From our Reverse Osmosis water system down to our water softener, Jason has always been there for us. Whenever we were confused or needed assistance, without hesitation, Jason delivered! All it takes is one phone call and Jason is “LITERALLY” there!!!“Jason Vasquez For President 2024”!!!
We have made an appointment for my client who had water continuously running due to the water softener. They were supposed to service the water softener and change out the RO water filter because the water tasted horrible. The girl on the phone said we were due for a filter change (my client had just purchased the home) and they were going to send someone out on Monday. Fast forward to Thursday, someone at the home still informed me that no one came by. I called and got informed that it said canceled on the notes. The receptionist couldnt tell me why it was canceled. No call, no explanation. Mind you, the water has been running continuously due to the faulty softener and my client is going to have an enormous water bill. Now they cant come out until Tuesday. We are going to cancel and purchase a system from a local store. Just inexcusable.
I started using Culligan soft water earlier this year. The water here is so hard that I reached out to Culligan Water of Las Vegas what an amazing difference it made. The Culligan Rep who came out to talk was so knowledgeable and the Culligan Water delivery driver always has a smile when he pulls up to the house masks are still being worn which I respect that. Are Culligan Delivery Driver is on point with his delivery time thank you..All I can say if your water is hard and your skin cant take the dryness anymore call Culligan Water Las Vegas

Working with Sonia Torres has been a pleasure and she responds very quickly especially if there are issues. I appreciate her professionalism and caring. Wish I could give no stars. I had a appointment 4/2 @ 8. They no call no showed. I was planning on buying a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. Clearly they have enough customers. I will gladly give my money to another company.

This is a very dishonest (and expensive) company. They have raised their rates considerably and consistently over the past couple of years. They charged me for a broken water dispenser. I know for certain that is was broken, as it was not cooling the water. They said that the employee who picks up the broken unit decides whether or not its broken. Sure enough, he apparently decided it was not broken. Also, they charged a delivery fee to pick up the broken unit. The customer service has been rude and unhelpful. You should definitely consider using a different company. We certainly will be from now on. Culligan is the perfect example of a poorly run company that doesnt care about their customers.
I had been with my previous water service company for 5 years & was thoroughly impressed with the Culligan Water services from sales to service. The sales person, Greg Howard, was very knowledgeable & got me all the options I needed. The installation tech was very thorough & Im very satisfied with my new service. I get a water delivery every month I never had any issues when I 1st called up to open up a contract it was fast and easy if I have to make any changes I can text or call them in the office the delivery guy is a nice gentlemen. I dont know why so many bad comments I never had any issues I been with them now only 4 months is that why my new customer. I dont know But in a time like this its not easy getting water anywhere well if you want quality water I should say .
Beware of the Culligan offer of a free water analysis. Their website says Your Culligan Man™ will come to your home and provide a complete analysis of your city or rural water, fixtures, plumbing and water-using appliances. However, if you tell them that you already own a water softener, they will decline to to offer the free water analysis. The free water analysis is available.....only if there is the possibility of selling you a water softener. The website offer does not specify that the offer is conditioned on their being an opportunity to sell something. The offer is misleading at best and I would be suspicious of the test results since the Culligan objective is to sell a water softener.Bob SUPDATE/CORRECTIONUpon receipt of my review, the Culligan of Las Vegas Office Manager contacted me to apologize for the incorrect information provided to me by the Culligan Service Representative. She explained Culligans offer of a Free water analysis is unconditional. She also offered to schedule a Free water analysis at my convenience.My initial interaction with Culligan regarding the Free water analysis was obviously the result of an unfortunate two-way miscommunication.Kudos to Culligan for a quick service recovery.Bob S

Do not waste your time and money with Culligan, I was a customer for 16 years and loyalty means nothing to them. I had rented their RO System, saw a leak under my sink coming from the elbow hose connection to the system, when the tech came he said that after a year I own the hoses, I only rent the filters, the tank and the spout, therefore it would cost me $150 to fix the problem, I had him take out the entire system. There are other better companies out there. For almost $40 a month I could have bought quite a few of them.

