Well I read all the reviews because as a OTR truck 🛻 driver you never know what you’re going to find. A lot of the reviews you must now disregard. Not that they were untrue or lies but, rather, Reyes has made a sincere effort to clean up 🧽 the way drivers were treated. You ARE allowed to sit in your truck, no one is taking your keys 🔑 and there is a nice driver’s lounge with 2 clean bathrooms 🚽 and it’s a/c now. I checked in 2 hours early for a 11:30 🕦 am appointment and I have been backed into slot 23 for almost an hour now and it’s 10:44am! All the staff are very polite and the in/out times are reasonable compared to other DCs. The rules are fair: chock, detach, etc but not excessive. You do have to move tandems back. Easy backing slots (trainers this is perfect for nervous students). No real complaints.

Wow they must be really important to not have to park like everyone else. Kind of makes me sad to see . I would understand if they were loading or unloading or it wasnt such a busy Walmart. But they are inconveniencing others just because.

Ridiculously slow, overbooks appointments and cannot unload trailers in a reasonable amount of time. Average wait time is 3 Plus hours on a good day. This company really needs to reevaluate their staffing abilities as well as their commitments to a quick turnaround and scheduling the appropriate number of deliveries and shipments to within their capacity. This company has not a clue on how to do either.

This has to be the most retarded unload procedure of any company Ive ever been to in 27 years. You drive in on the wrong side of the guard gate, cut your seal then drive around the back of the warehouse and park at the stop sign on the East side. Exit your truck and walk to the west side of the warehouse. You climb the stairs and are greeted by employee only signs on the doors. Oh theres the shipping receiving sign. A sheet of paper underneath a screened window. You give them your bills get assigned your door walk to the east side get in your truck dock at your door. Exit your truck go back to the window give them your keys and then walk back to the east side so you can sit in a chained link fenced area to wait. There isnt a microwave and the coke machine is full of water but wait the machine is broken. Hope you enjoy your visit to retard land. I know Ill never be back.

New guy up front in early morning takes forever to check you in almost 20 minutes usually takes 5 with other guards and unloading takes a while as well 3 plus hours they used to unload you quickly hour to 2 hours and they over book their selfs with appointments

I give it 5 stars checked in before my schedule appt. 2 hours early, the people are very nice & polite in the shipping dept., guard was very nice also ... move tandems to rear, disconnect & when they are ready theyll knock on the door to get you out . Thank you !!! & just a friendly reminder for Drivers this place does open @ 430 am & it is by appointment only if its not too busy theyll let you check in early ...

Theyve apparently cleaned this place up recently, all the problems listed in some of the older replies didnt happen when I visited. I was in and out (relatively) quickly, and I didnt have to wait outside my truck. Security, receiving clerk, and unloaders were friendly enough.

This is the waiting room Lobby for truck drivers. Its very filthy and dirty looks like somebody.... Its 120°F out side today NO A/C just one fan working super hot. They dont allow you to set in truck under A/C. They take your keys they say go to lobby. When they are done were going to give you keys. They make you buy Water too. If youre thirsty.

Clean drivers room with vending machines and 2 bathrooms and nice docking area that is easy for truckers to dock. And office personnel are nice and polite and forklift drivers know what they are doing.

Security was a huge help. Very professional and informative.

They make you sit on a cold metal bench. 50 degrees outside for the time of unloading. YOU CANNOT STAY IN YOUR TRUCK. Where is OSHA?!!! I wish their manager sit on that bench for a week so he understands how is that.

This place is a little small for a Coca Cola plant but it still has some space to work with. When you check in youll asked to park out on the street until called to dock. By the way the truck entrance is on Mojave. The back entrance isnt open yet. The Mojave entrance is a small one. The right side of the guard shack is closed with a motorcycle parked there on the other side of the fence. There are only two lanes. The far left lane is the one for entry as the right lane passing right next to the guard shack is the exit lane. Unloading can be a little excessive as my driver manager woke me up asking if I was unloaded yet. It was getting close to my next pick up time. That was when I noticed I was docked for over 3 hours getting unloaded. I wasnt complaining because I got a little nap in. However had I missed my next load I wouldve been highly upset. Especially since I was held up for 2 hours at the shipper in California and missed my appointment time. That cost me $150 in late fees. Not an even trade off for the $30 I asked for in detention pay. But I got to see Vegas first hand for the first time though. Go figure! Downside? I missed placing a bet on the Lakers 6th game because I was too tired from the long hours. I slept the game away. I knew I shouldve got in on Sports book!

