Purchased cabinets, sink, faucet, backsplash, trim, and marble tops. Some backorder issues due to logistics, but overall happy with the quality. Cici has been very helpful.

After unsuccessfully trying another vendor, we saw Cabinets Now Vegas while driving down Valley View. We went in and met with Ben Chen, who went over our plans for putting in new kitchen cabinets. He arranged for measurements to be taken and once those were done we ordered the cabinets. Due to an odd configuration in our kitchen, the order took a couple of weeks, due to the custom design needed. The installation took two days and was done flawlessly. The installer took extreme care and paid close attention to detail. The countertops were installed the next available day, and that work was done wonderfully as well. Kudos to Cabinets Now Vegas and to the team that performed the installations. We will definitely use them for future bathroom cabinet and counter replacements.

I purchased some cabinets from Cabinets Now last year. A few months ago, I noticed black mold in my kitchen and half of my brand new cabinets had to be ripped out. I called Cici and she worked with me to get my cabinets replaced. They gave me an additional discount to help mitigate my damages. I have been very happy with my cabinets. They are great quality and look BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered 2 under cabinet storage cabinets several wks ago, from CabinetsNow in CA. I live in CT. I never ordered from them before, which I told them as well as other instructions in my order. I told them that I needed more storage to fit under a console table but to CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS. My number was right there. When the order was placed, on their website, using my cell, I guess it transposed one of the important specs -- the depth. It was supposed to be 20 inches, but showed up as 3. Sometimes my cell transposes the number. I was timed out twice, so pasted in the second cabinet (right and left) with the same measurements. I would never, in a million years order a cabinet depth of 3 INCHES! Why would anyone It isnt a doll house. What could I possibly store in 3 inches? I guess they emailed me sev times around memorial day. I was away a lot & only using my cell. It went in my junk mail. They mailed it anyway at 3 INCHES! Why didnt they call me? I need this replaced

The workers came out quickly and got the job done in two days. Initially, it all looked good. The third day we woke up to a big problem. Unfortunately, the adhesive used on the stairs has started to leach through the faceplates on the stairs and it looked terrible. We contacted the company and Leo was slow to get back to us. They did send out someone to fix the problem and it looks good now. This was frustrating because we paid a lot of money to get the job done right. They had us pay for too many boxes of flooring. After reporting this the manager called and said we could return the unused boxes for a refund.

Went to the showroom. Four employees standing around no one acknowledged my presence. After about 8 mins. Walked out. No one said a word. Went across the street and that store immediaty waited on me.

I was in the process of doing an entire kitchen remodel, and decided I needed some assistance. Cabinets Now in Las Vegas had an abundance of samples and were very helpful! They showed me numerous types of granite countertops and then, once I picked what I liked, we looked at cabinets to compliment. I am very pleased with their customer service and their reputable products. You really need to go see them for the best experience. See places for yourself, dont always go by bad reviews.

This review is long over due. This place was recommended to us by our realtor and contractor who have completed many projects using them. Our realtor told us to look for Cici and boy are we glad we did. We werent really sure what we wanted except that we wanted our cabinets to be an espresso color. We must of done at least 3 revisions to Cicis design and she was so patient with us. Even when we already agreed on a design and she already ordered our cabinets and then a few days later we changed our minds she called the vendor and fought for us to change one of our cabinets. If youre going to come here for anything look for Cici, you wont be disappointed.

Warning from this place !!!I had purchased tile before all the situation of the covid 19 started, this place work with contractors, it’s essential and was suppose to stay open, however they just close everything and we couldn’t reach no one there and got stock with no tile and no one to talk to without any notice, when we reach out the representative Leo when we explain him that we stock with no tile he had a small laugh through the phone which it was very unprofessional and upsetting, when they open we went to get our tile because they didn’t want to refound the money back anymore, we also talk to Sabrina (the manager ) very rude respond we got that there is corona virus and it is what it is !!All other locations of tiles were open normal, be aware of this scamming place they will take your money and you will not gonna get it back, there is plenty of other places to go to stay away !!

