The front desk and one of the 3 guys in the yard are unpleasant. Customer service would be nice. The front desk girls are not knowledgeable about the products and they will give you a hard time if you ask them questions about your project even if you just want to confirm your math/ count

My husband went down to get bricks for a wall we had taken down for the Pool. He physically brought a sample of the brick we needed & the guy at the counter told him they did not have an exact match but the color was close. So my husband decided to take it. When he got home I told him it did not match & we could not have a section of the wall being different. I immediately called the company to return the brick my husband bought 30 minutes ago & they originally said NO, then it was we will take it back for a 50% restocking fee & then they went down to a 25% restocking fee....Absolutely ridiculous & now I’m stuck with 150 blocks of the wrong color plus the $$ I spent for these blocks with no where to put them.

Help me with some work I appreciate that they had the product I needed.
