I bought over 11,000 worth of furniture from them 10 months ago so it haven’t even been a year. The furniture started coming apart. Both my daughters bedroom sets and mines. When reaching out to them for repair they were very rude. The owner Roger said he doesn’t fix anything. Handles coming off the dressers just a total mess. He claim he was calling me back but never did.I called several times and all I got was the run around! I advise you not to purchase from there their furniture is weak but expensive! Go to Ashley’s where you will get 5 years warranty on your hard earned money and not some cheap money hungry furniture store. Also with my bedroom suit I didn’t get all the pieces so I wanted to buy the last piece which was the dresser it from $700 to $1500 all of a sudden just for a dresser after already spending $7,000 on the bedroom set so yes I went toAshley’s and purchased me a dresser from them for $450 plus a five year warranty!

Lots of nice furniture and helpful sales people. Wish they had more in store, but their turn around time is good.

Strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else. I orders a bed online. They couldn’t figure out how to get me set up for payment. Then after being promised a delivery date, no one showed up. After calling earlier in the day to get a possible delivery time around 1:30, I was told I would get a call back because the rep handling my purchase was busy. That call never came. I had to call THEM back, only to find out that there was some special circumstances required for me because I live in California. This was known knowledge for weeks, yet no one mentioned it before. So on the day of delivery, I was told there was another hurdle and my delivery would be pushed back a week. I decided to cancel. Good luck to anyone that does business here!

Very professional staff! The customer service is fantastic and the delivery guys are quick and get the job done with no damage to the furniture. They carry very nice and sleek modern furniture that will exceed your expectations. I would recommend Cornerstone to all my friends and family. I love my new sofa! Only place in town that had what I was looking for AND on display so I didnt have to order from a magazine. Amazing FREE delivery. Super fast and efficient. I wouldve gave 5 stars, except they forgot to notify me when my sofa was expected to arrive from the factory, it came faster than expected, and communication was poor so I had to delay delivery in order to properly prepare for its arrival. However, with that said, I still HIGHLY recommend this place. Very patient while making a decision to buy and helpful in my search for the perfect sofa! Once again, I love EVERYTHING about my new sofa! Thanks.

I found this location online and it is the most amazing place for modern furniture, I bought a house full of furniture and the delivery was quick and easy. The delivery guys are clean and careful when they entered my home. All the sales reps are nice and very understandable to what meets my needs, I am very picky and they spend all the time needed just to find exactly what I needed. I recommend this store to every one that needs or is looking for modern furniture because here in Vegas you can not find much. Awesome place. Thank You!!!

Really great buying experience. This is a family own business with outstanding costumer service. They take the time to help you make the best decision according to your needs. Furniture selection is amazing and we were really satisfied with our pick of living room furniture. We were impressed with the quality of the sofas and craftsmanship. Bought a king bed and also purchased the assembly for a nominal fee. Saw the bed online and called in to see if they had any stock as I needed the bed delivered 5 days from ordering. They checked the stock availability and was able to deliver and assemble in the time frame I needed. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Very stress-free experience, I wouldnt hesitate to shop here again!

Very friendly & patient staff. A wide variety of furniture choices made our selection process a little slow, but the staff member patiently helped us settle on some furniture were very happy with. No pressure.We were informed that all sales were final, and that we should inspect the furniture for defects prior to the delivery guys departing. We had 1 item (out of many) with damage that was found and reported by the delivery driver before I had even seen the item. The item was replaced at no cost.Cornerstone gets 5 stars from me because of the fair prices, the friendly staff & because they did exactly what they said they would do. No surprises. Will definitely return.

We visited Cornerstone Furniture in our search of quality couch furniture, and we found that and more! I dont know that to praise first, the wonderfully friendly knowledgeable staff or the amazing collection of furniture and carpets. This was probably the most exciting place we have shopped in a very long time.The owner approached us while we shopped and introduced himself.. He is very passionate about what he does and he shared a few interesting stories about the furniture lines that he offers. His staff were very helpful and patient while assisting us with our many questions about the furniture we were interested in. We never felt pressured.

Personable staff and I love my purchases. Very flexible with delivery times and right on time. It was challenging getting calls returned and I wish a few more of the items I desired and asked for were sourced like I was told they could/would be, but I found them elsewhere.

This store offers knock-offs only. I find out only after I ordered a leather sectional that cost me 3,500 plus tax and a delivery fee of 250.00. The total cost was well over 4 thousand.I could have purchased it in actual leather from original manufacturer for less.I ordered the Polaris sectional in a custom color and was told that it would take 6 to 12 weeks. After 5 months I received it only to find that is was crooked and worse, that it was not leather. It was sold to me as a leather but what I have in my living room was later found to be a product called bonded leather. The bonded leather does have some leather in it but, I paid for leather!When I addressed the store owner (Rafael) he proceeded to tell me that the damages were inherent to the product? What? I was shocked that he couldnt even agree that the back off the sofa should be straight.After their delivery service forced me to keep the wrong piece in my home, I ended up stuck with it. After Rafael hung up the phone on me, I called his brother. But, his brother only offered the same excuses, surprise!I highly recommend doing a thorough shopping escapade in Vegas. We actually came onto a furniture store that has a legitimate reputation and bought a beautiful dining table at least they restored my faith with an expedited order that was exactly what they promised.I will never shop at Corner again.

Good experience and good prices

We received our Hughes couch and Soto Concave chairs this week. We love them and our experience with Joy IRS has Been amazing. Very understanding and professional. Will definitely look to them for our next furniture purchase.

They have excellent pricing for furniture. I thought they were better priced than some of the big chain stores here in Las Vegas. I bought a new bedroom set for $799 that was priced at $2000 at another furniture store. It was the same exact bedroom set..

I bought a mattress in this store 3 months ago. This mattress is already in bad condition.When I laid down on this mattress, it felt like all my back has been pulling down! My old mattress I’ve been used for 8 years, never happened such thing!I can’t believe it!

Furniture came damaged and they did not replace it. On top of that my delivery was a couple days late. They do not have a good service policy! Go somewhere else

Purchased a bed here. Great prices.. The best customer service.

All sales were final and there is no return or exchange. The product (bed frame, dresser and dining room) set was delivered to me about 3 days more after what was promised. I would like to return the product because it is damaged aesthetically and did not live up to the expectation but I cant. I was told that they will change the product but unfortunately I cant base it on their words. I will not recommend this furniture store to a friend.

When I first stepped here I had my mind set I wanted to finance and had my bedroom set picked out. One of the personnel helped me right away and was very attentive to my needs. She was absolutely amazing to me and even though they no longer had the bedroom set I wanted she helped me find another one that was much better and for a great price. I figured since its a small place it would be kind of disappointing but dont judge a book by its cover this an amazing place to buy ur furniture and Rebecca really did a great job. Not only did she helped me decide over many bedroom sets but she also offered me free delivery and set up. The delivery went great they came on time and took their time to do the set up right and were very pleasant.