BUYER BEWARE:Associate: Ben ChenMost companies charge to do estimates to compensate themselves in the event the customer doesnt choose their company. I paid for measurements and then was refused a copy of the measurements. I wasnt told of this policy until I requested a copy so that I can cross reference their estimated itemized bill.Ill have to now hire another company to do the same to insure that I am not being over charged for cabinets (size/measurements/quantity). Its a shame they do business this way. It only creates unsurety with customers.

Buyer beware!Been coming here for years.. the prices and selection is the best in town. But he careful dealing with Cici .. we came in with $1500 cash to purchase some flooring, only enough cici insisted we pay with a card and refused to take anything over $500 cash,,this didn’t make sense and should have been a red flag but we still made the purchase.. shorty after we left our card which had only been used there in the past 30 days had over 25 different charges from Asian airlines as well as websites and Hawaiian airlines.. which means our card was cloned and our information was sent to someone else..I have the invoice to prove it and the credit card statement as well

This place is mostly for really good DIYers or people in the remodeling industry who have knowledge and are buying for their own customers. So not expect any help. Know what you are looking for and know what design layout you want. Anything more than that you should know that they cannot help you with this. Out of the 40 pieces that we chose, their were only three available, and they were not the color we really wanted. They have a lot to choose but they really dont have anything In their inventory . And the most important, the guy that helped me didnt really have answers and wasnt enthusiastic about selling anything.

Beware!!! This company charges a refund fee and do not tell you about it at the time of purchase.2 days ago my 73 year old father was pressured into some funky flooring thats way too dark. He paid for the flooring that they have in stock so this wasnt a special order. The flooring was never pulled or moved from their stock so absolutely no labor was used yet he was charged 80.00 to simply get his money back..?We will not ever come back nor do I recommended doing buissness with Cabinets Now.. As they are not upfront about their shady buissness practices!

We purchased 3 slabs labeled as one name, and as we were preparing to load it they informed us that they misrepresented that material under the wrong name which they changed in the middle of our already purchased granite, informing us that the price was an additional 300 plus dollars. Ive always had good experience until today, they would not honor their mistake and have unfortunately lost my business and everyone else I know permanently. Clearly they accept no responsibility for a mistake they made. Ughhhhh. Now our kitchen is gutted with no other options at the moment, since my wife was set on that stone, as was I. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional, all of them are stupid idiots! They have totally no idea what theyre doing over there.I went there last week because my friend bought a kitchen from them last year so I want to see what they got.I didnt feel welcome at all when i walked into their shop,no one try to help and they were talking in chinese and too busy with laughing at each other.I asked a lady some questions about cabinets and granite, I guess shes the owner by the way she talks to people but she barely understood what i was talking about and she doesnt know how to speak english at all.She was so rude to me plus she has extremely horrible bad breath which made me sick...She walked away without giving me an answer and the other guy came and charged me$85 for measurement and told me he can take care everything.(P.S. Their website said FREE MEASUREMENT)When he came to my house, he has no idea what he was doing, he made couple phone calls and started talking is chinese, that made me and husband felt so uncomfortable, he told us the total is $9000 for my kitchen without measure anything.(Guess he doesnt know how to measure a kitchen)Two days later, no one touch base with me still so I called them but they keep ignoring my phone calls!!!!!!When I went down to the shop they told me they dont know how to design my kitchen so they will give me some store credit!!!!I told them I dont need anything from them and thats not my fault because they cant even give me an estimate for my kitchen after I paid $85!!!Finally I realized I was wasting my time by dealing with those idiots so I turned around and left.Im so glad I didnt buy anything from them. I found out they are unlicensed(but they told me they are)and my friend told me those cabinets are made in china and they all cracked after 2months,she also told me she needs to find another company to redo her kitchen because she cant stand those crappy cabinets anymore and unfortunately after she got a quote from a american company,she found out she paid cabinets now too much for those trash.This place is such a mess, I have no ideas why theyre still in business.
