy and snort them for fun....I have not gone back to this store since.

This was my first visit to this Party City location. Great inventory in the well stocked, neat and orderly store. Reasonable prices. I ordered the plastic dinner plates in several colors. They were at a wonderful sale price! I also bought complementary dinner napkins and some birthday cards. The staff was so helpful. Dawn, Brian and James all made my shopping experience at this location enjoyable!

I was impressed at how huge this place feels. I actually found a pair of cat ears in February for my granddaughters spirit week. Worth a look even if you dont throw parties. Large selection of cake decorating and chocolate making supplies. Will go back again and again. Bonus points for not making me go to Walmart.

I had an issue with my online order (for pickup) that also included a balloon order for my daughters 13th birthday. When I arrived at the store to pickup the items, some were missing and the balloons were not even available at this location. I was a little worried but kept my cool, as I myself have worked retail and know that things happen. Donna was absolutely amazing, got a new balloon order finished and in plenty of time for my daughter’s special night. Thank you!

Absolutely UNSAFE place to be during this time! Theres not enough 6ft markers, but worse than that, check out line backs up to entrance. 8 people behind the counter for 2 checkouts. I asked, they said its not possible to social distance!! Waited 1 hour in all that germs to learn it would be another hour. They want you to order on line..Ive been hacked, so no ty.

Wow ! I never seen customer service like this .This is the far worst party city I been too . In a good location but bad employees . After looking at Halloween stuff I found the things I was looking for a whole sections of them.( Tyler cashier stated they don’t have anymore) . This LOCATION needs to be RETRAINED there employees and management needs to be trained as well. I definitely NOT recommend this party city .1. No greeting2. Was not helpful ( when I asked where can I find a certain item ) cashier/ floor associate just stated “ we don’t have any “.3. NO thank you or did you find everything?

I ordered Nightmare Before Christmas items online, their website said the items were available for in-store pick-up. They called me to tell me that the items werent available because they were in their Christmas bundle and wont be on the floor for another 2 weeks. Their website had the items listed as Halloween items. Either they do not know what items they sell or their employee took my items for themselves or their friends. Not a dependable company at all. Not a good online shopping experience at all, ruined by their own employee at the Centennial store.

Tons of fun stuff for any party theme you could imagine. I went here with my son specifically for balloons to make balloon animals. They had a little kit with balloons, a pump, and instructional booklet for like $7 or $8. Fun times for a 5 year old.

I have 4 nieces and nephews and my grandson so there is a birthday all the time. I enjoy the different options they provide for both boys and girls. Prices are reasonable and usually everything is in stock. We spend about $100 on party supplies every birthday.

Always great with me and my orders.Going today for some big 21st Birthday arrangements. I will let you know how it goes and turns out.

Its a decent location. They have the selection and the staff is friendly. Nothing that wows me but nothing that bums me out and makes me not want to come back. Good location. Clean. Gets a little chaotic around Halloween, but otherwise, good place.

Only one register was open. The gal inflating the balloons put way too much helium in them: two popped 15 min after I bought them. Wasted 40 min just to get a few balloons. Smh.

Help was good when I searched for things but a cashiers was very brash(even making a joke about strippers with kids standing right there) smh... A good experience turned bad at check-out, some people just have no respect for the innocence of a child. Get it together cashiers.

I loved this store when it was at the other location. Now that it’s off of Ann it seems messy and just not right. I am so dissatisfied .

Great place, and prices are good. Especially during Halloween time, dont go to Halloween City or the other pop-up seasonal stores for thinks like makeup. Party City has way better prices.

A little raggedy and unorganized inside but customer service was great greeted me soon as I walked in and asked if I need help finding anything. That prices were ok they didnt have what I was looking for.

Went to look for Halloween costumes for the grandkids - kids costumes are way toi expensive there and at Spirit Halloween. Did buy a few small Halloween decorations that were priced right. They seemed a bit lacking at the registers. 3 people back there one blowing up ballons and showing another how...which left 1 person. But thet did have a help wanted sign in the window.

The workers here were absolutly fabulous. They halped my boyfriend and I get everything we needed for my sons 2nd birthday!

I had so much trouble getting a banner printed at 3 Party City locations since all their printers seemed to be out! I was really pushed for time, but when I called this location and explained my situation I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who actually wanted to help me! Kiahni went out of her way to take my order over the phone since her location was 13 miles away from me. She sent me the proof via email which I approved. I sent my husband to pay for it the next day and she gave it to us within 10 minutes! She was amazing. She didn’t have to go to all the trouble she went through. I am so grateful to her for listening to my dilemma and going out of her way to get me that banner in time. Nobody at any of the other locations (Arroyo Crossing) cared to help, even though I had explained my situation. Thank you Kiahni for all that you did!

My experience at this location was absolutely awful!I placed an online order 11/9/18 for pick up at this store. My order included balloons which I selected to be inflated during my online check-out. This same day I reached out to the store to notify them of when I’d be picking up my order. At that time, an associate notified me that I would need to place a balloon order. Ok, no worries. However, 2 hours later (while I’m working) the manager Terry calls me to ask for additional information that was left incomplete. This is when I found out not only did the previous associate give me the wrong information regarding the process, Terry asked me the same exact questions that I had already answered. Ok, again no worries not a big deal.On the day of pick up, I arrived to the store and was helped by the associate I later found out was the one who left my order incomplete because per his words “Oh yeah, I went on break right after.” He asks my name to retrieve my order and I notice him going for the wrong order. I stop him before he had the chance to give it to me because I knew it wasn’t mine. He apologies and let’s me know that my order is not ready because of non payment. WHAT?! Are you serious? I placed this order online, it’s paid for! So I guess they were trying to upsell me on air so it was a few cents per balloon (I ordered 6 latex). At this point I’m annoyed and ask to speak to a manager. While he goes to grab the manager, a female associate who’s working on balloons decides to step in with a very nasty attitude escalating the situation. The manager Terry comes out and guess what? She seems annoyed! How?! I’m the customer and your store is creating the issue by making mistakes. How hard is it to take accountability and fix the issue? Not at all where they emphatic showing any concerns for my frustration. So I asked that the air they were trying to upsell me on be comped because the whole experience was ridiculous and my order was still was not ready. The associate filling balloons then says to me that my order is ready. Uhh yea, that’s because you were filling them as the issue was happening! Ok, cool I have my balloons. Now where is the rest of my order? Obviously not at the cashwrap because Terry had to go grab it from the back.My interaction with this store should have been very short as my order was placed online and should’ve been prepared at my arrival. I’m confused how it became difficult to walk into a store to pick up an online order. Never have I ever!

Wish you could leave zero stars, first they where out of everything trolls, horrible selection for trolls kids birthday partys (they did have a lot of minnie mouse) then I get in line behind where the only cashier is blowing up ballons for a customer. No one else is in line behind but then someone else walks up behind and gets in line as the cashier with a smart attitude says you have to get in line, so i start walking over on the front side because i was clearly there first and with an attitude again says no you have to walk on the other side. What, so Ive clearly been waiting and now you want me to get in line behind people who clearly walked up after me. Maybe if you said it respectfully or even said im sorry. When i called to ask for her name to leave a review she hesitated and then said her name was kristen. I was a cashier for over ten years, those are the things that make you not wanna come back. Bad cashiers!
