Outstanding online order experience. Was looking for an item that nobody had in stock due to limited color availability. Everyone said 4-6 month back order from manufacturer. These guys had it in stock. Was very skeptical as I’m in Kentucky and they are in Vegas and I had never heard of them. Did a quick Google search and everything looked good so thought I’d give it a try. Within hours of ordering i got notification it was shipped. I ordered it Friday afternoon and just received it Monday afternoon. Could not be more pleased and would highly recommend. Even came with a nice Thank you card for giving them a shot.

Ill make this brief because I reported the incident to the staff in store. However, Diego isnt qualified for service work. He should never be allowed to communicate with customers. He really is interested in seeking help when he doesnt have information and decided not to assist me based on his preference. I almost left the store but stayed because Angela came over to help me and was wonderful. Also the manager Ashley is wonderful too. I can see why she is a manager. Managed my situation perfectly.

I talked to a knowledgeable and friendly salesman last year but my latest visit was a disappointment. I am looking into upgrading my equipment but I was redirected to check their website for availability and for most questions. What was the point to go in person if they were not willing to answer or help. So, if you know what you are looking for and they have it, skip shipping time and get it on the spot. But, if you are looking for the old shopping experience where you see the items and ask questions, thats not the store for you.

A couple of months ago I had a great experience with buying a S1H and Lens at this store. Forgot to leave a review!!!!! So here it is. When to spend around 7k on gear and they gave me $500 off a very expensive Lens. Forgot his name but while I was paying for everything he told me to hold on he had to make a call. Little did I know he called the owner to see if there was something they can do for me since I was spending cash. Came back and told me they can take a few bucks off, I was astonished!! Thanks guys at B&C camera!!

I recently came to this location because I was in need of an xlr cord. It was an emergency for an event I was helping with, so I was in a bit of a rush. Im not the most tech savy but I had a good idea of what I was looking for and I thought I had found the gender changer for an xlr cord. I asked one of the workers what their return policy was and she said that all sales are final and would only do exchange or if there was something faulty. I was aprehensive because it was $84 but it was an emergency, so I had left.So I rushed back to the event, realized I had the wrong cables. From the packaging it looked like an xlr cord but it didnt fit with the mixboard I was using. I rushed back, looked for the right cords and said that I could exchange items, according to what she said earlier. She denied the exchange and said she couldnt exchange because I ripped the packaging and didnt have the bag that came with the cord. But it wasnt a bag. It was a simple plastic cover with cardboard at the top and in order for me to see the cord, I HAD TO RIP IT OPEN. I had my receipt and I literally returned within 30 minutes. The woman was even claiming that the case was the same as a different package on the shelf, but it wasnt. Despite having my receipt, all of the equipment intact, she wouldnt exchange or let me trade in, so I spent $84 AND I still had to pay for the gender exchanger because I still needed it for my event.Needless to say, I was really shocked and disappointed by what happened. I have the ripped package for proof but I left the equipment and the receipt at the store as I was frustrated. Overall, just really disappointed by this whole exchange.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a very good selection of gear for film and digital photography. They do not develop film, but there are a couple of stores that develop film close by. They also do not carry used gear.

This went from a 5 to a 2. We bought a Canon lens that started malfunctioning less than 3 weeks after purchase and I was just told that I have to figure it out on my own. I just learned this is one of those stores that wont support the products that go out their door unless you purchase an extended warranty.Lucky for us canon is willing to do the warranty work on the lens; the catch is two weeks or more of down time.I value service after the sale far more than the transaction itself so I have to update the rating to reflect the experience.

Absolutely incredible camera shop! When you walk in the door its like stepping into another world, just for cameras! I was greeted by staff immediately. The same person took us around the shop got us what we needed immediately and made his sale. After making a sale the store clerk was still super helpful. He took us around the store and educated us on a few cameras and lenses. Highly recommend stopping here for all your camera needs in Las Vegas.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my camcorder in for repair, but the guy I spoke with that had the heavy accent acted as if he didnt even want to help me. He walked away to ask someone else if they could fix it. Instead of saying well try they said they probably didnt have the parts anymore, but I could buy a new camcorder instead. No, I want to get the one I have fixed. They didnt try and were very dismissive when I walked in. Dont come here for help!!!

What can I say, pleasant experience as a first time visitor. I called in to see if they can a lens in store, they did and held it for me until I arrived an hour later. I walked in with a pleasant greeter which followed the sight of a beautiful woman working there. I asked for Diego who held that lens for me. During checkout he informed me about their diamond protection with great detail which influenced me to purchase it as well as I plan to shoot outdoors more often. Ill definitely be adding this store as one of my favorites for everything camera.

I bought a camera there after I was convinced, I was indeed, getting a great deal. The store itself, was WAY better than I imagined it would be. I spoke with a young lady on the phone, who was very helpful and turns out, quite beautiful to boot.

