The CSN book store was very easy to find and the people working here are very helpful with finding what types of books you need for your classes. But outside the bookstore its confusing because they have ashtray laying everywhere but no smoking signs.

Every time I went here in Fall 2019, they would greet other patrons, but never greeted me, not even once. The women they had as the cashiers made me feel unwelcome as a customer. They should be retrained to greet everyone, even black patrons, because I did notice.I would avoid this location. The CSN Bookstore in North Las Vegas, has kind and courteous employees.CSN Bookstore Charleston employees should leave their personal biases at home, I would never return.

A girl that works here was super rude. I was asking her a simple question and she ignored me. She finally answered me and just pointed to a random place. She was no help. If the bookstore is going to hire people, hire people that are willing to help. Nobody is giving us these expensive books for free.

The CSN bookstore at charleston campus was easy to find. If you are coming from henderson. (West on the 215) you would take jones to charleston and up to torrey pines. Entrance is on the side of torrey pines. You can also take rainbow to oakey ( take a right) then left on torrey pines. From vegas (east on 215) left on rainbow right on oakey left on torrey pines. Pretty easy to find. Google and csn seem to have the directions pretty accurate.

They dont have their act together at all. This is the biggest pain in the butt for students

As anyone whos ever been to ANY school campus, its PACKED! The lines were down the aisles, I just shook my head and got in line I NEEDED these books! I was in line a total of 15mins. Those workers have a system thats unbeatable. The DMV should take notes!

Never really had any issues with the bookstore. Everything has always been well stocked, at least when Im in there. The staff that Ive dealt with have all been friendly. I second those saying they need more registers opened though.

The employees are very helpful, I was approached & offered assistance- within seconds of entering the bookstore. It was a relief, they make it a simple experience, because the employees go over & beyond to take care of you. I appreciate them, starting a new semester can be stressful.

I love everything about csn and have no regrets joining this college these bookstores and flat out amazing service and probably the best in the world great thank u to all the kind people who work here I’ll miss u all when I transfer this is the best school :)

Everything is very clean can organize. The staff is quite inexperienced since most of them are students but completely aceptable. Books are always at the highest price possible and can be found online or at other stores at a much more lower price. One thing is that they always have the school materials that you need for your classes.

The girl at the counter was super helpful, and an expert on how staff vouchers are applied. It was a breeze and no need to wait for corrections or another staff member. It wad great...In and out! Great job!

They will actively go out of their way to make finding and buying your text books as difficult as possible. Ive been misdirected about the books needed twice in a row as they dont know whay they have, and will just point at what looks right. Beware their help and double check the book and class if you do accept their assistance.

Never crowded. Im always in and out. Some books are pricey. They may take back some of the books at the end of semester, but depends on need. As long as you know the class and course number you should be able to walk in and get help finding the correct book.

Never has anything, too many times have I got the run-around. After calling and checking and saying that they have it, just to waste my time to drive over there to find out that they dont have what they said they have. The website NEVER is updated. I go to Rent-text and Amazon. :(

They may been convenient and have the books you need but youre gonna pay for that convenience in time (super long lines for the first couple weeks) and money (10-15% more expen6than buying online. The last Used book I needed was more than Double at the bookstore compared to online

I normally attend the Cheyenne campus, their bookstore is normally closed Saturday and Sunday. I checked online to see the times this campus as well as Henderson’s bookstore was open. I drove 45 minutes over here to find out that the bookstore was closed. I’m absolutely LIVID. The security guard told me last week was the last time they were going to be open on the weekends, so how about.. UPDATE THE TIMES.

All students BEWARE when renting books from this bookstore. Customer service are very rude. When I tried to return my books the girl that was there was snobby and rude. When I tried to explain that i needed to turn them in so I dont get charged $215 she said my computer is turned off and I am not going to clock in because that will put me into overtime, so Im not doing that she could have went about the situation a lot better. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then they only want to buy the books back for a total of $70. I will never rent from here again.

Well stocked, gets really busy around the beginning of the semester. Only wish they had more cashiers then. Aside from that good spot to grab supplies or a snack if you are short on time.

I always find what I am looking for and sometimes a little something extra for fun. This time I bought a key lanyard that I had needed!

If you want to save money on books go here and buy there used books. The books are in good condition and not a single problem at all and you can sell your books here too.

The bookstore is very useful and has all the materials you need to succeed in class. The service is great and making online orders and pick up is very easy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store sells more than just books. They also sell CSN apparel, school supplies, and snacks to keep you going.

Make dollar general, target, or walmart your first choice before going here. Think smart.

Its nice to come to th bookstore and get what you need, when you need it

This book store does not seem as organized as the one from the north las vegas campus. It may be hard to find help there if you are looking for a book. They offer refreshments for purchase along with other school supplies. Many of the costs are higher than competitors however many books are exclusive to the CSN stores so it would be hard to find them at other places. Return policy isnt the best for certain products.

My class is started but my textbook is still not coming yet. I contacted to Fedex and its Now my text book is returning to shipper because of wrong address but they don’t wants to reship until they have to get back the package. Now I have to order again and wait for a textbook. Im really upset about this.

Renting a book is horrible here. Got a crappy book and they didn’t want to change and and when I returned it they charged me full price!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!!

Usually busy during the beginning and end of the semester but everyones super helpful.

A little pricey, but they have everything I need despite reduced operations. (Its summer time so not too many classes in session now.)

Super expensive. But they sell variety of things like food, makeup, school/class supplies, Books (obviously).. Lots of options in one place cant complain.

Got my books ASAP. The clerk was efficient.

Never order Digital Books from them. The purpose of Digital book is to able to read right away after you paid for it but after I paid the book, the status says processing for 3 days then after 3 days they said its not available anymore.! Then dont put it as an option when the student wants to buy the book!

This place has the books you need but some are over priced. I suggest you browse and compare these prices with chegg or other textbook services to get the best bargain.

Instead they treated me like a regular CSN student. Wow what kind of service is that. Asking me How may I helpy you?. When they had to adress me as there king!!!

College textbook prices are almost as big of a racket as college course prices.

CSN Charleston bookstore is employed by many smiling and helpful employees.

Great service but should let students know that they need a acutal credit card for books if they want to rent a book bevause a prepaid bedt card is not allowed.

Not a fan of the uncompetetive prices. Try to save you money by not binding the book, but still overpriced imho. Still though, everything you need for class in one easy place.
