Wow. I wish that I could give Sobel 100 stars. I recently stayed at a luxury resort and fell in love with the sheets. I checked the tag and ordered a set last week upon my return home. The first set that arrived were a bit different than the color representation on the website so I immediately reached out. I wanted the sheets and not a refund, which they offered immediately. They shipped me the ivory instead and asked me to donate the first set of sheets to a need-based organization. Great quality product with this level of customer focus is a rarity. I highly recommend Sobel.

Ordered two pillows 7/25. When I hadnt heard by 8/2, I emailed. No response. Emailed again 8/5. No response. Tried calling 8/10 and got a message that the phone number was not a working number and then emailed again. Finally got a response 8/11 but no concession was offered. Only refund or continue to wait. Its 8/21 and they are still not able to tell me when my order will ship, nor are they offering a discount (or anything complimentary) on my order. Only a standing offer to refund my money from a CSA who only responds via email once a week - if Im lucky. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.

I went here for an interview and it was a pretty impressive situation they have going on there. The sell linens and sheets etc. to all the hotels and casinos here in Nevada. They have manufactures making several of their items only for them and they sell to the public. Very good quality products and very decent prices. At this location is their headquarters and you can stop in to look at their setup as its one block from the strip behind the Circus Circus.

This is an unprofessional company to do business with! I submitted an online order on Thursday, August 8th and havent received any email stating that my order has been shipped. Its been 3 weeks already!!!! I just finished requesting a full refund for my order. This is unacceptable.

I spoke with Chris both on the phone and via chat. It was fantastic to connect to a company immediately instead of being on hold for a long time (via both mediums). And Chris was not only polite but quick - he resolved my issue and came up with a solution that was very helpful in not creating more cost or effort on my side. Thanks :)

Love my Sahara Nights pillow - even after 6 months. The softness and comfort help me get a great nights sleep.

Great pillows, horrible service. Ordered 4 pillows (not cheap), 2 pillows were incorrect. I asked for a shipping label to send back the wrong pillows and was told I have to pay for the shipping. This is not the kind of company I want to do business with and sending back the entire order at my expense.

Be aware if you need to return!! It cost me more to return than what I paid for it. Your items come fro Orlando but u have to return to Las Vegas which cost a fortune.

Wow, its going to be a month since I place my order on Aug 08, 2020. Still unfulfilled status, tried to call them and emailed, no response at all. I am canceling my order this coming week.