I have mixed feelings about this store. It is one of only a couple camera stores in Las Vegas that have survived the pandemic shutdown and Amazon/online ordering. They do price match but add on sales tax where some online vendors include the tax in the purchase price. So ultimately you may pay more here (nearly 9% more) but if you can not wait for delivery of an online order, B&C camera is your only real option locally. I give them kudos for being a local industry staple and staying in business inspite of the incredibly difficult challenges. Also one or two staff sometimes BS and dont know what they are talking about, one of them in particular really annoys me for this reason. If you dont know the answer to something, dont BS me and learn about what you are selling. Also rental policy here is insane for the size of the deposit they expect. For these reasons, 4 out 5 is the best I would rate.

Best camera store in vegas- better yet, the whole west coast. Everyone at the shop are some of the nicest people, and some of my now- long time friends. They even have a little cute cafe-type-thing where they have snacks & water & coffee all free-of- charge, theyre never stingy about letting you test equipment at all, and do some of the coolest events Ive seen a camera store do. If youre ever in Vegas and/or live here, and want camera stuffs, this is the place to go to.

Just purchased a DSLR Camera online from them. Shipped pretty fast, and it came very nicely packed and wrapped. They really put some effort into the packaging. Highly recommend.

Greatest camera store, very beautiful! Full of every accessories available for cameras. We needed a string for our camera. We looked up on google this place was fairly close to the strip.We came by browsed around for like 20 minutes seen everything possible to see about cameras! We dint even know there is this many accessories. We found what we were looking for. Great store!

After discovering this through searching, I went in looking for a new high-quality video tripod. Ava was very helpful in my selection process, ultimately picking up a Manfrotto tripod. The store was clean and organized, plus it has a nice assortment of other camera equipment. It is a local business, so it is a good thing to support during the pandemic.

Great place for professionals even people just starting out. My first time there was today. They have great quality equipment. I️ believe the rental deposits are a little overboard I️ mean if I️ really wanted to buy the camera I️ might as well if I have to hold the value of the equipment on a card in order to rent. I️ think that defeats the point of renting. But other than that good customer service. Greeted at the door, and someone had answers to all of my questions. I️ will be back to purchase some things.

If I can rate it for even lower I would...such a awesome store but one of the worst employees to ask advice ever haha...had to go through 3 guys to legit get a idea of what I wanted...while 2 through the idk card and when I ask about the affirm loan on how it works, the guy barley seem like he wanted to help from how his vibe or attitude was during the moment...til I talked to some guy with long hair that was patient and gave me personal advice that led me to buy a camera, most props on that guy with the long hair 🙌🏽...but instead buying there led me to buy somewhere else because best buy can handle me if I wanted return than this place from how the 2nd guy I talk to didnt seem like he wanted to handle no returns as if it would be a big problem...start working on employees helping people than just shrugging it out haha

Customer service is really getting annoying, 2 different times, 2 different women, one looked like she didnt want to be there, the other kept talking right over my husband and awful mannerisms. I love this camera shop and the convenience and we were able to buy a good camera, with matching prices to Amazon but we wont keep supporting if this continues. We do love the sell event.

Drove down from Utah to get some camera gear because their are no camera stores in St George area. Got some new kid who couldnt find what I wanted. I had a list of stuff I wanted. Ask him if he could ask someone else and he just sent me on my way. He didnt ask if their was anything else, just suggested I try somewhere else. What a disappointment and waste of my time. Guess Amazon will be getting my money. Sure as hell wont be back here.

This place always makes me feel mixed emotions. The employees are super helpful and informative… However, some of them seem like they are too cool to treat to me like a normal person. It’s strange, some of them have this “ I’m a professional photographer so I know more than you” kind of attitude and it always makes me feel kind of dumb. They always answer my questions thoroughly and direct me to precisely what I need... but sometimes that help is delivered by a patronizing aloof “expert.”That being said, I would be remiss if I did not mention the employees that do not fit this bill. A couple times I came across a wonderful employee (a young male, with an accent that sounds Eastern European) who was a consummate guide and was super friendly. Then another one wouldn’t even look up from the computer when I walked directly up to him.Their prices about 25-30% more than what you will find on Amazon or any other online retailer... but this is typical of any brick and mortar retailer and the price you pay for instant gratification or time sensitive needs.

The place to go for you camera needs. However, if you have vintage cameras and are looking for batteries for it, the internet may be your best choice. The staff geeks-out over shop talk. The staff are enthusiasts. There is also a developing store close by in the same mall for you 35mm needs.

Great place, the staff were very helpful to help me pick out the right camera for my needs. I am very inexperienced at photography, and I left the store knowing much more than I did before walking in. The price I paid for the camera was comparable to buying online, the help I received from the staff in-store makes the trip to the store a much better deal.