New home, means new pipes. To protect those pipes, we called Culligan. Jason was an absolute delight to work with. He is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He definitely sets a high bar for how a true sales professional should conduct themselves. The Culligan RO system creates the best tasting water we have ever had, and the softener works flawlessly. Culligan Water is one of the most unprofessional companies I have encountered. When Arrowhead sold their company, Culligan purchased their client list. Since that time, our lives have been made miserable by their lack of organization, unprofessional conduct in not providing service because one payment is outstanding, and then summarily providing a bill to collections without an accounting. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret their conniving methods to hook you in and then treat you unfairly.

Jason came out to give me a demo about getting a water softener and reverse osmosis. He was very informative and helpful. They had an issue with my house not having a drain and needing to put some pipe in, a pea trap and air gap for it. Jason and Winnie came out and figured out a solution and got everything working for me. They really went the extra mile. If I had any issues Jason was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. I’m very happy with my system and Culligan water.
I would like to start off by saying that our representative, Jason Vasquez was absolutely amazing! We have been remodeling our home, and have been working with many vendors where we have had to work with many sales reps as well as customer service reps, and let me say, without a doubt, that he has been the best rep we have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgeable about Culligan products and the overall process, but he is punctual, responsive, and has a pleasant attitude. My first few calls to Culligan a service rep named Tina answered. It is quite obvious that she lacks any customer service skills and as a consumer that goes by service rather than price, I recommend she get some extensive training. So my first review was triggered by her nastiness and argumentative nature on the phone with me. She admitted she didnt read the comments on my account. I finally got to speak to Jenny (Ginny?) and she was very understanding and sincerely cared about why I called. She took the time to read the notes and understand my concern. My issues have been resolved thanks to her. Its too bad I didnt get her in the very beginning of the Arrowhead - Culligan transition, I may still be a customer. Get Tina trained and Culligans stars will soar. Thank you for Jenny.
Knowledgeable and thorough! I believe that Culligan has the best product on the market for the money. Their customer service is second to none as well. There was an existing Culligan system in the house we bought. It was 10 years old and still working fine. We wanted to upgrade however and had a new one installed that had a whole house filter and reverse osmosis system. Very happy with it. I would highly recommend them!

We decided to check with a variety of systems to see what had changed in terms of technology since our purchas 12 yrs earlier. After meeting with 5 companies, we decided to go with Culligan again. They werent the cheapest, but we were impressed with their product and services.Jason Vasquez our sales rep, is definitely an expert on the water in the Vegas area. He has exceeded our expectations in getting our system installed and following up on our satisfaction. We highly recommend Culligan, and especially Jason, to take care of your water system needs.

Same issue as everyone else. Was a Ready Refresh customer for a long time...As soon as it became Culligan it became a garbage service in every way. Super overpriced and no customer service at all. You are paying over a dollar a gallon plus delivery fees and the highest cooler rental fees and fees and fess. No thanks.
Recently had a service from Culligan at a house I bought with a Culligan system. Tech was on time and very friendly and took the time to explain the system and how it worked. All was working as it should. I Will definitely use them again.
Kris is a very nice and professional sales person. Unlike other companies sales, he had warmly smile when he visit my place every time. After I installed the water softener for few weeks, I can tell my skin is not as dry as before. Really enjoy bubble bath after that too.

My account was transferred over from the previous company. The service was horrible I cancelled the account. The deliveries were never accurate and when trying to correct the situation nothing changed. My account was squared away but they keep sending me a bill that I have called multiple times about and was told all is well but the bills continue and somehow even increase. Now I’m being threatened with a collection agency. OMG what a surreal situation!
The water tastes great, and to be delivered to my front door is just plain awesome. You cant beat the price anywhere. Customer Service is outstanding as well. My water is delivered in a timely fashion just as it is shown on my personal calendar that is given to me for delivery dates. I have been with Culligan a very very long time and I will never leave.
Worked with Jason Vasquez and he was fantastic!! Very communicative, with great work ethic, and it was actually fun! Learned all different things about the water and water needs and good water versus bad. Super nice guy and a joy to work with!
Less than 90-days as a customer: 2 issues.$8,000 paid, but the customer service isnt worth a dime.If there was a satisfaction guarantee clause, we would CANCEL CULLIGAN!There needs to be a greater response time for issues. Weve had two occasions when the water levels were off. It took 10 days to have a technician to come out. Do I get a 10-day prorated bill? No!We have no problem paying for good service. We just want the good service that should come with the product.

I recently moved from California and noticed that the water very hard in my home. Some of the neighbors has the system in their home and said that they dont have the same problem that I have, so I decided to call CulliganWhen I call I spoke with Jessica- very pleasant and helpful. She put me In touch with Jason, WOW!!!! this guy was fantastic...he came and tested my water, explained about all of the toxin, particles that were lurking in my water. I immediately said I wanted the system installed in my home.While finishing up the paperwork he put me In touch with someone to come out and cut the hole in the granite (William Tafoya AKA Chris), I arrange a date and time with him; he came was done with in 15- 20 minutes.Steve and Justin ( who is in training) came and install the system in the garage and placed the RO in the kitchen. They explain operations of the equipment answered any questions or concerns that I had about the system. Ive only had the system for a few days but Ive noticed the difference.Thank you Jason and the rest of the team.
PHENOMENAL! Im not even a customer of Culligan and just received the BEST customer service and follow-up from one of their employees, Sherrie. I recently bought a home that has an unusual looking water softener installed. The only receipt I could find in the home sale paperwork that related to the water systems was from Culligan. I called and explained my confusion about the water softener. Sherrie looked up the account but said it was for a rented (and returned) reverse osmosis unit. BUT, she asked me to text her a picture because I was confused about what softener equipment I had. She was SO professional, friendly, patient and helpful. She sent me a text reply to follow up and then CALLED ME BACK...within 10 minutes!! She took the time to give me a verbal tutorial of using salt, complications of salt bridges (and how to avoid them), regeneration, etc. I know NOTHING about water softeners since Ive only recently moved to Las Vegas area. Im AMAZED by my experience with Sherrie today...she provided me with the best service of ANY business I have dealt with. EVER. And I have had to deal with quitea few services since moving and purchasing a home. Thank you so much! I even told her that shed actually restored my faith in humanity. :)
I was very satisfied with Culligan. The service was excellent. The only reason I left was the cost. I tried to purchase the equipment but cost was to much. Culligan would have worked with me but I had already purchased and hubby installed a new water softner. Thanks for several years of great service.
Very professional and on time. Service technician explained what he was doing and why. Gave me an opportunity to ask question if I didn’t understand how and why the system Need certain amount maintenance. He tested my system to insure it continue to give my family and I the quality water we have come to expect.

I noticed that a lot of grocery shoppers buy bottled water by the cases. The monthly payment I pay is so reasonable and their water is so clean and tasty. I recommend all people living in Las Vegas call your Culligan representative today. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a fraud !!!Bad bad service!!!The worst customer service ever!!!Nothing but problems!!!Stilling you’re money!!!-Stay away-As a former ReadyRefresh customer they took from me deposit twice, they charge my account automatically more money then the number of bottles they actually delivered,every bill they faked other charges, they never answer the phone and not calling back.When I ended my service i returned my equipment and got a receipt from the delivery guy,more than a month and a half later I have not received any refund!!when talking to the customer service finally after a few days that I’m trying to reach them,they told me I need to wait a few more weeks and also they not going to give me back the whole amount that on the receipt even though I returned my cooler and 8 bottles back to them they going to refund me only on 5 bottles?! Why? Because they decided so,They just inventing new rules for their convenience and have a lot of excuses !!I pay every bill sometimes more than I suppose too just because they charge whatever they want,but They still refuse to give me back the money I deserve after I returned everything back.I never received such a disrespectful and shameful treatment from a company it’s a disgrace !!Do yourself a favor and stay away from CULLIGAN WATERSave your money it’s not worth it!* if I could give them zero stars I would
I am a former Ready Refresh customer and as previous reviews have mentioned, we received no notice that Culligan would be handling all of their accounts. The first bill was almost $60 for only 20 gallons of water. I called several times to inquire about the ridiculous billing, but constantly received the We are receiving a higher than normal call volume message. I finally just emailed to cancel and the customer service rep who emailed back stated she was unable to reach me. All I know is in comparison to what I was paying for Ready Refresh water delivery service they are grossly overpriced ($20 more per month) and their customer service is relatively non-existent. After 5 years of water home delivery, I canceled for a more affordable and responsive service. My new service answered the phone on the first call and delivered my new bottom load cooler the next day.
Absolutely the worst. This company took over the Nestle water delivery service and it has been a nightmare dealing with Culligan ever since. They never answer their phone or return messages. I cannot even call to have my bill corrected. I was scheduled for a delivery for Aug 20th according to my bill. I set out about 7 jugs of empty water and Culligan never came by. Stay away if you can. You will save yourself from a big headache and time lost trying to contact this terrible company.

Michael Colona commented on the issues with Culligan Water of Las Vegas. We still have issues with Billing and Services from July and August on Account 041212. When asked for a breakdown of services preformed for payment all we receive is an invoice. Yet to be determined why Culligan did not send out a service representative when it was reported that Rust was coming thru the Water LInes. I was told that removal was scheduled for a week later per the customers request no mention of the by-pass. All Equipment was removed with all salt billed for was 3/4 filled. Speaking for Ms Robinson, I am a non attorney spoke person, partner and now Care Giver.
Can I just say I HATE the website where I used to be able to change my order when I wasnt using as much water, or using more water than normal or wanted to add something. I used to go on, when it was Nestle and add or subtract and even skip an order.... Well no longer. It is a very user unfriendly website and the product selection is minimal. I have tried calling... Nobody answers the phone and I have yet to see my delivery person and they didnt pick up my bottles last time. NOT a fan Culligan Man!
I am another former customer of Ready Refresh,the supplier of Arrowhead water,that was acquired by Culligan.With Ready Refresh I would get a robocall notification of my delivery date and I was able to cancel or modify the order.With Culligan they just deliver the water with no set schedule.I got a delivery 3 weeks ago and yesterday they showed up with another delivery.On the bill they now charge a $6.00 deposit on each 5 gallon bottle too,and the price went up,all without notice.I called customer service 3 times and left messages with the answering service during normal business hours.No return calls.Today I Fedexed a letter closing the account.
Quality results with above and beyond Service. Very well operated local franchise. We have the softener system and 1 regeneration system. They have made a great difference in our water supply. So glad we made this decision.

My business account was taken over by Culligan when they bought out Nestle. 3 months into this transition and it’s been awful. Customer service never answers the phone, you always get an answering service followed by no call back. Their prices were literally twice the price. Eight phone calls later and me providing my past bills they’ve corrected that. Now I’m being told there’s a balance that didn’t exist before- but they have no records of the accounts they bought, so I’m on my own calling three times before I get a call back to try to correct things. Customer service is just garbage, I think they’ve got one poor girl working on her own.
Unsatisfactory Service and Removal of water softener and Reverse Osmosis. I am writing this post on behalf of a Customer who suffers from Alzheimer/Dementia in dealing with Culligan Water on a leased Water Softener and Reverse Osmoisis leased since 8/1/2011. Both item installed with no Warranty. These are leased how can the company lease a item without a Warranty?? Culligan states that they only service the Reverse Osmoisis if requested they send out notices. No annual checks unless you call to schedule or you have a problem . The prefilter is subject to bacteria if not changed annually this presents a health hazard. The Water Distribution section which is separate delivered 3, 5 gallon containers of water which was placed in Water Softner by who, these are only ordered.by persons who have a water cooler. They indicated she ordered it, they say they drop it off at the door leaving the resident to bring it in watch out seniors. The salt water softener can reduce the life of your water heater, which is the main reason for removal a 6 year Warranty on a direct vent Water Heater went out in 5 years. Think about that, the customer paid for 9 years which she could have owned 3-4 Water Softners and Reverse Osmosis with the minimal service provided by Culligan. The service was unsatisfactory and while waiting 6 weeks for the Water Heater replacement by no one responded to the reported of rust coming from the lines into the house since the Salt Water Softner was still feeding the Water Heater. You will have to.be your own Plummer if you select their service. Final bill is being debated and return of water softener serviced in July, August and September and unused salt from Culligan.
Culligan delivers salt to my home every month, and I couldnt be happier with their service. The delivery guys are amazing. They are always so helpful, and cheerful, and I highly recommend this company for their great service.

