From the beginning. I pulled my boat out of storage after 3 years and attempted to start it, no luck. I pulled the cowling and motor cover off, checked some things and it still wouldnt start. I reassemble the motor and brought it in to Marine Center. When I picked the boat up a week and half later I noticed when I got home the top cowling on the motor was cracked and broken. Having just handled this piece the day before bringing it to them and it being in storage getting zero use I knew this was not broken when I dropped it off.Unfortunately the Marine Center took the position of it was already broken when I dropped it off but of course they didnt call me to ask about it they just waited to see if I would notice and I did and then they denied breaking it. They sent me pics of it broken in their shop dated 5 days after I dropped it off which proves nothing. Or perhaps proves that whoever broke it was covering it up by taking pics of it because again, non of this was brought up until I confronted them about the cowling being broken.Bob and Ray are shady people and according to Google reviews Ray (a mechanic) has done similar things in the past. Bob, who comes off as a nice guy straight lied to my face and covered for Ray. This is so unfortunate as a business because A) they were in the wrong and B) I spent $1800 on services and they now lost a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know with a boat to not go here and got a 1 star review over an $83 part. What a shame, what goes around comes around. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

The guys here have saved us from a disastrous weekend on several occasions. Even on holiday weekends when theyre busiest they have taken the time to look at our boat so we could get on the lake. We live in Los Angeles and keep our boat in Vegas so it has really meant a lot to us and has been the difference between getting out on the lake or not.

These people are the greatest! They are all very knowledgeable and take time to help. Marita deserves some special mention, she is not only helpful but super comforting as well. We spent a little bit of money on a new boat, so its just reassuring when the people in the service department are as great as these people are. Marita, as well as Bob and Will made us feel like the service done on the boat is always going to be A-1, and it was! Great job guys!!!

Rented a pontoon boat for a friends birthday a couple weeks ago. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, The boat was great and I loved the Bluetooth capability!

This shop will not work on Mercruisers older than 20 years. I have never had a Mercruiser authorized repair dealer tell me that in over 30 years of boating. Sounds like they dont stand behind Mercruiser as a brand.Nothing on their website states this limitation.Their response was ... We also have a dealership that sells multiple brands of boats and we typically run 4-5 weeks out during the summer keeping up with those boats and others weve sold over the last 15-20 years. If we didnt have the cutoff, the summer would surely be lost for many. Mentioning that we dont work on boats over 20 years old isnt an issue as it is posted in our storefront and, unfortunately, I have to tell customers everyday...I guess older boats are too easily fixed with respect to newer boats and they are not interested in the older boat market segment. Mercruiser should be ashamed for having their authorized name associated with this establishment.

I would like to let everyone know that these guys are AWESOME!! August 2017, we were traveling to San Diego from Colorado. On the way we stopped in Utah. My boat ignition quite working, we ended up rowing a mile back to the marina. On the way to SD, we stopped at this place to see if they could possibly help. When I first walked in I was told by two different people that there is no way they can get me in, they are booked out for three weeks. My familys vacation was doomed. They had me talk with the service manager. After waiting a few minutes he came out, I explained my problem. He said lets take a quick look.. He jumped right into my boat, started checking some items. He told me The part you need is no longer made, but I might have one in the bottom of my toolbox.. With my fingers tightly crossed, he came back a few minutes later with the part I needed. I was ecstatic!! I was then waiting for the price he was going to charge me... I was getting ready to pay quite a bit. He only charged me $200, I paid it instantly!! My family and I were extremely thankful! He saved our vacation!!! It may only been a few minutes of his time, but I cant thank him enough for what he had done for my family and me. He could have easily said no and went about his business, but he didnt. Thank You!!!!

Once again, Bob at Marine Center came to our rescue when we had another motor issue on our boat on a Monday. We are here visiting and fishing at Lake Mohave, when the boat lost its get up and go. I called him and he said bring it in, which we did right then. He took us right in, diagnosed the problem (supercharger blew), we paid to expedite a new one in and he got us back on the water by Wednesday. He also called a couple days later to ensure the motor was running well, which it was. We know we can always count on Bob and his crew for top notch service. You can too.

The absolute worst boat dealership I have ever dealt with. I paid them $600 to ship a motor for me and they had no idea what they were doing. The motor was scratched and mangled when it arrived. The motor was shipped in the cheapest fabricated metal box that was built from 3/4 square tubing that have no protection to the motor at all. I called them general manager and he said he would have shipped his motor in that box also at that point I realized they really dont have a clue. Please do not do business with these people they really dont have a clue what they are doing and they will not back to you if something goes wrong.

Stopped by at 3:50 pm on a Saturday and no one would even acknowledge us. The closing hours are not posted for Saturday, but just saw on the here that they close at 4pm.Two issues: I don’t care what time you close you should greet customers. If you are going to close at 4:00 pm then post it so people know before entering. We left after feeling less then welcome and will never go back.

I dropped off my 2016 Seadoo for scratch repair. For every 2 scratches they removed, 1 was left. Not to mention new scratches from their tools. They do an ok job on fiberglass repair... if you are a perfectionist like me, this place is not for you. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the Seadoo myself, came back totally dirty.Bob said, There are no more scratches when I picked it up, yeah right Bob! Then he motioned to the large amount of workload they had left.Their cleaning products knowledge is 5/5, love their water removal spray.Fiberglass is 2/5and detailing after the job is 1/5.Make sure to tell Chad he missed a spot when he drops off your boat, the money spent is well worth the dirty looks you get! ;-)
