I am receiving an Omaha Steaks $100 gift card for my birthday - I called Omaha Steaks and was informed that I must order a minimum amount of $99 then have a $19 shipping charge on top of that.I have received gift cards in the past and have never been impressed with the different items that I ordered - calculate the price per pound, especially with the added shipping charge, and the meat price is astronomical!The answer will be to gift the gift card back to the giver!
150$ for dog food. Filets werent filet mignon and ground beef looks like dog food so it became dog food. Dont waste your money on Omaha meats.
Second order from Omaha Steaks and wow I must say my entire family loves the meat selection, sides and deserts.The shipping is super quick, just a a few days from ordering and this nice cooler with Dry ice shows up. Everything is perfectly portioned and packaged individually with recommended cooking instructions right on the box.Definitely worth the price -the steak is amazing if you really look at the quality and cost. Not disappointed at all and they have made a lifetime customer.Easier and cheaper than going out to a fancy dinner!
I drove from Henderson to find out you require masks. Get bent. Ill never shop there again or online.***Follow up 7/9/21, website says they still require masks. No grocery chain requires them in Las Vegas, not even Costco.
I am so, so happy to know, they are taking covid-19 & enforcing masks wearing in the store & taking it seriously. Will shop & spend my hard earned money here. STEAKS ARE EXCELLENT!!!
During the holidays one of my packages of food was lost by the shipping company. When it did arrive most of the food was thawed. I sent a message to Omaha Steaks and 5 days later I received a new package, fully frozen. And then, the best part. They sent me an apology note. Wow, great food, great service and a follow up. I ordered 2 online e gift cards on 12/22. Neither were ever received. When I followed up I asked the OS representative to send the e cards to me and i would send them on to the giftees. This time only 1 showed up. I called again and spoke with a manager who said the she resent me the missing e gift card and that if I did not receive it within 30 min to call back and they would refund that e card. An hour later, no e card. I have requested a refund.Very disappointing that a company this large got it so very wrong.Next time I will order from Kansas City Steaks.
First time for me in a Las Vegas Omaha Steaks store. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the variety of items, however the price seemed high for many of the items. I decided to purchase several items to get a feel for what was offered. I was not happy with the very small portions in the Ancho Chicken Skillet meal. The price was about 2.5 X the price of a commensurate item combo in the grocery store and seemed of very similar quality. I hope the other items stack-up better...

Decent meat company. Dont would say theyre overpriced and I can not deny that. There are some nice deals especially during there sales. Join the rewards programs. After signing$100 you can start redeeming for product. I find the quality of the meat to be really good. Hot dogs are huge. But it all comes back to price. If youre hiding a fancy gathering you may want to purchase but everyday cooking probably not. They also try to upsell you on everything.
Best customer service ever! I ordered some meat from them but it never came. After talking to a rep they said it had been marked as delivered, but they would be willing to send me a refund or have a replacement sent. I opted for the replacement. The time for that one to be delivered arives and I get a notification saying it had been delivered. No package on the door. Two hours later I find my package had been delivered to the wrong address (UPSS fault) and the people there had already consumed 6 of my burgers. Contacted OS customer support to let them know I found my package and they offered gift card or refund for the amount of the eaten burgers. Amazing people, great service, great food.
Using coupons.cant go wrong. Get free items using points. Cant get that amount of meat for the prices at a grocery store. Love my Omaha buys!!!
Everything I had was excellent EXCEPT THE STEAK. Funny how they are suppose to be known for their STEAK its even in the name. They also do not stand by their product I went into the store by my house as the package I received was sent to me and the employee told me yeah I dont like the filets either but I could not get a refund. Too bad as I did think everything else was great. I will not do business with a company that does not stand by their product.
Terrible beef steaks. Received a girt card through my employment. Went online to order, surprisingly easy online services. Way over priced, especially knowing the quality of the meat. Tasted like the soles of an old work boot. Good thing I didnt have to pay out of my own account. I have left word my management, if they try give me another gift card, Id eat the card or refuse. The quality of the meat is not worth the money spent or the time. Never return or recommending.
I received a large Omaha order from my mother for my birthday. When my boyfriend and I opened the first box of twice baked potatoes a roach crawled out of the box. We called your customer service number and was told to check the rest of the boxes outside. We did and found another roach in a box of beef franks and another one in the freezer. Customer service asked us to email pictures of the now squished roaches and someone would call us within 30 minutes. We did and waited for 2 hours but no call to us was ever made. We called back and the next customer service rep doubted our experience and even suggested hand mailing the actual roaches to you. This is ridiculous to say the least. Im not mailing squished roaches. On top of all this we were denied replacement products in lieu of a small refund. How is this possible? It was a birthday gift, you arent satisfying the sender nor recipient with this solution. After spending far too long on the phone trying to rectify this issue Im sending an email in the hopes someone will see reason and make this right though I do not have high hopes at this point.

I was worried going in because of some of the harsh reviews on here, but my Fiancée and I were greeted and helped by a kind gentleman named Jim. Excellent service and superbly helpful! He answered all of our questions and even gave really decent cooking tips! Definitely coming back. :)

The filets are so thin, we ordered a 75$ package and the only thing good was the deserts. I will never recommend to anyone very disappointed...
Just purchased the holiday pack special at $59.99. After looking in the boxes, I was surprised at how small the portions are. What a joke. I would have been very upset if I had to pay the regular price of over $250.00. I dont think this deal is worth it.

My first experience with Omaha Steaks has been a big Omaha Mis-Stake. I ordered through Groupon and paid through Groupon. I have a link that took me to the Omaha steaks website with a SV number to enter. It took the number but didnt take my order. Kay, customer service rep from Omaha, was eating while talking to me and then tried to charge me another $49.99+. S&H. When i told her i would not pay, she hung up. This is not worth the time and frustration.
Excellent service
When I placed my order online, and submitted it, there was no confirmation given, email or otherwise. I called the customer service number to get this information, and was told she was unable to get a confirmation number for me. Not pleased with the customer service. Was placed on hold so she could contact a supervisor, then was hung up on. Hopefully the info I gave Omaha Steaks when I placed the order will be processed, and the gift will be received in time for Christmas. This will be the last time I order with them.