Contaminated Water - Followed by No Customer ServiceWe first of all received water with floating debris in it, which looked like biological, not plastic. That might be bad enough, but the months of miscommunication, disregard, and some straight up lies has been even worse.We were happily customers of Nestle until Culligan took it over. After the debris in our water it was impossible to get any help for weeks as you can not speak directly to the local office, I was told they werent responding to the requests from the corporate office when I had to follow up, as communication was only initiated by me. Finally, we decided to switch to Sparklettes, just for the customer service issues. After months of trouble, tgeir consumer affairs office said they would be waiving the cost of our last delivery. Which they did.... Until now, over a month later, theyre billing us. Which means Ill be spending hours again, hours being ignored. Go to Sparkletts!!!!!!!!! There is nothing for you with Culligan if any issues arise... And contaminated water sooo.
I use te get my water from nestle and culligan water took over I did not like their customer service, I return all my empty bottles which I was charge 6 dollars for deposit, they said I’m only return 2 and was never giving my re found for my empty bottles, I call the company back again and they tell me they did not give me a re found because they don’t know where I got the bottles
Ever since they took over Nestle Refresh water you CANT get through on the phones and they DONT answer their emails and their website is a joke for online ordering. They have about 10 bottles at my house that I emailed for pick-up and nobody has showed up. LAME!
So Culligan recently bought out Nestle Water in Las Vegas, which I had previously signed up for. Since then, they have been nickeling and dining me for everything! My cooler that I had previously contracted with Nestle for free suddenly costed $2 a month. Not a big deal, however I do not live in that home year-round, so do not use the water services often. They also took it upon themselves to start delivering bottles of water to the house (which I was not currently at) when my delivery was previously put on hold. Customer service was very nice when I found out what was going on and contacted them, however they charged me yet another fee for asking them to just take the cooler back. They were unable to schedule this pick up during days that I would be in town, so I had to inconvenience someone else to go to the house just to put the cooler out. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate when taking over a company to previously established customers. Will not be using your services again in the future. To everyone else, please watch your bills closely!
I was a Ready Refresh customer originally. Its unfortunate Culligan bought them out because, now, the customer service and billing department are abysmal. Youll be far better off utilizing another water delivery service.

Basically they tried to overcharge me and charge for a water cooler that I already own. They keep sending bills thats a horrible outfit.
Jason was professional, good sense of humor, educational, and engaging. He explained all aspects of the system and then had the installation done within a very narrow window which we required.

Worst CSRs in the Valley! They bought out the Nestle Ready Refresh delivery service and no one informed us until literally the DAY OF ownership change. I was going to log into my Nestle account to see what I owed them and saw their email at 12:15 PM on March 1st (the day the change was effective) informing me that I would be receiving letters with login information. Suffice it to say I wasnt thrilled.Since then weve gotten no where with finding out what our balance is, if any, and how they plan to deal with the empty 5 Gallon bottles we have and will soon have once we finish our current supply. Every time I call I get a rude CSR or their answering service. Email contacts have been rude. Everything about this company and the way theyve handled the transition sucks! We just want to be DONE with this nonsense! I would give this company ZERO stars if I could!
Unprofessional customer service. We called the company to operate an exiting devise, they send a technician that was sepose to fix the system and explain the operation. When the technician arraived he looked at the system saying they don’t make parts anymore and asked for a 150$ service call. Totally waist of my time and money.
Clean drinking water, clear ice cubes. Softer water. laundry detergent is much more effective.

I called on Monday for appointment, set for PM Thursday as I have a doctor appointment at 8 AM Thursday, They call on Wednesday and say they only have 8 AM only. Poor dispatching skills at best. Should join the 20th century soon and provide some customer service.
Love their RO system and water softener and service plans makes any repairs easy.

Culligan of Las Vegas has always responded well to me every request. Their customer service was great, the other reviewers must have been having a bad day or maybe they have an interest in promoting a competing water system company, I dont know, but all the Culligan representatives that I have worked with were top notch.

I made an appointment a month in advanced to have someone come over to my house and fix the water softener. They called the night before my appointment that there will be someone coming between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm the day of my appointment. Next day, I received a call ten minutes before one pm that they will be an hour late. I wished they let me know sooner so that I didnt have to miss work and/or cancel my doctors appointment that day. It was upsetting! A day with no pay and no water softener.
My service technician was fast, friendly and worked around our schedule.

The technician was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up when finished. Our reverse osmosis system is under rental contract and he replaced filters, drained the holding tank and recharged the system.