Called ahead to price a tripod and monopod. Rep on phone was amazing. I entered the store having to walk through a cloud of amoke from an employee standing outside the main entrance smoking. Walked inside milled around until i found the tripods (no greetings, no may i help you). Once i touched a tripod to turn the tag over a young rep flippantly says you need help? I said i called and was told you guys have tripods in this price range. Rep said no, we dont proceeded to walk away. I said do you have any monopods in that range he said i dont know and turned to walk away. I walked over and found a tripod, in the price range i asked for. He breathed out as if i had insulted him. Ordinarily inwould have walked out and bought it elsewhere, cheaper but i had a shoot 30 mins later and couldnt afford to. He pulled the floor model put it in a box, went to a drawer and pulled out a clip, snapped it into the tripod and rang me up. I gave 3 stars mostly because the rep when i called was amazing, otherwise i would have given 1 star. I have shopped here in the paat and NEVER received anything under 5 star treatment.

I came into this store a few years ago looking to have my camera serviced, not 100 % sure what is wrong with it but im sure its something simple, i have a cheaper Tamron lens and it is out dated so i purchased another lens to do what i wanted to do but i guess my problem is my camera itself, so i wanted to have it serviced, cleaned and adjusted to possibly factory settings or ? But the person i was dealing with pretty much didnt want to help other then just sell me more equipment that i dont need, basically im not a professional photographer and just a basic shooter but just wanted good advice and got really nothing from this store probably because im not cool enough for that store and very un knowledgeable about photography, hopefully that same person is no longer employed there, i did deal with someone with a accent from another country on another time coming to that storebut was not that helpful either and just wanted to sell me another lens that i dont think I need.

Didnt buy anything, but my friend did. Staff seemed pleasant and the room was clean.

I recently rented a Tamron 10-24mm for my 60D and, I must say, the service here was just as great of quality as the lens itself! My initial plan was to rent the lens, return it, and rent it again after a couple days because I didn’t need it for the whole week. The guy at the rental counter (can’t remember his name) gave me a slight discount to help me avoid paying two deposits, and to prevent me from having to make more trips to return and pick up the lens again. If you need to rent any equipment in Vegas, this is your place!

Awesome people here! Weve had some nice conversations with the salespeople when trying to decide between different products. The store layout is nice and makes sense and theres even room to stop in and hang out and chat with other photographers. Its very inviting. The summer fest was also really cool this year and they had great prices, some discounts, and tax free! Its absolutely worth the drive to go check it out!

Items are over priced and this one employee followed me around the store watching me as though she were making sure I wasnt stealing anything. It was very uncomfortable, and uncalled for. You can get WAY better prices on Amazon

We wanted to update a macro product set up and familiarize ourselves with the new equipment since we last purchased. I researched equipment reviews and decided what general direction I was going to go in but I wanted to touch the equipment and interact with a real person in real life. I read the store’s reviews and it seemed like they were very proactive with hobby customers. I assumed it would be the same with businesspeople like ourselves. Not only was there an event going on but there was a Canon representative who was able to show the latest equipment and answer questions. I did sample shots and reached out for more data. No problem. Everyone was helpful. We modified our first choice and went mirrorless to get the automatic focus stacking as opposed to the SLR that I’d have to manually bracket. This was suggested by both the sales person and the Canon representative as well as answering all my questions. There was a side query from the Canon rep to the salesman, “don’t you run classes?” which I took as a signal to wind this up. Since I was there to purchase a camera and a lens, I didn’t let it deter me I went on and asked the second question to help me make my final decision. I asked for a smaller lens (35mm) as opposed to the 100 mm and decided it fit the immediate call (not super macro shoot a bugs life.) I was there an hour and the salesman had to go to go on break, but everyone was very patient. All sales are final except for defects, so I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt put upon or that I was a bother. In the past I would have bought this out of New York and saved about $300, but I was rusty and it was worth it to do this in person. I spoke to the owner who clearly appears to love what he does and is accessible. I highly recommend this fantastic and fun resource for a great “in real life” experience.

LOVED this place when I was in Vegas! Sadly I dropped my camera on a hike and the lens slipped a gear and would not focus. With 2 weeks left in Vegas, I stopped in and purchased the Tamron 15-30 mm for my D750. It was SUCH a nice lens, and this shop was so polite. Will definitely stop by here again!

I’ve rented lenses and made purchases from B&C multiple times. The guys are always helpful, and there are plenty of rental options. Also, military discount on rentals was not expected but an awesome bonus.

I am giving this business a one star primarily due to their one shoe fits all return policy. I can understand why a return policy is needed, as some consumers may buy gear, use it then return. This I do not agree with… In my case I am a tourist and purchased a light kit unopened box and wanted to return it less than 24 hours. When I returned to my hotel and looked up what it took to bring that back on the plane it was not worth the hassle (fragile goods, extra charge of the large box etc…). I explained the situation to the assistant store manager (Ron) to no avail. It is almost like the store is afraid once they get you $$ they never want to give it back in fear you will never return. The one shoe fits all policy is what will cause a potential client to never return and believe it should be modified…Here is another interesting fact. Online orders have a return policy while in store purchases do not. Does this make sense?If you receive a product that is not what you needed and is unopened, you can return it for an exchange or refund* within 14 days of receipt of product.