Very slow unloading. Expect about 2.5 hours per load. I wish I had better news for you but I dont. This is the slowest place Ive ever seen.

Why can’t your delivery people stock the shelves at Smiths at Flamingo and Sandhills with TAB...Yes they still make it... I called Atlanta Ga about no TAB. Wow they ship it to you but you can’t seem to get it to the stores...your delivery person is a joke..... maybe you should close and let a better distributor handle it..... never had problems with this for 32 years here in Las Vegas.... you are definitely an inept company.....

Not a long wait to get a dock but park on the street before entering the narrow curved driveway and walk up to security shed for check in, otherwise you will have to turn around and head back out to park on the street!!!🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

What a nice experience the owner of my company call coke and said I was day early for unload Angela in receiving department say not problem we will work him in which they did 1hr 45 later I was gone .. everyone I had contact with was friendly and polite thanks to all that took part in getting me unloaded yong lady at guard station deserves a thank you also very pleasant young lady thanks again Coke employees 😎👍

Awful company. Wont deal with small companies or mom and pop shops. They are sharks. Wholesale cost for 12 packs are over 8 bucks. They are SCAM ARTIST

Reyes is a terrible company I wish the employees had a say in who bought out Atlanta Coca Cola but of course were just their little workers that they dont give a damn about. We need union to put order and fairness back into this company. The higher ups dont care about the people breaking their backs to help them make money. Thats why no one stays with the Reyes Coca Cola company anymore. There is no room to move up. Everyone is treated unfairly. Do not work for this company or buy through them. Go to Pepsi first instead of Coca Cola.

Why would they make you wait in the hot room with no AC and turn in your truck keys I guess are two main draw backs I can think of otherwise pretty nice bunch

I have been waiting for 2 months just for them to replace my Coca-Cola cooler. They said it’s out of stock until the end of the year. How does this happen when Coca-Cola is not a small company if you know what I mean. They didn’t even think to ask me if I wanted another model cooler until I mentioned it. The only helpful person there is named Jessie who has been waiting on a response from another lady named Dawn to get a different cooler. Meanwhile, Coca-Cola customer service has no clue what they’re doing nor do they even know if I’m ever going to get another one. As a business owner to another, you guys should’ve been shut down by now because if I ran my business this way, I would be.

Horrible place to work... managers don’t listen to their employees or their customers. Always short staffed on merchandisers because the workload is ridiculous and merchandisers are quitting left and right. Stores always yelling at merchandisers for servicing their stores late because there are no merchandisers to service the stores. Managers just brush the stores angry calls off like they mean nothing. Merchandisers end up taking all the heat for the managers not communicating properly.No incentives what so ever. Horrible place to work. They’re lucky google doesn’t let us rate below one star.

As previously stated by another person reviewing this place... this facility is Retarded. You can be early but still be unloaded 8 hrs later. The all water vending machine doesnt work. If you want Soda they shackle you before you enter the building and once in they escort and keep an eye on you like your some kind of criminal. New rules every minute on procedures to unload you but they wont tell you so you keep getting skipped. Of all people here only two are friendly one older security man and one Hispanic man at the check-in desk. Hot in the waiting area and sometimes too crowded If it was up to me Id avoid this DC.

Theres a driver that gets on eastern and the 515 every morning and jumps out into the highway at 30mph instead of getting up to the flow of traffic then merging. Ive seen him pull over on people and force them to change lanes. I would love to know how to report this dipshiiiiii

This place is an absolute disgrace! When owning a business you count on products to be delivered when you place an order!! We were suppose to get a delivery on Thursday, they NEVEr showed up. Apparently they were in our area and didnt drop off our order. We have called several times and them telling us we will have to wait until someone calls us back. They stated it takes 48 hours!!! Are you kidding me! We are completely out of HFCS and have no way of serving our coca cola from our freestyle machine. Coca cola should pull them ASAP before we switch to Pepsi.

Even with wheels chocked, red line disconnected and keys dropped in the receiving office - drivers are not allowed to wait in the truck. I understand safety but this is idiotic ....

If I could give you guys a zero start I would . Ever since this place got bought out by the Reyes family the service has sucked . I order 20 cases of coke and get 5 I order 8 of dr. Pepper and get 23 . I’ve called multiple times to try to get the sprite they keep saying someone will give me a call and nobody does . Your customer service is horrible. If we had a choice to switch to Pepsi we would . You guys suck

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Ive waited over a month for my delivery. Ever since they changed the distribution policy, there have been nothing but problems and no one seems to care. I have been a customer for 10 years and I am now switching to Pepsi.
