I tried to place an order for windows and doors with 84 Lumber, the sales agent said he needed to call the factory to input the order because the selection software wouldnt allow him to complete the order. Never called me back after multiple attempts to order in person and on the phone. The door shop right down the road that is much cheaper and much better customer service.

Been here multiple times seems as though getting unloaded takes longer every time i deliver...84 n vegas does good...more info... employees anr not very well diversified if the one guy who can unload my lumber is on lunch.

Just turn into the entrance off Decatur go right through to the yard straight ahead its a 15 foot clearance. You pull up ahead the sign says receiving area youll probably drive around the big pile in the middle until the first left turn to tell you to stop where it says stop on the ground but you cant see it but its cool.

Was running late to pick up some birch plywood and Zack helped me out very nice guy professional sharp-looking and was very good at his job I really appreciate Zack and Ill probably be back for more business just because of him thank you Zach

The person who showed us the plywood we needed was very nice. However almost nobody knew the prices, and took them a while befre answering..which sounded shady!!! Like...wait let me just made up a price....!!! Since were out of state but needed to secure our patio after robbery, we paid for delivery. The $45 fee is somewhat reasonable, but only if they stick to their appointments. Building materials were supposed to arrive before 10am on the given day, except it came at 3pm. And the building materials....beyond poor quality. The flat surfaces arrived so crooked that one end would have 3 curve of the other....in another words defective .Will I recommend this place to others???ABSOLUTELY NOT!WHEN YOU GUYS TRY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, AT LEAST STICK TO YOUR PROMISES, AND DELIVER QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!AND IF THAT HAPPENS IN CHICAGO YOU WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN 5 MINUTES AND BE FIRED OFF THE BET!😠😡

I found the employees and the organization disorganized and really don’t care at all about individual buyers. I tried to order a product from two different stores Las Vegas. And in AZ. All I got was smoke screens and the run around. I know i will NEVER go there again

We were able to get a difficult size of redwood for our project. The prices are really good, and the people who work there are so helpful. Will buy all of our lumber needs at the store.

This place is employee owned, the Manager Kyle is a man of the highest integrity and honor, he took excellent care off our needs because he cares about what his lumberjard stands for, excellence. Best lumber price in town and they will have what others dont have when it comes to wood lumber and hardware to get the job going without the hassle of paying for different lengths that come standard with them. thanks again for all the help

The people inside the store are nice, but when I want to order wood they have to take that order to sales, then they never get back to you. Ive been trying for 4 days now. Very frustrating!

I went there because they were closest to me. The workers are arrogant and rude. The lumber is all warped and lowest grade but advertised and priced as premium. There are many better lumber choices in vegas.
