I dropped off my husbands shoes to replace/repair worn-out heels. When I came to pick it up, I was simply in shock. The eagle shoe repair owner decided to update/change the color of the shoes by caking on a nasty diareah color to the entire surface of the shoes. I was speechless and requested to take the nasty color off. Two weeks later, it was finally ready to be picked up. When I got there and saw the end result, I was in tears, a $500 pair of shoes was stripped, leather ruined and literally made them unwearable. The owner said there was nothing wrong with the shoes. I will never go back and will make sure all my friends and family know how they treat their customers.Ive attached three pictures, of what it was to what it ended up after they destroyed it.

I had shoes for only 2 days and the whole sole came off of one. During my work day I ended up taking the sole off the other shoe. They repaired both of my shoes for a very good price and my shoes havent had a problem since!

Lids (hat store) and dry cleaners offering alterations said they couldn’t help me. This isn’t their specialty, but they took on the job and did a wonderful job! (Sewing a few patches on a baseball cap.) Thanks so much for doing something the others refused to help me with.

Language barrier. I wanted boot toe and heel guards. When I spoke to the man on the phone he said he could do them. When I got there, he meant cleats. Was nice. Said of I bought them, bring to him and hed put them on. Store not easy to find. Said laundry on the door and a little sign about shoe repair.

I thought I was going to have to buy new hiking boots but Eagle Shoe Repair not only fixed them, but triple stitched the seams for extra reinforcement. They were also able to fix a broken zipper on my hiking backpack. Fair prices and quick turnaround.

I left a pair of boots here for a week to be left on the stretcher. upon picking them up, they felt as if they have not even been touched let alone put on the stretching machine. Still too tight to wear, it was a waste of $25 and a waste of a week leaving them at this place.

I had a pair of red-wing work boots that I didnt like the sole of...was just way too smooth. I took them in to Eagle Shoe Repair to have them resoled. Paid $75 for the new sole and labor costs and the boots look just as good as they were new and wear a lot better now. Great customer service and quality!

I actually was googling shoe repair and I found this store. This is the first time Ive been here. I was fixing my shoes. They did it beautifully and also they shined it ! I love the result ! I definitely will come back for more business ! Highly recommended!

If I COULD, I would give Eagle Shoe Repair 10 stars! I brought in my favorite slides with cork accented heels. They were in such rough shape that I didnt know if they COULD be repaired. They were ready in 3 days and looked almost new! They have a customer for life!

Had a pair of motocross pants that I wanted leather reinforcements stitched in after burning a hole from the exhaust. They did a great job at a fair price.

I love this shop. Worn out faded favorite pair of Uggs were transformed into like new again with new soles, insert and suede dyed . Zipper on my favorite leather purse broke, they replaced, better than new. Reasonably priced.

Trying to call right now to get a price quote or see if this company even does what I need them to do and all I keep getting is a man answering with either loud music playing or A LOT of background noise! When I ask if he can hear me he says no and then hangs up on me. Guess Ill look somewhere else for business.

I have had them re-sole boots and shoes, stretch some new shoes that were too tight, and repair the leather on some old boots. They have always done a great job and the work has always been done in about a week.

Awesome people, if you wear it out they can fix it. If you out grow it they can make it fit again.
