Purchased a rug from Bassett 2 years ago, these circle patters of carpet were just coming apart from the rug, i even changed purchased a Mielle vacuum cleaner. Put a claim into Guardsman they denied it they stated the contractor error. There was no contractor negligence. Called Bassett oh they are going to help me, they are going to get to the bottom of this oh, they will make it right. THEY DID NOTHING BUT STATE, I AM SORRY, THE CARPET DOES NOT MEET THE MANUFACTURES CLAIM AND THAT THE RUG IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, I PAID OVER $3000 FOR A RUG THAT NOW CAN BE USED FOR OUTSIDE. The salesman Aaron told us by the protection plan its worth it they cover everything - they cover NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE
