Love this place...my husband and I were married here almost two years ago. Met the owner...such a lovely women. Had two friends with us it was a fantastic day and wonderful place to take the plunge.

Super friendly and cool staff. Easy to deal with.It was a Monday evening and there are no other people in the place getting married that is why we have the whole place all to ourselves. They let us take pictures around the place because they dont have official photographer at that time which was very nice. There are no music so if you want just download one on your phone so you can play it on your ceremony. It was simple and fun experience for us we wanted something different and fun thats when my husband thought we should switch dresses 😅 it isnt a Vegas wedding if it isnt crazy 😜❤️Definitely recommend it ❤️

What an incredible experience. The women behind the counter were so warm, friendly, and full of assistance and reassurance. They went over the top to accommodate our unintentional early arrival and make our wedding feel special. The pastor was gregarious and Elvis was charming. Both went the extra mile for us (we didn’t even book Elvis!) The venue was better than expected and we plan to return to renew our vows in the future. Thank you, All!

Best.Decision.Ever. From the ease of making an appointment online, the affordability, no pressure to add frills…. It was quick, sweet, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Staff was awesome, our minister gave us the option of a religious ceremony, he was great. The photograph packages won’t rake you over the coals either. Highly recommend!

This is the place to go when picturing a Vegas wedding. The staff was friendly and the officiant did a wonderful job. The pink Cadillac was a little run down but you cant tell from the pictures.

The staff definitely went above and beyond as we had a minor issue to deal with and the staff completely understood us and did more then enough to work with us in making the night a special memory. The area is my only reason I gave 4 stars. Lots of construction, lots of homeless, and lots of activities going on up and down the street. Certainty I wouldnt feel safe walking alone at night on this street.

My wife and I Renewed Our Vows here, we are 3 Years into Our Marriage. This trip was out of the norm but we loved the whole experience. We made sure with this quick drive thru ceremony we put ourselves in Gods Presence by attending our Actual Wedding Anniversary Mass at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. This was a winning combo for us and made a memorable trip to Las Vegas 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

From the colors of your bouquet flowers to the music playing. Want an outside gazebo ceremony? No problem! Want to get married in a pink caddie, full on Elvis style? They got you! 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to get hitched in Vegas!

My second wedding in Las Vegas. The first time, we did the flyer at courthouse quickie. I didnt want that this time. Though we needed a quick and cheap wedding for pandemic and financial reasons, I wanted it to be somewhat memorable!I had driven by the Little White Wedding Chapel many times and I knew it to be a legend in the Vegas wedding business.My experience with CHARLOTTE the owner, Minister MARIA SHARPE, and the other staff genuinely made us feel special even though we were not there long. We did an outdoor wedding in their gazebo and some nice touches were thrown in, such as holding my phone for a broadcast.I feel we got a nice balance between a walk-up wedding and a memorable experience! Dang pandemic... but happily married now!

Purposely deceived me and will not refund my money. I was assured that I could add a photographer the day of our wedding. Sent TWO emails through their contact form on their website to ask some questions and they never emailed me back. When I called a week before my wedding to finally get answers the lady on the phone was very rude and she told me they no longer have a photographer! No emails, calls or anything telling me ahead of time and I would have shown up on my wedding day not knowing! She said you can have a guest take your picture as if thats the same thing as a professional photographer. I booked a different chapel who told me that The Little White Chapel is very well known for being shady and that no one wants to work with them. They refuse to give me my money back even though they purposely avoided all communication and didnt think it was important to tell a bride that she would not have photos of her wedding day. They told me that instead of getting a refund, I should give my wedding to another person! Absolutely unprofessional behavior and I am so glad I booked with another chapel for my wedding.

We RENEWED our wedding vows and when I tell you it was everything and then some. We used the white chapel, kept it simple and our minister was awesome. The place is gorgeous. Well kept, take your own photos, they allow you to inside the building and out. Not in the chapel. You also get a certificate and I purchased a bumper sticker. Over all great experience...

If you want an inexpensive, fun, and memorable wedding the Little White Chapel is for you. Dont expect a grand ceremony or a rundown / miserable one. Expected a light hearted and humorous as if the Minister was a close friend. Would recommend if you want an inexpensive wedding!

Best place to get married in Vegas

I was married on Thursday of this week. Sadly, I must rate this chapel as low as I do because honestly everything went well until 24 hours before my wedding. I have tried three separate times to speak with a manager and was told to leave a message and they will call back. I have not received a response in four days.I booked my wedding in the Tunnel of Love Friday August 27th for September 2nd at 9:00 PM. I called that evening to confirm my reservation.Wednesday, the day before my wedding at 10:00 PM CST, I received a call demanding I reschedule my wedding because they wouldnt be open at 9:00 PM. I was hung up on when I got upset because of the situation and lack of care, consideration, or really any kind of professionalism. When I called back, I was met with resistance and again, lack of professionalism.I arrived at 8:42 PM and upon arrival my husband started the check in process. The same woman whom had called me, hung up on me, and tried her best to do nothing except be rude and childish was working the window. She continued to tell me I had an attitude, I was rude, and just on and on and on.The minister was great and honestly the rest of the staff of dealt with was professional and very kind. However, the young black woman who was put in charge of handling heat calls on Wednesday and was working the window the following night should strongly look into a career where acting like a petty, childish person is acceptable. She legitimately tried to start an argument as I am about to get married. As it was my wedding day, I didnt say anything to further ruin it as this woman had tried.Like I previously stated, Ive tried to speak with someone personally, however no one will return my calls.To the young black woman who decided to be petty and argue with me twice before my wedding, I truly pray that you find happiness.To the minister, I appreciate you saving the rest of the wedding.To the management, I hope you realize that the novelty of getting married at that location wont always be there. Professionalism is still required when running a business. That young woman should receive either a different position or better training.

Fantastic venue for vow renewal! Ordered flowers for our ceremony and they were lovely. Our officiant did a very nice job. Fun Vegas spot to get married/have vows renewed.

I really loved this setting. Wish there had been a photographer like I thought there was going to be. I only plan on getting married this one time and now no photographs, except whats on phones...if you pay for a photographer and are expecting a photographer, there should be a photographer present or someone should tell the people that were booked months in ADVANCE that there was no photographer! Wasnt happy at all about that. Other than that the ceremony was beautiful and quick, took a whole whopping 10 minutes once it was our turn.

Got married here with my hubby back in February. I’ve been meaning to write this review because omg, our minister was just so lovely. He was so sweet, kind, patient. Said a very sweet prayer for us. We are so happy with how everything went, it was beautiful, short, and sweet. Thank you so much for making our big day so special.❤️

Im giving A Little White Wedding Chapel a high review because it is an unconventional and interesting place to exchange vows, and this is what people find appealing about getting married in Las Vegas. The chapel has created an overwhelmingly tacky venue to get hitched. I observed a couple get married at the drive through tunnel of love window. A mechanical Elvis swings his hips from a sign above.

So much fun!

We were here for a friends wedding. There were multiple weddings going on at the same time, so we were all trying to avoid getting in each others pictures. It was over incredibly fast - I think the entire ceremony took maybe 5 minutes tops, so if thats what youre looking for, great. There is currently no photographer, so find your own, or whatever you need to do.Everything definitely needs some TLC, as other reviews mentioned. Its not in the best area either.

This was the cutest chapel I have ever seen. The staff was AMAZING!!! Thank you for the memories you created for my husband and I.

11/3/2021 Update: forgot to mention that we never got the video we paid for.Original reviewBe aware! They charge you $150 for bringing in freelance photographer for no reason! There is no notification on their website, checkout page, nor in the confirmation email! We were told, at the point when we arrived, to pay the mandatory hidden fee or our photographer could only use phone to shoot.Not sure if this is something new due to less businesses for them during the pandemic. I’d have no problem if they tell us ahead of time, so we either decide to pay for it or find another chapel.Shame on you, a little white chapel, to ruin our best day! The whole place is full of greed rather than sweetness. All they want is your $$$!

Just amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and have a great wedding. The minister was super sweet and the photographer was very accommodating. Absolutely loved getting married in the pink Cadillac in the tunnel of love. Will probably renew our vows there in 10 years but would love to do the Elvis wedding next time.

The Little White Chapel popped up and from start to finish it was EASY-BREEZY-LEMON-SQUEEZIE we planned and paid for the whole thing online, & not one hiccup or glitch occurred!! This chapel is full of rich history, including some famous weddings.If you’re not wanting to get out of your car, don’t worry! They have a drive through.This is also a great place for Instagram photos.The location is also convenient as it’s located on the Las Vegas strip.

We had the most amazing experience I thought that getting married at a chapel meant that elvis was going to marry you but not here the owner was there the day we got married she introduced us to her poodle and gave me and my husband a kiss because she loves love the staff was just as amazing and friendly one even held my son as he didnt recognize me with the makeup that I had done there it was the best experience I could have ever asked for.

A nice quiet but very famous place. My parents just got remarried here, it was great we had the Elvis impersonater that sang it was a blast!

My husband and I were married there in September 2020 and it was all we had hoped for quick but beautiful and sweet. I for sure cried as I said that I would take him as my husband and it was a moment we will never forget! The staff there was very nice and even though it was quick they allowed me time to get my self situated before walking out and explained how the service was done. Loved it and we keep talking about it even now lol. Afterwards we took pictures up front with our families and random people would scream congrats from their cars as they drove by. It was awesome. Not to mention we had been 80s themed and it was a whole vibe that fit together.

Getting married in a drive-through wedding ceremony while seated in a pink Cadillac and Elvis officiating?!? Only on Vegas, and while Im Vegas you ought to do the most Vegas thing possible! This wedding ceremony takes the cake, Elvis was fantastic and singing along with him through the ceremony was awesome. I wouldnt trade the experience we had for the world! A Little White Chapel picked us up from our hotel in a stretch limo to drive to the Chapel and even offered to take us to pick up the marriage license, which we had already just in case.

They are not clear on the services they offer, dont have pretend weddings or Spanish minister.

I was a guest at a friends wedding. This location is pretty and quirky. Excellent photo opps with different backgrounds. Officiant had a good sense of humor, gave advice on positioning for fb live and photos.

