This water is a life changer I would recommend this water to anyone who wants to be healthier in their journey in life especially if your suffering from any type of health issues. My mother is a cancer survivor with mental illness and I suffer from traumatic brain injury and p.t.s.d and all I can say is that we feel so much better, 10 times even more better after we started drinking ALKALIZED water compared to any other. Do not do business with this company. Horrible customer service, Im now receiving a bill for services never received and got an un-authorized charged to my debit, which I was told was removed from their system months ago. The company never responded to multiple billing and delivery mistakes during the time I was a customer and proceeded to also charge me an auto bill payment, I never authorized. 5 months after closing my account, they have taken money from me and are now coming after me for more money I dont owe them. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT, due to the unethical and wrong business practices.

The 2 starts arent for the product. Great product! But the WORST service on the planet. They are great at selling you the water but once a customer just terrible customer service. It needs to be cleaned out and rehire prior that are going to actually care about the business and customers. If the owner doesnt care about the employees then they arent going to care about the business or the customers. Their home delivery service is not good.

Signed up for service, waited all day for delivery. No one showed so I called customer service 3x before they answered and said the driver will be there by 530. Guess who didnt show up and of course the office was closed. I commented on one of their posts about my experience, STILL GIVING them a chance to rectify the issue. Real Water was classy enough to delete the entire post. I wish I would have read these reviews before signing up. I have been charged and I have no product. I will get my money back but Im hoping to help someone else not waste theirr time with this company.

I placed an order one week ago today with James, who was extremely quick to take my payment and tell me I would get my water and dispenser on Wednesday. I dont have a receipt showing what I purchased or anything. I have called probably 30 times today and was able to reach only one person, James. I asked him about the delivery and he said, If I said it would be delivered on Wednessay, then it will be. He didnt have his computer, so he couldnt tell me anything else. Anthony, the delivery manager is a good dude, and tried to bring a cooler out to me and 1 bottle, which was very nice, but that doesnt change the fact that I can never get ahold of anyone from customer service and deliveries are always late. I have cancelled service with them and will not do business again.

I left another company because of billing issues and join this team. I always have my water delivered on time with a phone call prior to advise they are in route or even if they wont be coming that day. There are no surprises and you get great water along with excellent customer service!

I’ve been waiting a week for delivery which is always late by 2 to 3 days then I was called and informed that I’m behind on payments which I was never informed of and was setup for automatic payment when I started delivery service. I called them and No one answers. Horrible customer service.

I dont understand why placing orders for delivery can be so difficult. I would have to be the one to follow up and remind on deliveries? Also, late and condescending responses doesnt help either. This is very frustrating. I love their products but the customer service needs alot of work. I wanted to support small businesses but Im considering cancelling debating if its even worth it anymore.

OMG.. this water is AMAZING!!Before I found Real Water. I thought I was stuck using a kangen machine for my negative ionized water. But by some miraculous way of science. They found a way to make STABLE bottled, Negative Ionized water. Now I have it with me wherever I go. Thank you Real Water!!!

If I could give them a -10 I would. They are the worse company, I have ever dealt with. Deliveries are late, or non existent. I called them and Cathi promised to get it fixed, four weeks later no deliveries and my card still getting charged. I called them to follow-up as to why they are charging me for a product I have never received. They transfer me to the manager and he proceeds to blabber that they tried to deliver and we werent open. Lies. We open from 11 am to 8 pm. and I had not gotten any water in 8 weeks.Trained monkeys could do the job better. Run run the other way. Horrible customer service, unreliable, unprofessional. Do not return calls, emails etc.

Love the water but customer service is non existent. And to make matters worse no one ever answers the phone when you call to fix a problem.Or they call you back and you miss their call and the cycle persists. Will likely switch water providers. Save yourself a bundle of headaches and skip this company.

If I could give this company minus -5 stars, I would.Numerous times when I am traveling and do not need new water delivery, I always called but the majority of the time when I get home there are water delivered to my home.Fed-up with this I recently canceled the service and arranged to have them pick up the machine.As someone needs to be home and I am not allowed to just leave the machine outside, took a day off and waiting for them.True to form, bad service across the company, no call and no show.Called again, been told the same thing.Told them if they dont bother to show or have the courtesy to let the customer know when they will ever show, I will leave the machine outside.Requested to speak with a supervisor, put on hold and came back the supervisor Aimee Jones to tell me she is too busy and will leave a note for the business owner. Bad and rude service. Of course they will not call. Are you kidding me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came across a post on Facebook for 4 five gallon jugs for $20. So I reached out to try to get the service. 5 days later I got a text with this wrong pricing info that I had inquired about. I was told that special was no longer available yet they continue posting it. The gentleman had to speak to his manager for me to get that price, which they agreed to. They stated they couldnt deliver for a week. Thankfully I had enough to get me by until then, so it wasnt a problem. Well here we are 2 weeks later....still no water, no email, no phone call, no text....nothing. Ive tried reaching out to them but no answer or call back.Horrible service!! I wouldnt accept this water service even if it were free!

