Tahoe springs has wonderful service and GREAT tasting water. They have serviced me from 3 different home addresses over 11 years, and have NEVER missed a beat!! Always on time and the driver I have is the MOST considerate person and I WILL start TIPPING HIM! (smiles).They keep their prices affordable together with the best tasting water in the valley, and the nicest drivers you cant go wrong!!!
Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. they need to hire people who know how to answers the phones and works well with the public. Hopefully the owner will see these reviews and realize the people working for him just lost another account. A poorly treated customer of theirs for over a year now. its time to find better service.

Great customer service, and tasty H20. We drink their water at business and home. Spring water is delivered, they are always friendly and timely. Drivers have given courtesy call & texts when we would have missed a delivery, or had a schedule holiday change. I appreciate that they go above and beyond.

I love the taste of Springs Water. The first time I had it, I completely felt the difference with other waters in the market. I love it and recommend it to anyone.

I was out of town when my delivery date was scheduled and because l didn’t leave them a form of payment they left two eviction type notices on my door as if l was trying to skip out on the bill. They were charging me $5.00 a bottle so for those of you that got your bottles for $2.50 feel lucky. I canceled there services do to there unprofessionalism.

Had the service earlier last year. Took about 3 months for them to cancel my subscription. Returned everything and til this day, I still haven’t received my refund that I had on my account. Don’t know what happened to that refund. There are other companies that are much better.
Aside from enjoying the on-time bottled water delivery, I refresh my body with Tahoe’s Alkaline water.
When I first moved to Vegas I noticed my whole family had an insatiable thirst that wouldnt go away and we were constantly getting sick. I started researching whats in water that says minerals for taste and was amazed at what I found. Lab grade chemicals are the minerals used. I couldnt believe we were drinking epsom salt among other things. This was Sparklettes water from Costco alleged spring water. So my search began to find actual Spring water. I found Tahoe. The service is amazing. The water is literally the best and my families health has improved greatly since we started drinking the water. Customer for life!
Weve had delivery from this company for a few years now and theyre great.
Had great service at home so decided to use it at my business as well. Weve had 3 days of no shows in 2 months of service. Drivers shouldnt be acting like were an imposition. We pay for the service, we dont get the service. Time to switch up to ANYBODY but these guys

I have been a customer since 2018, and have had great service from office staff to delivery Reps. The employees are always pleasant, courteous, and personable. The delivery rep takes pride in making sure he meets his delivery schedule by consistently being on time.

Our driver is always on time. He sends a text the day before to remind us to put out our empty bottles. The water tastes great. We have been happy with the service but will be canceling due to an increase in our other debts. We have loved the water and would recommend this company to our friends. Our experience with this company has been very good.

I just had a sales representative Lance come to my door. First impression was that he was very kind and humorous. He rushed the conversation about signing up. He failed to mention some hidden fees that I was later told about from a woman I called at their office. She mentioned a $2.50 hidden fee would be charged every 4 weeks, a credit card discount would be given if it was automatic and not everything on the receipts were disclosed before signing. Totally my fault for not reading thoroughly but I assumed the best. I had to call to cancel and a man named Eric answered. Very nice and cancelled my service immediately. Advised I was charged $25.50 when I was told Id only be charged $20. Either way he fixed it and my worries went away. Lance came back immediately to pick it all up. He was still very sweet and understanding of me canceling.

