My husband and I relocated from a small condo to a big house, and I went to Ethan Allen feeling very confused about what to buy. All became much easier when we met Cynthia Tuccillo, an interior designer at EA. She works there for so many years, is very professional, and has great knowledge about the products she sells. The process has shifted from stressful to pleasant. We have been researching in 4 different stores, and so far EA is the best quality, good price, and amazing design (their furniture is so beautiful). I plan on keeping working with Cynthia and EA in other rooms of the house due to my good experience so far. We spoke with designers at Crate&Barrel, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware, and EA is the best quality and atemporal. Cynthia was also the best designer/sales person by far, always matching our needs with amazing products. She was right on point and I highly recommend her and EA.

Cynthia was extremely helpful assisting me with fabrics and styles for both my indoor and outdoor furniture. Throughout this entire process she kept me up to date on my order and estimated delivery. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and made this so easy for me. I look forward to working with her again in the future and recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with picking out furnishings for their home.

Very disappointed with my experience with Ethan Allen. I ordered bar stool chairs at the end of Feb. and still havent received them. I wish I would have followed my first impression but I went forward with the bar stool order with Marla and just switched my dining chairs order to Pottery Barn. I also should have read the Google reviews because it seems like I am not the only one who has had this experience. I received my Pottery Barn chairs weeks ago, no hiccups, no delays, no moody customer service reps. I should have ordered the bar stools from anyone else. I have received emails with multiple projected delivery dates. Its frustrating that when I have called to check on it, they are noncommittal with the delivery date but very ready to collect the remaining balance. Marla told me that the balance would be due once they have the chairs and they are ready for delivery but Ive been asked to pay even when it should be here in a few days. The last rep I spoke to, Jenna, should be retrained in customer service. Maybe she is having a bad day, but that call was the icing on the cake for me. I will actively recommend people to shop anywhere else.

We absolutely loved working with our design professional. She picked out things I would never have thought of but the result was stunning! I am so thrilled with the service and quality. Also, prices are competitive with other chains that, in my opinion, are not as high-quality (pottery barn, for example).

Stephen Leon is perfection - and thus our beautiful home in Lake Las Vegas had the benefit of his fabulous style, elegant persona and stunning design. We left our 9,000 square foot home in Illinois and started fresh with a smaller but quaint 2800 sq ft. ranch in South Shore LLV. Because we had to purchase all new furniture, rugs, and those little divine implements - I knew Ethan Allen would be my traditional home go to. But, the added benefit was the whimsical but fresh attitude of Stephen. His grace is adoring and his passion for design shows through when implementing the design process. It was important for our home to be cozy, elegant and warm - but, somewhere you could put your feet up and also relax. We chose a leather couch, leather chair and ottoman and my favorite french versailles chair. All custom made. We have everything we wanted and more. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you!

In July, we ordered a simple, small iron side table with a glass top to match the one we had. For some strange reason, the store wouldnt sell us the one they had, so we ordered it and they advised 6-8 weeks to deliver, which was absurd for such an item, but we ordered anyway - it took an unbelievable 14 weeks to arrive! When we called sales staff to inquire about the delay, they were indifferent and unsympathetic. Unfortunately, we paid up front which I will never do again with EA. I f we had paid some minimal amount, I believe the table would have arrived much sooner. Or, if they had sold us the one in the showroom, I bet a replacement would have shown up also far quicker than 14 weeks! Handmade wood furniture doesnt take that long to build & deliver. This was a 2 tall table with a 1 diameter glass top - I could have walked to the factory, watched them build it, and walked back in 14 weeks!

We bought EA furniture 30 years ago and it is still being used by a relative. Quality really lasts! Our current purchase is leather sofa, loveseat and chair. I must say that it is a pleasure to sit on them - and they are beautiful!

Ethan Allen shopping experience was wonderful. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and had an eye for design. No pressure and very pleasant.

