I came here last week (I’m from California) and the employees here were a lot more helpful than the one back home. I came in just to check it out, wasn’t really looking for anything but the two people there explained everything that I was looking at and I ended up getting something for me and my wife and we really like it. Cecily gave me a card with their names to leave a review and said it would help out, so I thought I’d just say that Ladiamond and Cecily were very helpful

I visted this location for the first time a few days ago and really liked it here and thisone is close to my house so its easy for me to keep going. Alfredo helped me and made good suggestions on my purchase. It was fairly easy to find everything I wanted.

I was very nervous to go into any stores like this, I didn’t want to feel judged or uncomfortable, and lupe made it an awesome experience for me! He made the trip to the store worth it. Super funny and respectable guy, I’m glad that he was there to help me out! Definitely recommend

I love this store and most of the employees that work here. Im there regularly as my job requires new toys all the time. But the amount of disrespect I witnessed today from your red head employee Lacy was ridiculous. She was extremely rude to my husband and the other employees working there. Im still leaving 5 stars because this is my favorite store in all of vegas but something needs to be done about this nasty employee you have. I tried to ignore her disrespect as I was checking out, but check out couldnt happen faster than she was running her mouth. Hope I never have to encounter her again. Disgusting.

Came week ago from the UK, I was greeted by Ismael a very informative individual and Janae very kind full and optimistic person. Both were aiding me in my first time in adult store in the US. Both very knowledgeable as well. I love the toy they recommend me. I love to give it 5 stars but I give it 4 because the overpriced tags kill me there other than that love the service.

I walked in and it was so clean and astounding to look at! The workers Kehly and Kayla were so nice and helpful. They helped me with finding the perfect gifts for Christmas and were so knowledgeable. Im definitely coming back and maybe with some friends! Thank you!

Ive drove by this place for years, Ive always wanted to stop by and check it out, but I was too embarrassed. I finally work up the courage and Im glad I did, Because it was a fantastic experience. The staff members Kayla very helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

Walked in this morning, was greeted by a young woman, who asked for my ID, she was very friendly, I asked for help finding a lubricant, a tall black man helped me he was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me find one good for me, on my way out he gave me a card with there names on it, lakwarreh and Stephanie, thank you guys! Very rude. Lacking basic customer service. I can see why the other locations had people, this one didnt. This small boy of an employee had zero customer service and has me believing online is a better option. Shouldnt have people like this working around people.

I love this store. My husband and I have been three or four times in the past 12 months and always leave with some great products.The staff is super friendly and lets your try on lots of the dresses and lingerie. Im always surprised how nice the dresses are especially for a store that sells sex toys. I actually bought my New Years eve dress here and got tons of compliments.The store is always extremely clean and very well organized. Whoever designs their stores should get a bonus! :)They have a great selection of products and the prices seem to be pretty fair and competitively priced with most internet sites. Ive had so many negative experiences purchasing sex toys online that I insist on touching and feeling the products first. Thats probably why they have testers and displays all over the store.Shopping here is always a positive experience and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Usually when Im here, I have a phenomenal experience. The staff is always super friendly and attentive.Tonight on the other hand, the two employees on shift would deter me from shopping there anymore.My husband and I walked in at about 1:30am. We were greeted by the male on shift (shorter, copper colored hair). The woman (taller, with braids) didnt say anything.We had wandered around the store browsing items, talking amongst ourselves, discussing products. Started with the lingerie, made a full circle around the store, and ended up back at the lingerie in front of the register.We were in the store for maybe about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Not once were we approached and asked if we needed help finding anything. The woman was on her phone the whole time and the man looked like he was focused on inventory.If they were focused on inventory, thats fine.... But since there were two employees on shift, one of them could have stopped to at least offer assistance.Needless to say, this company wont be getting my business while these two employees are on shift.

I’ve always been very uncomfortable going in to stores like this, but this store was different . Anna helped me and made things very easy going . It felt very judgment free at this location !

Customer service was fantastic. Went in just to look around for a gift. Not really sure what to get. Ishmal helped me through everything. Made awesome recommendations. This place is cool & interesting! Every other employee is nice but this specific employee customer service sucked! She was rude for no reason when i asked a question & she was also being mean to her coworker. Kinda uncomfortable after that, So i walked out. If I’m not mistaken i think her name was daisy.

Mc Alister Kierra was so helpful, she wasnt pushing me to buy things I didnt need. If there was anything I didnt understand she was more than willing to explain. And because of her great customer service I will be back.

Upon entering the store I showed my ID to verify age. They then requested to keep the ID at the counter while I shopped. I refused and left but it seems quite shady to me. May be a decent store, I didnt get a chance to see, but I am highly suspicious of their business practices.

My husband and I were feelin the love in The Love Store, haha! Just kidding! Good experience though. We were helped by Kierra and she was great! Knowledgeable about the products, honest about the quality, and super friendly (not in-your-face, bubblegum friendly but just really chill and nice). She even knew about the warranties for each item we discussed, which most people in any kind of store have to look that stuff up. The store itself was clean with a good variety and the rest of the staff was friendly, too.

The lady princess was so dam rude. They don’t help with anything you ask a question they look at you like your an alien. ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION

As a husband going to a toy store to surprise the wife it is already an award experience. At first the help was pretty good but as I was checking out the person working the register was absolutely rude zero customer service skill. I personally will never go back and if ever asked for a recommendation I will strongly suggest not to visit this store!!!!

About 2 weeks ago was the first time I step into a store of this kind. And of course its a different experience. Im walking around all confused. And I only went there to get DVDs to watch with they lady friend. Luckily these two awesome gals (Ms. Lady and dont remember the name of the African American girl) made my first experience alot more pleasant and enjoyable. They also helped pick the ideal DVDs at a good price and and suggested some lubricant and toy. (best recommendation) if anything I recommend.going there when these two gals are there! I got there around 8pm? So I really cant give a for sure schedule, but they will help out a bunch!

One of the female staff members on Wednesday, November 24th at 2:15 am was rude. I had a question about how old do you have to be to be able to go in. Because I thought you had to be 21, but turns out you have to be 18 with a ID. So she answers the phone with no greeting an with a non-helpful or friendly voice. I ask the question an she says You have to be 18 yrs old with a ID. I then proceed to say Thank you an she doesnt even say your welcome or anything. She just hangs the phone up in my face. I thought that was very rude at least you can say your welcome or have a good night. So I dont know if Ill go to this store, because right off the bat before I even think about going to the store the lady on the phone was rude. So now I think the whole staff there is rude.

The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to and not judgemental. This is be the only store I go to in the Vegas area for any of these needs.

Horrible customer service, I called to ask if they had a product and they said they did but when I came in they told me they were sold out and said I must have called a different store, so I called the number I had spoken to and the phone starts ringing and then she yelled at me for calling the store when I was standing right there and called me a “bad customer”. Do not recommend to anyone.

The staff here are rude. One of the tellers asked us to quiet Down but it was ok for her to be rude and use foul language that can clearly be heard from across the store? Unprofessional I think so! I dont appreciate coming to a business and being treated like enjoying myself along with company is a bad thing. Specially when its my money that maintains you employed! Ive been a customer of the rancho and Craig location for 3 years, first time coming to the Cheyenne location and trust us it will be our last!! This is all thanks to Jayia and Tiaudra. Rudest cashiers Ive experienced.
