I have no idea what’s happened to this Company. Ive had them for over a year and all of the sudden, I have been waiting for my water for over a week. I have called several times and I end up getting the same story. They will be there tomorrow for sure, Or later today….. in the meantime I am out of water and the empty bottles are still outside waiting for new ones. Up to now they have been punctual and have always delivered what I need. I love their water and I consume a lot. I love their convenient dispenser which you load the bottles from the bottom. That’s the reason I went with them to begin with. I am disabled and unable to lift those 5 gallon bottles. Emails keep on coming and telling me the delivery is on its way, this started last Tues when I was supposed to receive my delivery. Well I keep receiving those notices, but no water. I find no reason to stay with this company at this point. I hope someone out there is receiving their water, because I’m certainly not.

My driver hasn’t shown up in a month. Keep getting emails that “it’s coming tomorrow”. If you need drivers I am willing to work. Willing and able to get any CDL required. Stop making excuses and start finding solutions.

The water is good, but the service is not. When the driver misses your delivery, it is a real struggle to get through to customer service and get your water. We went so far as to go to the brick and mortar distributing facility in Las Vegas when NO ONE would answer the customer service line. By the way, the building is shut up tight like they know angry customers are on the way, because customer service is a real joke. 1hour and 42 min wait time and when I got a human on the line, they were snippy and still had to transfer me to scheduling because they could not schedule delivery. I am planning to change water companies and it is not the water, it is the customer service, and it is not the first time it has happened, it is the third time and I am done..

Me and my kids love Sparkletts water. The delivery guys have always been kind and helpful. Price is responsible. For a family that drinks mostly water, this is so dependable and reliable. Plus it taste good!! Thank you Sparkletts!!

Water tastes better than any other bottled water. I have drank many different brands of bottled water and sparklets is by far the best.Excellent service, they bring it right to your door and the price is reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend it for your bottle water choice.

Ive only recently started water delivery (about 2 or 3 months ago) but so far I have had no problems. The driver is friendly and I also received a Christmas card. As we are new to the service I have had to make numerous changes to our bottle delivery requirement and have had no issues in getting the number of bottles we need. So far Im happy with the service. It saves us from having to take trips to the store for the 24 packs of small bottles.

Ive had sparkletts for over a year now and I love the service. I dont feel guilty anymore for constantly wasting plastic bottles from the store. They deliver on time and billing is pretty straight forward. My delivery guy even left me a Christmas card.

I love having Sparkletts! Not only do they bring my water to my door, I can get other items such as tea and sports drinks. Our driver, John, is absolutely phenomenal and is always friendly and checks in with us even when we skip a delivery. As long as we keep John we will remain customers!

What a joke. I updated my home address which removed a delivery hold I had (unbeknownst to me at the time). So they delivered the 3 bottles on the next scheduled delivery as per the Costco plan without my knowledge. I called them to pick up the bottles and Id put 4 empties I had along with the 3 fulls. They pick up the bottles 10 days later (on Aug 1st) but they still havent issued the credit. Ive been told 3 times now they have to email the local manager to verify the bottles were picked up. What???And they wont give me the phone number to the local office. They if you find it online thats fine but we wont give it out. What the hell???In the meantime, the next bill shows a $3.17 fuel surcharge for picking up the bottles. They screwed up and they want to pass the surcharge on to me? Ridiculous.This is one of the few times Costco has fallen way short with a vendor providing horrible service.If you want to avoid the headache and the heartache stay away from Sparkletts and just refill a couple bottles at Albertsons or Smiths.

This company has the worst customer service and billing is a nightmare. Good luck trying to get any of your issues resolved. No one ever returns calls and you good luck trying to get help at the 800 number on your bill. Take a look at another company before going with Sparkletts.

Wonderful and timely service

Worst billing ever! We have used Sparkletts for years and just cancelled our service due to billing issues. Every month our bill was different and there were added fees that just did not make sense. We have paid and have our bank statement to prove it yet continued to get bizarre late fees and charges. Ive called customer service multiple times to resolve our billing issue (the retention department in particular) and their response was always ... we will call you back. And no call backs ever. Its ridiculous! Our delivery man was great, no problems there, but we will never be a customer again.
