Best water store. I’ve been buying my alkaline water from them for over 5 years and their water is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Keep doing a great job for the community.

Been going to this place for years. Run by a family from Armenia, I think. The main guy spoke English and was polite and helpful, but he passed away quite awhile ago and the place is now run by his friends and family, and mainly by a nice older guy who speaks almost no English (but more English than I speak Armenian). But you can easily communicate by speaking clearly some key words, like “oxygen” (for the ozonated water I use), “RO” (for cheaper reverse-osmosis-only water) or “alkaline” (expensive and I don’t see the benefit). I don’t know how these kind of stores make any money but I’ll keep going to this one as long as they’re in business and I can still carry my 5-gal jugs.

My parents just moved to Las Vegas and were looking for a store where they could purchase water for their home. Im so happy I found this store! They have alkaline water that tastes amazing and is very affordable. The older man working there was so helpful and nice! Would definitely be coming back

Read some reviews about the bad service and inability to communicate at a customer service level. But it was a 10 month old review so I decided to see for my self. I use 18 to 21 gallons of alkaline water a week. I buy it from another shop close to my house. Wanted to try a new place to have a back up.Today, 4-29-21early in the afternoon I went in for the first time. There is a very convenient parking spot right in front of the shop, reserved for ten minutes for a quick in and out. Unfortunately there was a yellow Hummer occupying one and quarter of the space. No problem, I parked somewhere else. Went in checked the prices and saw it was twice as much as my other place. No problem I decided Ill give it a try since I need to have a back up place.I asked the one employee as to please tell me how it works with the water. Since It was my first time there. He stared at me and said nothing. I then repeated my self and added how is the water tested and how often.He stood up came close and just grinned. Not sure if he did not speak English or some other impediment.Still he just stood there and stared.I then told him if he could even answer that simple questions I was not doing business there.Then as I left the Yellow Hummer that was taking the extra parking and then some was leaving. Vanity plates read the business name, seems it was the owner.I wanted to give this place a chance to earn my business.Seems the bad reviews were accurate. Customer Service is not a priority.

Ive been coming to Water U Love for a while now, and every time im extremely satisfied with the customer service and their water. Personally, I love the alkaline water, I work out often and always use their water as it really keeps me hydrated and energized throughout my workout or day. The owner even tested the p.H. in front of me to show me that its not just normal water. I recommend anyone to come try this water, and dont be afraid to ask the owner about any questions or concerns you have!

Absolutely horrible customer service and VEEERY OVERPRICED!!!! People that work there do not speak any English and can not answer any questions! Outside says one pricing inside is another, more expensive. Outside says no cash, inside they tell you no cards- only cash... I mean what.... Definitely wont come back and wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Doesnt accept card. Asked if he did. Said yes started pouring. Went to pay and he said cash only.dont think he speaks English.

I give this place a one star because of the employees Lack of hygiene. This whole pandemic although overly exaggerated, we need to look at water just like we look at food in a restaurant establishment. The gentleman in here always smells like really bad B.O. and some of you might get sensitive of the topic, you wouldn’t want anyone serving you food with a smell so strong, it’s the same for water. I rarely see the owner here I’ve only seen them about twice, the guy he has in here working speaks English when he wants, and other times he doesn’t know any English. I continue getting my water here but now i use the self-serve stations outside because what disgusted me the most was when he was wearing gloves and a mask, counting money touching the water bottles and the caps with the same gloves. The gloves look yellowish from all the money and he was sweating inside of them. The gloves were blue and stained yellow from all the money he was touching. I can hope the owner reads this and takes it serious before the health department shows up. It is very unsanitary and people should be advisedTo use the self serving stations outside until the owner cleans up this mess. Today I was filling up my seven jugs outside, and he came out. He didn’t say hi I’m sure he’s realized that I am now only using self service outside. Again as soon as he stepped outside, his BO almost made me gag, please fix this it is very disgusting and unhealthy

Small shop on Fort Apache and Sahara, next to Ashleys furniture store. Best water I have tasted, and really reasonable price. Very friendly owners. They deliver also, but I always go to the shop and fill up my own bottles. theyre purified water which is what I use is $0.25 a gallon, and they have alkaline water for a dollar a gallon.

Too expensive for alkaline and service not good

I came in the store and the man didn’t wear a mask and gloves. He doesn’t follow the rules, that’s against everyone’s hygiene. When you ask him why he doesn’t wear a mask he couldn’t even answer me, he couldn’t answer me as a customer. Please solve these problems.

This water store has both indoor and outdoor water dispensers. The outdoor dispenser only filtered water and the inside has both regular and alcoline water. They do charge more but they fill the bottles for you if you need help with them they will
