Bass Pro Shops, it was like stepping into another world 🌎 so much to see & it was so amazing! With all of the animals & the creatures & everything else. It was so breathe taking to see the water fall at the front entrance!!! This was the first time ever coming into a Bass Pro Shop me & my daughter & my granddaughter & some other family members we really did enjoy the whole experience & atmosphere. So if you get a chance to step inside please do so because you wont regret it. 🙂 thank you to the staff & to all of the other members that worked there. 👏 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s .

Wow! Huge store. Great aquarium out front and inside. Lots of clothes for the ladies, things for kids to look at, like stuffed dead animals and water features. Some of the customers are amusing too, especially in the gun department!

My son loves going here to check out all the fish, and taxidermy animals. Also they had a lot of ammo in a lot of calibers

Well I needed a holster for my 9 mm Beretta he could help me with that there wasnt a universal one he told me to go home and and get the the make of the gun and then hed be able to help me thats a joke. Another thing is I needed a night vision scope with the infrared quartz heater to sell me the $1,400 one 4 rifle its not what I was looking for so we have a big waste of my time

Wonderul place for the whole family to enjoy. Totally stocked. On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays there is old time fiddlin and bluegrass from 10 to 2. Great experience!!

This is a fun place to go. During late November and December Santas workshop is open 5pm to 7pm. There is a free craft and free activities for kids each day. Get there early to pick up a pass to get a free picture with Santa. Everything in the store is displayed nicely. There is something for each person here.

Went there to look for a cooling vest for our dog, and we found them but not the size we needed. Tried to find assistance but no avail.

A nice diversion from the casinos and chaos of The Strip if you’re looking for something to do in Las Vegas. The store is huge (as you expect) and the trophy animals are impressive. The giant fish tank is worth it alone, but walk on the pontoon boats and let yourself dream. If you’re a large guy like me, you’ll find clothes here that fit better than similar clothes at Cabela’s.

This is such a wonderful place to go. Life like stuffed animals all throughout the area waterfall and pond disfigured tank bigger than some homes. All your camping and hunting needs. Something for everyone

When did bass pro become a credit card company, and more interested in you signing up for their credit card, then carrying a good variety of product? The first 4 employees I interacted with greeted me with, would you like to save $20 today by signing up for our credit card. Went in to purchase camouflage and some gun magazines. I didnt spend a dollar.

I called to see what there boats range too but the didn’t answer! They do know some knowledge though.

Worked on my Wildcat 1000, some warranty work and other minor out of pocket repairs. Let me be completely honest and tell you they took quite some time to get the repairs done; ordering parts, waiting on authorization etc. Still a 5 star experience based on communication, customer service, and most importantly a job well done. I am exclusively taking the Wildcat to them from here on out, great job.

Without question one of the best retail experiences on the west coast.

Things and stuff

A weird thing happened to me with an odd lady when buying my Remington shotgun a few years back. I special ordered a shotgun to be delivered here and presented by drivers license and voters registration card (since I did not have a physical address on my DL because it showed my PO box)When picking it up, the lady wanted to start an argument with me that my voters card was not real because:It says Canarelli and thats not your name, in fact I personally know the Canarellis myself....the women literally read the polling station which was Canarelli Middle School.I pointed the section with my name and everything was fine after that.Anyways, its a great store with lots of selections of gear youll need for your outdoor hobbies. Just this staff members in the gun area can be funny sometimes

Bass pro shop takes a lot of my money. That is ok. Glad I dont have any closer to me. Was a nice stop after a long drive. The aquarium in the casino with mermaids was a hit with kids. Not the cheapest place but kids clothes really last.

I love this place! Everything you need for outdoor camping can be found here! Even fishing or hunting stuff!

Loved my visit

15 July I sent my trolling motor to this store as I was told that they do the warrantee work. That was over three weeks ago. I had placed a phone call on the 28th of July to find out what was going on with the motor. I was told that the service department had to order the service manual from Mercury motors as they did not have it. I finally received an e-mail from the service department on the 4th of August letting me know that they still needed to order the manual and that they were waiting on parts to be delivered. In their e-mail they also let me know they were going on vacation and that they wouldnt be back until next week. These guys are incompetent when it comes to customer service.

A crazy store in its supply, size, and space, those who are engaged in fishing, hunting, weapons, can be in the store all day and it is not enough, recommended, I do not know about stores of this model in other cities, but in Vogue something special.
