Irish Peddlers have gotten a lot worse! I have been dreadfully dealing with them for about 2 months now and their customer service skills and communication is horrible! It did not used to be like this a couple of years ago. I had put a plush rug on layaway that cost me $300. Well, when I paid off my rug 3 weeks later, it wasnt available for me to take home. Apparently, they forgot to take it off the main floor and tag it. So, the lady manager told her guy to give me the same rug that was on their store floor because it was the same one. Uh....no! Mind you, that people and customers come in all the day and walk all over this rug, and the seams at the corners were un-raveling and coming apart. It was dirty and dingy and they thought I was a fool to accept anything less! Why would I accept and take this dirty rug that costed me a lot of my hard earned money that I work for each day? Then they tell me that I would have to wait an additional 6 weeks . During the 6 weeks, I have to repeatedly call them to try and get a status, but they make me feel like I am bothering them to call. Such a headache and inconvenience!

I Frank D Richards Jr, was flabbergasted, when I walked in the actual building & Showroom of this store, Zurah the nice lady that help me & showed me to furniture I was interested in, after dealing with a very rude bitch of a lady, about getting a cheaper price, that bitch ! Zurah & her fellow employee handled it well ! Your price’s were fair & I was happy about what I was getting 2 bed’s, 2 recliners, split couch modlure play pen & dinette table & chair’s, when available December ! My suggestion to the boss or owner ( clean & paint the Store Front white & black trim, re- pave parking lot with new parking stall’s you’ll a winner, inside store excellent ! My advice Frank D Richards Jr ( nick name Butch ) and Thank you !