If you plan on having pictures taken and sent to you don’t waste your time and money. My son and daughter-in-law got married January 26 and still nothing. We have called numerous times only to be given the run around and hung up on all the time. No one emails back and once they know who you are they don’t answer or just pick up the phone and hang up on you. We had a decent experience with wedding but pictures are a big deal that you want with your wedding. So don’t pay the photographer and expect pictures. More than likely won’t get them. Sucks not to have them. Had we actually received the pictures it for sure would have been a 5 on the experience!!

Got married here 21 years ago and it was the best gamble I ever took. We renewed our vows on our 20th anniversary in the Cadillac convertible.. it was great. The folks there are so nice and accommodating and will pick you up from your hotel in a limo.

Purchased a package a for over $200 that was supposed to include photos. A week before the scheduled date they contacted me to inform that photos were not going to be available. When I asked for a refund they gave me an email address to submit a refund request. I emailed them 2x and never received a reply.I understand that their usual policy is no refunds allowed. But if someone purchases a package based on what is included in the package, then said items are no longer available, they should offer refunds. Its like I bought a car with a sports package included, but the dealer gives me a base model instead.They are in the business of getting people married. They should at least attempt to make that a positive experience, even when they are losing business.

THEY.... the chapel canceled my sons wedding 3 days before the wedding. The wedding was booked in October they will not provide a refund. Again they canceled the wedding we did not. They said it is nonrefundable. That is understood if we were to cancel but they are the ones that broke the contract and will not provide a refund. Beware

I went here for a wedding and it was very chaotic and unorganized. Not only did they not know if we were checked in or not, they also moved us around to different rooms and buildings multiple times which was exhausting and extremely uncomfortable for the guests. Some of the rooms didnt feel air conditioned and the guests were all sweating and there wasnt enough seating. The furniture and decorations were very outdated, however I could tell the staff tried to help as best they could with all the other weddings that were going on there literally the same times as ours. The location was hard to get too due to construction. Overall the couple who got married had a good time and the person who married them was sweet.

As a former employee, don’t waste your money here.. Charlotte Richards will not refund any of you who paid for photos. Also if you have not received any photos, don’t expect to receive them. And to any future employees, dont even waste your time, they will degrade you.. especially the own Charlotte, they don’t even take care of their customers, you can only imagine how they treat their employees.

Renewed our vows here for our 10 year anniversary. What can I say, the staff was awesome and its a Las Vegas icon.

They will try to make you buy “photo permit”. Saying that you will not be allowed to take pictures. It is a lie, don’t listen to it. Other experience is fun, fun and fun

Our daughter had a COVID wedding at the Little White Chapel in lieu of the formal wedding we all dreamed for her and her handsome husband. The staff were great, the Chapel was very cute and clean. They couldnt have been nicer! Great people. Great memories! Pastor Ryan was super!!!! His vows and words for our newly weds were the highlight!A+ event that saved the day for our family.

Its been 2 months since we got married. STILL NO PICTURES! I have been calling daily. Always get placed on hold and then they hang up on me. When they do act like they care they take my info down and say they will return call, which they never do! Dont use their photographer if you get married here its a rip off for a 5 min ceremony!

Very nice place. Great service. The man who did the service was very polite and kind. It was exactly what we were expecting to experience when we went to our friends wedding. The Nostalgia is so sweet. Its a very interesting and unique experience. I recommend going there even if youre not looking for a marriage or a renewal. Its in the old part of the strip and has a lot of old history and interesting things around it.

I got married last December. I accidentally booked the wrong day and called up to change it to the correct day, they were super helpful and was luckily able to. So my wedding day arrives and as I turn up to the venue we are ushered into another building. At the time I thought this was just somewhere the bride goes before the groom. We (me and my family) were then shoved in a lift, go to the top floor where they handed me the worst bouquet I have ever seen. Luckily I had another made before the wedding so it was fine. Then they quickly asked if it was religious or not and then my family were told to go into the room. I was thinking hang on, this isnt the little white chapel? This is a conference room. Yep, I got married in a conference room NEXT DOOR to the little white wedding chapel. Turns out they were re-furbishing the actual place so we were shoved in this HUGE room. I am beyond upset. It has taken me this long to be okay with our pictures, all you can see is this horrible ceiling above and the amount of space. We specifically booked and paid for the tiny chapel room in the main building and we got a huge conference room which was just awful. I actually cant believe that at no point, not even when I was on the phone to them, that they didnt mention this to me. I absolutely would have gone somewhere else. They also expect to be tipped, every single person, even if youve already paid for everything! To be honest I am not sure what our initial payment was even for. If I could do it all again, I wouldnt!!! So so so so bad!

Staff were all so nice! We loved the service! Be prepared to tip your driver, photographer and Pastor. They are all super nice and accommodating. We were able to hang out in the Gazebo and have champagne and cupcakes for a few minutes. We had very low expectations but were really surprised by the entire experience.

Definitely not what I expected, the photos online are enhanced for everything to look newer and nice. The service was not friendly, and the location is in a sketchy area.
