Hands down the most friendliest and professional customer service I had worked with in a very long time. The company not only made my custom choice of the Avera design worth it but also looks professionally done! My hats off to Tanya, Eric and crew who made it all worthwhile. I have to start by saying that the customer service from everyone I encounter at the store is world class. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they remember your name too!! This is the second Elfa installation I have done and it is just as great. This one was in my garage. The design consultant was awesome, the installers were brilliant, efficient and friendly and the end result is perfect

Unusual times resulted in exceptional customer service. I ordered in October 2020, household sick in November, Covid 19 for December, waiting to test negative in January finally could have it installed in February 2021. My consultant Sabrina hung in there with me and was very sympathetic. I love the final product!
