Nice lil store . Need to learn to pick up the phone though and definitely need more locations then just one especially in Las Vegas. Vegas is just to big for one location

Not happy with the way the store is laid out. Or that three people app to share one register which is tied to the computer so they cant look up anything. Then got attitude when I bought something for my daughter there last year and the year before but was told oh we dont carry that in stores and I bought it in stores before. They looked it up and was like oh wow youre right so they ordered it so it would get into the store by Friday so we shall see if I need to update this for good or bad. Definitely do not have a good impression this store or the company right now

So so helpful. The attendant found shoes that I didnt even see on the shelf for me that fit perfect and are so comfy!.

As a simple customer, all I wanted was simplicity. Asked about a certain shoe size and price range, they had it, I received it and convo wasnt forced. Bought it, happy customer.

Im a bartender and I usually work 10-12 hours shifts on my feet. Finding good work shoes can be a struggle and challenge.The service at the store was awesome! I like how they keep in control of how many customers are allowed at a time, and how nice they are about it, their customer service is super friendly. And its the best shoes for the hospitality industry and for those who need working shoes.

Had to wait outside due to social distancing for 30 minutes while a family window shopped. Once I got in, the staff was actually very helpful. However, they did have a limited selection. Might be better to order online from their website.

The whole East Flamingo area is dingy, I walked into Shoes for Crews witch was very clean, modern, and THEN I greeted by an equally clean cut employee. I didnt buy anything but the encounter stood out so much that I had to write a review! So thanks!

Shoes For Crews is a work shoe store featuring non-slip mens and womens styles.The location is easy to find. It is in the strip mall, right next door to Target.Upon entering, there was an Associate that immediately greeted me. Within 30 seconds, another Associate asked if I needed help.I inquired about several shoes in my size. The Associate had limited knowledge of what size shoes were in stock, but always immediately went into the back to check.All the staff was nice and helpful to me and the other customers in the store.This store is rather small and they have very little in the way of wide size shoes in stock (At least for kitchen shoes).If you work for a casino here in Las Vegas, there may be a program that does a payroll deduction for your shoes. Cant hurt to ask.Pros: Immediate interaction with staff. Very helpful.Cons: Small store. Limited selection. Very few wide sizes.

I have been shopping for shoes here for a few years now and their customer service great, Shoe quality the best, I bought Cole Haan shoes for Man Black, stylish and a bit expensive but worth it.

I make the drive from California just to be able to try on the shoes rather than ordering online. The service and shoes are worth the drive. Ive been making the trip as needed for many years. They have the best shoes for commercial kitchen work.

Never had an issue with their shoes until now when I placed an order and then called 5 minutes later asking for a wide of the same size instead of the medium I placed and they say they cannot do anything to change or even cancel my order. Won’t let me create an account anymore and now I have to wait the 5 business days for the shoes to come in before I can do anything about the order I just placed. They have no communication with their warehouse since the order is already sent there and do not respond to emails. Thank you for taking my money and thank you for this huge inconvenience of not changing my order or cancelling it when I asked.

I have always loved Shoes For Crews they are positively the best slip resistant shoes. EXCELLENT choice for the go-to shoe. I have an odd size foot (15 D ) and have always been able to find the right comfort shoes with Shoes For Crews.

Knew what I wanted beforehand because I looked online. I wanted to try two different sizes which is why I didnt order. Whole visit took less than 10 minutes. Shoes for Crews has a large selection and are the only store offering stylish slip-resistant shoes that I know of around Vegas.

I have purchased two pairs of shoes here, and the are reasonably priced and good quality, and most important...comfortable on my feet. If you are on your feet a lot, this is the place for work shoes.

Excellent service in and out.... 2/15/16I recently bought shoe and wore them for work two time but feet were still uncomfortable so I ask ask can I exchange... No problem with in 2 min I had the bigger size shoe and but 5 min I was out the door... Friendly understanding customer service... Multi selection of shoes... Very comfy too... I would mind wearing this SFC when Im off work because how comfy they are... Thank and Ill be back soon.... And they give you I believe a 60 day warranty on the product... Thanks SFC

Shoes are awesome. And you cant beat the 90 day warranty on the shoes, just have to save your box. If they dont fit like youd like or tear or dont perform as expected, they will let you switch them out or get a refund.

We found exactly what we were looking for and another pair. With matching the catalogue price--- no jacked up store prices. The staff were friendly and helpful even when it got super busy in the store.

This is my first and final purchase, I was sold the most expensive and uncomfortable shoes I have ever had the displeasure of owning. I could duct tape a pair of cinder blocks to my feet and end up with something more comfortable.

Loved it the shoes the staff the fact if you work at certain casinos they take out of pay check even split into checks if needed highly recommend!!! :@)

I like this store alot always have what I need. Most comfortable work shoes you can find anywhere but they dont last long though the prices are good reflecting this. They have a guarentee knowledgeable staff.

Order shoes online same company wanted to exchange them at this store, same company, said cannot be exchanged to wide or any other style...what a waste of time ! Buy your shoes at othe place with better return policies ! Their policy SucksShop somewhere else!!!!

Horrible customer service,had to exchange the shoes, sent the shoes I was exchanging on January 3 2018I ha e been calling the company since January 8th the keep telling the shoes are being shipped, provided me with a bogus tracking # called again today they said the shoes were being shipped and maybe I would get then on January 25th?? when asked to speak to a manager there wasnt one supposedly Gustavo will call me tomorrow.save yourself the head ache purchase the shoes at a local shoe store.
