Im particular so there was a lot of going back and forth with the design, but Janette was incredibly patient with me. She LISTENS to what you want, your concerns, your budget, communicates any concerns she may have and designs accordingly. What made me ultimately choose Classy Closets? Overall experience was amazing - I had other companies completely ghost me after initial designs started and a very highly rated company we thought we were going to hire just didnt get/nor listen to what I wanted even when I drew it out for them and was just awful to work with. We met with the owner/head designer which helped us feel like we were in good hands, but then were passed on to a different designer who didnt read any notes from our consultation and just didnt seem to care. But I digress. With Classy Closets, from the owner, the billing staff, their designer Janette, and their installation team - great experience all around. I couldnt be happier with the results - my closet is so beautiful I just want to live in it! Dont even bother with other companies - just go with them! Theyll get it done right!

I definitely need to give a great big thank you to Classy Closets. I worked with designer Sherry Klein, who has been super patient with me, my quirks and particular needs and designed for me a spectacular built in area for my home office.I can not say enough good things about my experience with Classy Closets. Everything went smoothly in the process, from the initial design to any alterations I needed to make. The reasonable price didnt hurt either.Once everything was finalized and signed off on Debbie was able to schedule our project in. Called to remind us about the project and verify that the date was good. I received a call the day of the install with an ETA for the installation crew. Who arrived on time, were conscientious with my home, even removing their shoes (one of my quirks) and the installation of the built in desk as well as the closet shelves were done in less than a day. They cleaned up the work area, showed me how the drawers worked and were able to make alterations to accommodate where I needed to have access for cords.I am looking forward to working with them again on a few other projects in my home and I would definitely recommend Classy Closets to anyone who is looking to have built in storage done in their home.

I had a custom closet done by them about a year ago and it is amazing. It is everything I have wanted in a closet ! The staff is so friendly and helpful every step of the way . I had a small problem with one of the hinges on my hamper and even though its been a year they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get their closet done.

We were in the process of moving to Las Vegas from florida when we found classy closets online because of their great reviews. Wendi was our designer and met with us before we even moved in. She then came out again to finalize our designs and was patient and knowledgeable about our storage needs. She measured our baskets and accessories to make sure everything fit nicely in the new closets. (We had California closets in our home in florida and had them out for a consultation here as well and we were very disappointed in the company here and VERY happy with classy closets) the entire process was very professional and installation was faster than they even told us it would be. The cost was also less than the “other company” and we did all of our closets including the laundry room. This is a family owned company as well and Wendi explained the history to us. They all truly care and Wendi even came back out to look at the finished closets! We are very happy with them and highly recommend them to anyone wanting custom closets!! I gave the long review because I feel reviews helped us to make our decision and hopefully will help someone else as well!!

We were very impressed with Classy Closets. Our designer, Debbie Knutson was wonderful. She worked up a great design for us based on the dimensions we provided (with the stay at home order we couldnt go to the showroom). She asked questions about our likes, dislikes, clothing. shoes, etc. so that she could come up with a design that worked the best for us. She was patient with us and our many requests for design tweaks and responded quickly. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and assistance provided by Debbie. We had a great experience with Classy Closets.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Debbie and her team. The experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end.For those considering closet rebuilds, please consider that at least for me, it almost didnt work out this way. After researching companies, I had narrowed the field down to two. My first appointment was with a competitor, and I was actually very happy with them. The designer was polite and courteous and appeared to be knowledgeable. Indeed, the appointment went so well that I almost canceled with Classy Closets. I sure am glad that I didnt, because when the Classy Closets designer came out, it soon became clear that the competitor had overlooked several key issues that I simply wasnt aware of due to my inexperience. The upshot is that I ended up with a WAY better design. And when the estimate came in 20% less from Classy Closets than the competitor, it was a total no-brainer.Getting the appointments setup for the buildout day was a breeze. In fact, I cannot recall dealing with any company where I never had to call them, ever, because they were so on the ball. And the construction team was super professional and polite. Now I have the perfect closet for my master bedroom, and I couldnt be happier.In summary, no matter how satisfied you may be already, you owe it to yourself to check out Classy Closets, because they are likely going to blow the competition away.

I remodeled an old home, and Classy Closets designed and installed 3 closets and 1 wall cabinet with a window seat. From start to finish, design, installation and follow up, the service was impeccable and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company: a business ethic to emulate.

Classy Closets was amazing! We could not find a vanity we wanted for our bathroom remodel. Classy closets designed a floating vanity perfect for our remodel. The cabinet is high quality and flawless. They were right on schedule to the time line they promised and the installers were super nice and professional. I highly recommend Classy Closets- I absolutely plan on using them on future projects!!

Classy Closets did an outstanding job on my closet design. As the closet shape was very awkward, the consultant and closet designer - Jeff - was able to design a closet that met my needs and provide a very stylist closet area. Both Matt and Debbie (the owners) are very kind and easy to work with. I would truly recommend Classy Closet.

We had such a great experience with Classy Closets! We wanted to remodel our Laundry Room, yet we were having a difficult time trying to find a company that would remove our current sink and install a new one, along with the faucet! Additionally, I wanted the room to be repainted as well! The Supervisor was so very accommodating, which allowed us enough time to have the other contractors complete the paint job!Additionally, since EVERYTHING was out of the room, I also decided to have the marble floors cleaned and shined as well...we have the front load washer & dryer with the pedestal drawers, so its NOT VERY OFTEN, that EVERYTHING would be out of the room all at the same time! I cant say enough great things about Classy Closets, and being an Interior Designer for 20 years, they impressed me so very much! I have used them on over 50 Penthomes, Condos and Homes just in the last year alone; since the beginning of 2015!Happy Holiday and to a great New Year in 2016!
