We had Albertos company Majestic Flooring do our whole church sanctuary about 6000 sq. ft. in commercial carpet and our staging pieces. Also in former sanctuary had them come back and lay a new commercial vinyl wide wood design plank and it is beautiful. Along with all are childrens ministry rooms. Then also another time to do 2 rooms in my personal home all in Mesquite NV. I recently went to RC Willey to have carpet installed into a rental property. Due to the fact that the previous tenant had multiple pets I specifically asked for all carpet and pads to be replaced.RC Willey schedule a date for Majestic Flooring to install the carpet, which was on 8/11/17 from 8:30 to 10:00. At about 10:15, I decided to call RC Willey to see where these guys were at. I believe they called them twice, at 11:30 they finally arrived. (which I understand things happen) but they never even acknowledge the fact that they were late.When I went outside to introduce myself, they basically Ignored me, (I like to at least exchange names) while they were putting on their kneepads and getting ready. Finally they came up to me and started asking carpet, carpet.I showed them the area and stood back in one of the rooms, that was not going to have new carpet, at that time. Due to the fact that both Majestic Flooring employees never even really acknowledge me, besides asking where the carpet was. I take it they didnt realize, I spoke Spanish (good thing I do!), I overheard the male employee tell the female employee to start cutting the padding from the hallway and shaping it for the room (in Spanish). as soon as I saw her bringing the old padding into the room and actually start laying it down, I went to grab my phone and start recording. I then called RC Willys and explain exactly what happened.About 10 minutes later one of them comes down and tells me that their boss wants to talk to me. I explained the situation, which he basically said theyre good workers and that, I should let them do their job.I just dont have time for this. Im paying a company to do a job. I dont expect nothing more than what I pay for, but I dont feel like I should be the supervisors and watch over their employees (was it to save money or was it because, I complained that they were an hour and a half late). If I had more time, I seriously would not have let them finish the job. Which is why I immediately stopped her, I cant wait for her to install it and then later rip it up to show everyone what they did!! I dont have time (only 2 day). I couldeven stay there, I had to leave from how upset I was!!!!!I would not reuse this company. And actually disappointed in RC Willys for using them.

Great place to new new carpet..they have good quality and service is quick.i been getting carpet from this place for long time and always is a pleasure to make bussines with them.
