I’ve been getting water from this company for almost a year. I started with “alkaline” then told them just give me filtered water, I guess they have all types of waters. He said I was getting g premium water not filtered. Well, honestly, it all tastes the same to me. I think when he laughed at me is when I decided paying $81.50 for 5 - 4 gallon bottles of water was just way to expensive. I canceled my service and will be using someone else. There are plenty of companies out here. Probably all using the same hoses.

There are a lot of options in Las Vegas, including get your own at the grocery store and other services. We decided to go with a delivery service for various reasons and couldnt be more impressed with Crystal Premium. Always fast to respond, friendly staff and drivers, reliable product and reasonable prices for not having to do all the work myself. Super happy and would recommend if youre looking for an alternative to tap water or having a fridge full of filter pitchers.

Talk about speed and service at its finest! Got the delivery service setup in 1 day and Dain was on point. He called me 2 hours ahead of the delivery timeframe to let me know when I could expect him. This water is so good for my body. I feel different. It has no after taste. My body feels a lot better. The water molecules must be larger because it hydrates way better than the store bought waters I was using. Leo was an excellent representative. Hes awesome.

I signed up for water delivery for the 5 gallon alkaline water this past week. The sign up process was really easy and the delivery for the first set of bottles was really quick. This place will rob you and make unauthorized charges to you card for services they never delivered on. Then when you try to communicate with them to correct the problem, they will not even listen & will become hostile when trying to reason with them. I DO NOT GETTING WATER FROM THEM, Call Silver Springs Water instead if you want delicious water & GREAT SERVICE from a company the will NOT ROB YOU & LIE.

Free case of drinking water with a good review if your wondering where the 5 stars came from...its notworth lying for though.In addition to quoting 33.00 a month them charging 39.00 you wont get deliveries on time and the office staff is clueless on most issues referring you to the driver. This place started out ok but went downhill badly. I have electronic water alkalinity tester and standard ph strips. Their water advertised at 9.0 tests at 7.2 electronic and 7-8 with strips. After complaining multiple times with no improvement i cancelled my service last month yet they delivered again this month. The lady that I spoke to says she doesnt remember me calling to cancel which is more alarming since the cancelation conversation got pretty heated and makes me think they get so many complaints that they arent that memorable anymor.. Its a very shady place

Great service! I emailed to request water delivery service information on Tuesday & they called back next day to schedule delivery on Thursday! I was super pleased it went so quickly. Not to mention Patrick was not only on time but super great at communicating about the appointment, no sitting around for 6 hours waiting! They have a text option which is great since i teach odd hours so i can still reach someone. I wanted Alkaline & electrolyte water (the fish can’t have alkaline lol) & they offered that, as well as my #1 important deal breaker … PBA free plastic bottles & even a glass option (i can’t afford that right now lol but I’m hoping to upgrade soon). Definitely glad this is the company i chose after shopping around. Highly recommend.

This company sent us to collections for $74 dollars in a pandemic with ZERO letter stating a balance. Top it off with horrible customer service and the lack of common sense. It was so easy to sign up for delivery, we got our water delivered the very next day and Dain was incredibly professional, precise and friendly! He answered all my questions (I had quite a few haha) and even gave us a free case of water!! Highly recommend them!!

As a business owner I find it unfathomable that someone would tell the girls in my office that were not special several times and be as rude as humanly possible, yelling at people will never get anything accomplished and as a the customer on this end it was appalling that this type of behavior is tolerated.

So this company does bad business. Will never do business with again and I do NOT recommend this company. Terrible experience with this company!