I went there for the water (my second time), I had gotten a bottle of Tahoe Springs Alkaline Water from my Cardiologists office and liked that the water tasted like what tap water tasted like back in the 70s in San Francisco, California.
We liked the water and the service until the driver wouldnt bring a stand for 4 to 5 months We had been asking for one that was in working order! He continued to bring a broken stand that wouldnt hold the crock! I asked him the last time he brought a broken stand, that if it wasnt replaced by the next day that I would close our account seemed reasonable after waiting all those months and not getting any results! I did this via text.He, then sent a very ugly text back saying he didnt respond to threats and wont be spoken to by anyone like that and We could take our business elsewhere so, then, I called the Manager, who never called me back! If this is the best of their customer service, then We dont need them! We have other choices!
We appreciate Tahoe Springs for bringing us delicious water and always making sure our needs have been met. We especially like our delivery driver because he always makes sure were taking care of and that we never have to run out of water. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great tasting water, good prices and on time deliveries!
Ill admit I was skeptical when a guy showed up at my door offering to drop off a water cooler and give me two free bottles of water. He said if I liked it I could call in and turn on a monthly service, if not they would come back and retrieve the equipment. The water is fantastic, way better than some of the other water delivery services that we have here in Vegas and Ive never had an issue with billing at all. All of my bills have been accurate and on the up and up. Ive been with them now for over a year without any billing issues.At one point I did have a bottle start leaking on me. That can happen with any delivery service and cant really be prevented. I thought it was the cooler leaking but the guy who answered the phone knew right away that it was the bottle and that it can sometimes look like its coming from the cooler. He instructed me to put a different bottle on and confirm that the leak had stopped and it did. He then sent a driver out for an unscheduled delivery that same day to replace the leaky bottle because he didnt want me to have to wait and then run out of water before my next delivery date. I didnt get charged for the replacement bottle or for the unscheduled delivery and I am literally the farthest delivery that they have in town.Ive know 2 or 3 of their drivers now and theyve all been really nice folks. Very polite. If I forget to put my empty bottles out for them and end up running out there with bottles in hand when they pull up they will always offer to bring the full bottles inside for me instead of letting me carry them in myself and I love their automated reminder calls the day before a scheduled delivery.Really a top notch company. Im glad we found them!

They lie to you to get you to sign up and try them. I was offered to try them and get 3 bottles free. Once I welcomed them I was then asked for a $20 deposit for the cooler and $10 account deposit. When I signed up they told me the deposit will be given back to me, which was a lie! Now that I cancelled they only want to give me $15 for returning the bottles (I returned the cooler too) but no refund for that or anything else.
Have been with Tahoe Springs for several years, & am very happy. Everyone at Tahoe is always extremely helpful, & I definitely would recommend them to everyone! Always appreciate the reminder call before delivery. Continue on with all you are doing!!!
They over charged for 2 bottles and when I cancelled services they over charged me. I paid them off but now got another bill in the mail and dont understand what for. they will scam you out of anything they can get out of you.
Fast, friendly, and very accommodating.With our company experiencing such a down swing in the construction industry, Tahoe Springs has been especially accommodating. They have not penalized us for scaling down and I dont doubt for a minute, they will do only what we need to do until we see a turn in business.
Salesman gave me all kinds of reassurance about charges, or lack of future charges as I was hesitant about signing up for service. I dont really need the service but I let him talk me into it. My mistake, first thing cooler leaked water all over kitchen & dining room floor which I had to clean up. Didnt seem to bother salesman, he just got a generic looking cooler out of his truck to replace defective one while I clean up mess. Promised no more charges or obligations on my part but what do you know, couple weeks in & already receiving bills despite fact I already paid for cooler rent & 3 bottles of water. Have used only 1 bottle so far & already being charged. All his answers to my questions were BULLCRAP! Just to get me to sign up. Complete liar, now he wont return my calls to pickup cooler & discontinue service. I am not surprised. Paid $20 for 1 bottle of water from this company, now billing me already, what a ripoff. And get this, Its not even Spring Water!! Its treated water to boot, how misleading with a name like Tahoe Springs, no spring water here, just filtered, how cheap is that??

Alkaline Water is great, being stored outside part in the sun or heat if the day is very bad, 3 starts for that

I used tahoe for a few years now. Then i get a new driver and my bill became outrageous! I called and tried to cancel. They said use the water u have. Ok no problem. I skipped the future orders and delivery driver kept droping off water. I called and complained. Said co e get the water n equipment. They said they cant till i finish water. I finished water and driver came again to drop off water on a skiped order and i just gave em all there stuff back. There trying to charge me $55 for 2 bottles of water. The lady i spoke to was very rude. Threatened to take me to collections. I said ill pay for water but not $30 in delivery n fees. She wouldnt let me speak. Always spoke over me n then goes were sending u to collections, have a nice day n hung up on me!
Delivery person-- Don -- is fantastic. Hes super kind and always makes sure we are taken care of-- hes never made a mistake. When Ive called for extra water or a problem with the cooler, the phone service is very helpful.

Scammers!!! Signed up for a 30 day free trial and never made it past day 1 without being charged. Asked 2 to be taken of the route and delete account and still had to pay fees after asking. Jsut recieved yet another bill :( terrible company and ethics
Delivery issues all the time with this company, the representative would never ring the doorbell only leave notices if there was a bill due, when we tried to return the empties & take care of the bill the driver took off. When I called to speak with Debbie the collection manager, the supervisor Nina (strong accent) refused to let me speak with her & immediately started cussing when I asked again to speak with her. I hung up & called back and Nina again got on the phone and told me Im gonna kick your ass, then threatened to report me to Metro. Ill be filing a report with the BBB in addition. LOL, this company is a joke & I would never do business with them again.
I tried to set up service with the 3 times this week and was told each time that someone would be out the next day. I still have not had anyone show up. I will never use there service.

I have only been signed up with Tahoe Springs Water Company for a pretty limited time and already have several complaints. Almost everything that I was told at the door when they signed me up has turned out to be false and I cant seem to get ahold of anyone to clear up discrepancies. They are now trying to deliver (and charge) more frequently than I was originally told
I have the best sales associate ever! I have never been without water and he is always courteous and accomodating. Because I sometimes use a cane, he brings my order in my apartment and always puts my order away. I could not ask for any better services. Anything more probably would not be legal....lol!. I will say with respect to the office and nothing to do with my driver, the little add on charges incurred when trying to pay my bill are annoying such as a charge to use my credit/debit card. Or,upon receipt of my statement, there are one or two miscellaneous charges that always annoy me and there is never a legitimate explanation for the charges. Also, other bottled water companies I have used ever charged a bottle deposit and I think FIVE DOLLARS PER BOTTLE IS OUTRAGEOUS. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN WE THE CONSUMER ONLY Deal with the delivery person, they are the only ones to hear our complaints.

They kept the overpayment we had (I would pay a lump sum ahead of time so we were never in arrears) and the deposit we put on the bottles saying, you owed that. Funny how it turned out to be exactly our overpayment and bottle deposit. The salesman that sold us the contract at our door, did the exact opposite to what the company does.. Not worth fighting for about 23.00 but on principle..sour taste for this company
I had fallen a bit behind on the bill due to reasons beyond my control and received an invoice in my door and at the bottom of that invoice was a hand written message from my driver, who always seems to act like he is better than myself. the $20 a YEAR cooler rental had been paid and i have only had it for a few mos. The hand written note on the invoice, which was office printed stated the cooler was being reported stolen and the cereal number was linked to MY name, I had no intentions of stealing their cooler and wasnt done with their services. However i am done now and id think twice about renting or buying ANYTHING from them.
This company sucks. Our cooler started leaking. They told us that the bottle has a pin hole in it. They said we will come out and look at it on Aug. 3 2016 at 12 pm they never showed up, so they said its just the water bottle we will exchange them on Aug. 4 2016 they never showed up. When we first got this company delivery was on Monday then it went to Tuesday then it went to Wednesday. Now its when they call you. Company sucks and stay away from them.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Our office cancelled with Tahoe Springs after being over charged and the supervisor who answered the phone when I called (woman with an strong accent) proceeded to scream and me and tell me I was lying about all the issues we had. We had issues with the water delivery man we were assigned and he was constantly rude and when we asked for receipts when paying cash He REFUSED. So we cancelled service. When he came to pick up their equipment he walked up to a coworker and got in her face and yelled would you pay your last bill now so I can leave since you wanna throw people under the bus. He was extremely rude and unprofessional like his supervisor. We switched to Sparklettes and have had NO ISSUES! Plus our bill is $10 cheaper each month. I wouldnt recommend Tahoe Springs to anyone.

Terrible company, got a leaky bottle the first time and the driver decided to accuse me of trying to scam them and called me a liar. I ordered Spring Water and got nothing but R/O Water. Kept billing me for it, then would pad the bill and say they delivered water i never ordrered. These people are nasty. I have contacted an Attorney as the driver had the gall to come to my door this morning demanding money. I am also contacting the BBB as well. Steer clear of these people, they are scam artists.

Called and complained about employee threatening my home. I decided to wait they never called or tried to help. They sent me to collections for $88.00 and told me there was nothing they could do. Employee is a bald guy with muscle built always wears shorts and tries to intimidate customers. Beware! Beware!beware!