Had a wonderful experience at the store. My clients bought a new condo here in Vegas and because they don’t live here full time needed furniture for the entire condo. Stephen Leon was their guy at the store and he was awesome. He went to the condo multiple times and helped them make the proper decisions about their furniture. They were totally pleased with the decisions and when it all arrived they were extremely happy with their purchases. Thank you Ethan Allen and Stephen Leon for a great project.

Beautiful store and very helpful staff. The front desk ladies are so welcoming and so friendly with my kids! The designers are top notch and Teri did a great job of taking my ideas and really enhancing them to be more than I could have imagined. Will definitely be back.

Ive loved Ethan Allen for 30 years and followed them as they moved around Las Vegas. We were updating our family room and love everything Brittany did for us. The new chair, coffee table, and end table are fabulous new additions to the room. As usual, customer service was top notch. Delivery date even came in early. Scheduling was easy too. We already know of another piece we want to order.

We just recently moved to Henderson, NV. We moved here from Los Gatos, CA. I always shopped at Breuners when they were in business. We need to furnish the whole house and I went to Ethan Allens for quality furniture. Stephen Leon, a design consultant is very good. He came to the house and took measurements. He saw the style and color design. He called my son and myself back to the store to go over the interior designs. He never made us feel pressured. He goes the extra mile for his clients. I have had an excellent experience shopping Ethan Allen. I would recommend Stephen Leon as a design consultant for all your needs in interior design. Loved our shopping experience at Ethan Allen. Our designer, Alexis Kogan, had great insight in helping us pick the perfect pieces for our home. She came out to our home to help us make sure the pieces would be right. All of our pieces have come in early. Delivery has been excellent. We would hight recommend Ethan Allen in Las Vegas.

I will never buy from Ethan Allen again. There is no service after the sale. At all. No followup. I purchased a sofa, side chair, chest, custom bedding, and 2 custom chairs. Thousands of dollars. There will multiple delays in production. 3 months I have been waiting for the custom chairs. I had to call and followup multiple times to get answers to the same question - “When will my furniture be delivered”. Always there were additional delays. Finally 1 of the custom chairs is complete and currently sits on the warehouse floor and I am told I have to wait 10 more days because they dont have a way to deliver it to me now. No one cares at Ethan Allen. Everyone understands my frustration but no one cares enough to do anything about it. No offer of a different delivery method. No offer of anything to make up for the constant delays. Not even a free candle. Wow. So thoroughly disgusted.

The furniture is lovely and the in-store help was great. The wait for the furniture is very long and you may get it in several deliveries. Dealing with issues that require customer service is difficult and frustrating. I ordered a bed frame that came with defects. The service rep came out to evaluate the situation. Three weeks have lapsed with no communication at all. Ive contacted the service rep several times with no response. Ive tried contacting Ethan Allen with the main number given, which is not the correct one for my area. I was given another number. I called and the answering machine picked up. There was no indication it was Ethan Allen. I have left my name and number and will hope for the best.

I am writing this on the behalf of my mother who refused to cause a stink. She loves the furniture so she continues to shop here however the management team has been nothing but awful. The first time they got her bed frame wrong putting silver nails around it instead of the black colored ones she designed her bedroom around. She was then told there was nothing they could do about because she signed the order sheet the salesperson incorrectly filled out (double triple check the order form). Next she ordered a sofa bed. She wasnt sure on the fabric however the salesperson told her to place the order and if she changes her mind she could call the next day and he would take care of it. She called and the manager told her the order could not be changed, she. Later found out it could be changed within 48 hrs, the manager was incorrect, but at that point it was past the 48 hrs. The order was then not places for 2 weeks and therefore not delivered in time for the family reunion it was bought for. Again great furniture, terrible store policys and extremely poor customer service on the part of the store managers.

Was in here today to purchase wood polish and touch up marker which they no longer carry. Not a problem. However, the older sales associate was such a snob and made my mother and myself feel very uncomfortable. She looked both of us up and down judging us by what we were wearing. Granted I was in gym shorts, a tee and a zip up jacket but none the less. Totally classless. Never going back there. By the way I had to give a star to post this but would give them nothing if I could. Shameless
