Best place to buy a mattress! Go see Jack. He is a lifesaver!!!!... I just moved here from another state with my two kids and we have to furnish our entire home. I spent all day going to furniture stores in hopes of purchasing everything I needed from one place. Unfortunately the experience at the other places turned out to be a total nightmare, some people just don’t care about your situation and simply want you to go broke or get out. When we walked into the mattress firm for the first time, it was a nice and calm environment. The sales person, Dave, was really sweet, took his time with us, explained different mattresses and different materials on them—which helped a lot. After explaining, we had a choice to make, he gave us the time we needed, worked with us to see our budget, and explained different ways for us to get it home. Well, it is delivery day, and the delivery people were super nice, and fast at getting it up one set of stairs and in my fiancé’s and I room. I had an excellent experience buying a new mattress for my father who has a serious back condition. Jack and David were very kind and patient with my father and I while my father tried out many mattresses. They did not try to oversell us or push us towards any particular mattress. They asked my father many questions about his sleeping and encouraged him to try the mattresses in his sleep position. This is the 4th mattress I’ve purchased from Mattress Firm and will never buy one from any where else. Buying mattresses for an out of state property was a pleasure. Jack, our salesperson, was attentive, caring, and knows his merchandise. He and I discussed our familys needs, came up with solutions, prices, and time frames. Jack then checked the inventory in the city out of state, delivery scheduling, and he worked up the cost, and included some perks.After all this was decided, I made a trip to the store, tried out the mattress he recommended - which was a HYBRID SEALY and exactly what I expected comfort wise. Since the invoice had been prepared, the time in store required was about 10 minutes. This was an ideal shopping experience at a fair price during covid times. Mattress Firm on Eastern & Serene is a great place to shop - great merchandise selection and Jack is a terrific salesperson.

I purchased a Premium Mattress set from this store. Upon delivery the installer noticed broken electrical connections. He said it was the second one he had seen today. The store told the installer to return the bed leaving me with nothing to sleep on. When we called the store, the agent was rude and unsympathetic to my plite. He only promised a replacement 3 Days later while I sleep on the couch. This store ore Mattress Firm in general are only concerned about the sale and not the customer!!!!

I have an inflammatory condition that requires me to sleep on a very specific type of mattress and I will only buy from Mattress Firm so I headed into a different location at first other than Serene and even though the sales person was helpful the new mattress I received caused a flare in my condition within 2 nights sleeping. I remembered about a mattress I bought years ago that was perfect so I pulled out the paperwork and went looking for Shawn who helped me at that time. I found Shawn working at Serene and when I walked in I also found Richard and between the two of them I struck GOLD!!!!!!! They discussed with each other the best option for me and they really listened to my needs and came up with the BEST MATTRESS! Not only did I receive EXCELLENT customer service they even worked hard the next day to up my delivery so I would not have to sleep without comfort another night....such awesome service! The first night sleeping was wonderful a perfect 10!!! He was so knowledgeable I was explaining to him the type of mattress that I need to sleep on and he came up with suggestions that were right on the mark and he gave me time to look around with no pressure and whatever questions I had he answered professionally! Thanks to Shawn my boyfriend and I are very happy with our new bed. Shawn didn’t pressure us to purchase the bed, he gave us time to decide and still helped us out with great customer service. Very dissappointted in there delivery service,they told me they would take my old bed but when they got to my house I put the bed out front and they said they couldnt take it so mattress firm lost a 3460.00 sale,I would not except it,no one told me about that and also the big 70% sale new years sale was a ploy to get u in the store but I didnt see any 70% sale on any beds on the floor and when I ask about that they said the beds ehrrr in the back of the store, the salesman Bryce was very nice but overall very dissappointted
