We recently purchased a new bed and adjustable bed base at the Las Vegas location on Eastern Ave. A gentlemen by the name of Zach assisted us with our purchase. The service we received was beyond professional and courteous and he was extremely helpful in making the process easy. He explained everything thoroughly so we understood all aspects of what this particular product had to offer. We will be very happy with our new Beautyrest Mattress and adjustable bed. We even extended to get the cooling mattress cover and pillows. It’s a big investment in your life to find the perfect bed and such a big part of the quality of your life and sleep and health for the next 8-10 years that it makes it worth it to have a team as helpful as they were to help us find the Perfect fit for us.

We were in and out with a great price on a comfortable mattress within 10 minutes. Fortunately, the mattress was in stock at their warehouse which was located just a few mins away. We picked up the mattress immediately afterward! Can’t get much smoother than that!

I visited Mattress Firm again today for a replacement new mattress because the one I bought 6 weeks ago is already sagging. I worked with Chris this time around and the exchange process was super easy and fast. I was credited for the mattress I purchased before and the credit went towards my upgraded, replacement mattress. Who knew buying a mattress could be so fun?! My husband and I stopped in to Mattress Firm [Silverado] on Black Friday knowing only that we desperately needed a new mattress. Chris and Laurie kindly greeted us and we were super thankful for their help. Chris was our sales dude and quickly helped us go from “clueless” about mattresses to knowing what we wanted and narrowing it down. I don’t like a lot of options so I appreciated his ability to whittle them down. Chris was super knowledgable about the product and sales and was able to accurately give us an idea of the discounts/monthly costs and more. We left the store to run some errands and came back a little while later. When we did, Chris notified us that he found the perfect mattress for us on sale at a different location and he quickly called to swoop up the deal for us. Seriously, such a cool dude. Asked if they tell box spring and they said yes and In stock. Asked for size and ready to pay. Super fast. Probably in and out of the store within 5 mins. Got lucky to have the next day delivery and the driver was very professional. Called to inform he will be arriving in 5-10 mins. He was able to move the box spring close to my room too. Which is great. He actually out wrap on their shoes before entering my unit which is very clean and sanitary. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

When we came to this store we were not sure what to expect but our sales representative Zach was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and patient he made the shopping experience really positive. We purchased a Tempur-pedic bed and adjustable frame and Zach made all the arrangements for the deliveries as the bed and frame had to be delivered at two different times and he had to make those delivery times work for us as we only live in Las Vegas a few days a month.