This is the best water you could ever possibly put in your body! Their patented process of negatively charged ions in the high alkaline water stays stable for over a year, while other Waters Ive looked at are stable a couple of days to maybe a week...

Personally, I wouldn’t give one star if it were an option.I’m a brand new customer with only one delivery and I would NEVER recommend doing business here.I had my first delivery scheduled which then never arrived... I then phoned and left messages over and over for a women named Victoria whom was my rep and FINALLY got a call back after maybe the 5th attempt!!She then scheduled a new date for me which then never happened. The delivery finally comes the next morning and the order was WRONG. She also promised two glass bottles for the “inconvenience”, which also never arrived.Now, this was weeks ago, never had any refills, phone calls about deliveries nor returned phone call”s” about my scheduled services. My last call to this women was about canceling and closing the account due to such POOR service and I have yet to receive a call back.This is managed poorly and extremely unprofessional.I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere and saving yourself from this inconvenience.

Customer service is a nightmare with this company. When you call-you never get a live person...must leave a message and the call is never returned. I have been dealing with this company for three months now-they never deliver when scheduled..and when they do deliver-the order is never right. Plus-trying to pay my bill online took pulling teeth to get instructions on how to do so because the website is a disaster. The water is fabulous when it finally gets delivered. I have run completely out of water...have been calling for two days now and still no resolve.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS! The customer service with this company is the worst I have ever encountered. You barely get returned calls, plus my delivery was not made on time. I asked for a one-time delivery. I received it 4 days after they said I would. The man who I had spoken to, Dan, after finally receiving a response, said that he never said it would be sent out Friday... which is absolute BS because he took my card info when I first called, and said thank you it will arrive Friday. I wrote it down immediately and waited all day Friday and nothing came. I called many times for 4 days trying to get a response. I got a call back from Dan saying he never said it would be delivered Friday.. absolute bs! I was told I would receive a refund on one of the bottles for it being late by this woman Victoria. This guy Dan finally called me back and tried to make me feel I was in the wrong yet again, saying he never said they do one time deliveries and that hes not an idiot. This is absolutely insane and this company needs to be shut down.***Just some info: As for people who say alkaline water doesnt work, it does. And you should be drinking alkaline water that is NOT made with added chemicals. You may not notice any huge impact, but it definitely hydrates you more than regular water, it is also crucial for maintaining a balanced pH level in your body. Low pH levels (aka high acidity levels) are breeding grounds for cancer to thrive off of. Its also important to not really drink high alkaline water (like a 9.5) as your primary source of water on a daily basis, too much of it can cause headaches and confusion etc. Its important to balance it with your regular drinking water (which should be around a pH of 7-7.5) or drink an alkaline water thats around the 7.5-8 pH range***

The water has left outside on the burning sun for entire day, nobody send me a text message to advice me about the delivery. I called them to complain but they did not care, and I ask about the quality of their water when sitting on the sun on the plastic bottle for so long and they told me that it did not matter at all. And if I wasnt happy to go someplace else. Plain and simple ... now you made your judgment :(

They go thru delivery guys like no tomorrow. They suspended my water service for over 4 weeks because they said I did not pay my bill. When I proved them wrong, they apologized and credited me 2 bottles. However when my bill came due again, the charge that they said I did not pay is still on my balance due. They are the most difficult to get a hold of. Its like no one works in that office. The only person that answers the phone is Victoria. And she was the only reason why I kept using Real Water. But no more. I am cancelling my service and finding a new water service as we speak. Ridiculous.

I havent had water delivered since December 13th and havent gotten a call back from anyone in regards to redelivery. No one ever picks up the phone when you call. Its bizarre. I have even called and text the corporate number and nothing. Terrible.

They kill all the bacteria good and bad, and use municipal(Tap) water from Las Vegas which is terrible for source water to begin with. In English if you use the suffix (ize) to a word as they do it means to add something, which is what they do to make the PH go up. This company are a bunch of scam artists and need to be shut down.
