Unfortunately I have to make and adjustment to my initial posted review. The sales person Abel is definitely very helpful & personable. However the experience with our mattresses has been extremely disappointing. To the point where I would caution anyone from purchasing a mattress from this company. One of the twin XL mattresses has a huge hard lump it it while the second mattress is concave in certain areas. It is so unacceptable we can not sleep in this supposedly most comfortable bed.The only reason we are willing to give this a 1 star is because Abel seems to be trying to rectify the situation.

My husband and I have been talking about shopping for a new mattress for over a year now but its always been such a hassle because the sales people can be overbearing and intimidating. It’s almost like buying a car.. it can be very overwhelming. Today, we finally decided that it was time to atleast go try some mattresses out after reading about different options online. Truth be told even with my research I had no idea what I was doing. As we arrived we were greeted almost immediately, there was two people working (Sim and Kim) and they both spent time with us as we sampled all our options. We narrowed it down to two options as Sim closed out with previous customers and with his knowledge base and friendly demeanor he really helped us make a final decision. We went to multiple mattress stores today. All of the other stores put pressure on us to buy, with a focus on throwing in extra accessories at discounts. Our last stop was the mattress firm on Decatur.Our salesman was Abel. He was excellent! He gave us space but was always available to answer questions. He was well informed about the features of everything in the store. He also gave the impression that he was more interested in our satisfaction, than the sale, which in turn made me feel confident in the purchase. He also remained patient as we tested the mattresses.10/10 great job Abel!

My daughter bought a temper pedic adjustable bed a couple of months ago and loves it. She brought me here today and I received the best service ever from Sim! I bought the adjustable bed and can’t wait to have it delivered…. Which will be tomorrow!!!

We went in for a new bed set for our bedroom. Immediately greeted by Sim who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple mattresses and frames and gave us all the information about everything. He informed us that a certain mattress/frame combo would be the best bang for our buck with our needs in mind. He then helped us out with multiple discounts that brought our grand total down pretty significantly. All said and done we were in and out in less than an hour and are extremely excited for the new bed! Sim was a great salesman and helped us out tremendously!

5+ Stars for Abel!!!! My husband and I had a wonderful customer experience today picking out a mattress with the Sales Associate, Abel. From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with a smile and the most welcoming personality ever! He was extremely knowledgeable about the brands and provided exceptional customer service. He listened and cared about what we were looking for and did not pressure us to buy more than we needed. I highly recommend him to anyone that visits this location.

Sim hall was great to work with. We bought 2 beds from him. One for us and one for my daughter. Worked very hard how to get the bed to Wyoming to no avail. They picked up in Denver co. Overall a great experience. However when it was delivered they set up in 10 minutes and were gone. Did not ask what height we wanted the bed. Too high for us seniors. Finally coming out this Saturday to adjust the height.

Best customer service! We were helped out by Sim and he took real good care of us and made sure we found the perfect mattress. We love mattress firm. They gave us a credit through our warranty since our mattress of only 4 years was starting to sag causing us back pain. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

So I went in to just look for a new mattress and get ideas on what kind of a mattress I need. I have terrible hip and back pain. Sim was my salesman and what a great guy. He explained what I needed and the first bed he put me on cradled me like a baby ; immediately alleviating my pain. Lo and behold I was able to finance this luxury buy with no interest for three years!! And Sim helped with adding a few extras at little to no cost. This was my first time in ten years looking for a mattress. Family members recommended I come to Mattress Firm. When I came in, I was welcomed by both sales people, then Kim Moore came over and the possible sale began.I was interested in a Beautyrest but, not for a Thousand dollars, so I was asked what firmness I was looking for? I was shown and tried a floor model, then Kim looked up a picture of the sister model for a much lower price but had very similar features. I liked the price etc. and placed my order. She explained and answered all my questions about what I needed to know, and a shipping date was set, price was paid, and the sale was finished

I needed a mattress and box spring delivered to my home by Sunday. I called to verify if that was possible. I was assured it was. I went right in to the Decatur and 215 store [Aliante] which is 5 minutes from my home. I explained to Charla what I needed and she was wonderful. She showed me just the right stuff, scheduled my delivery and I was home within 30 minutes. Great service, great price, and great location.

I called about purchasing a particular mattress that I needed today, but it was not in stock. The salesperson, Abel (?) found a different brand at a nearby store. He then called me back and said they actually had that same mattress in stock at their store so we were able to go pick it up and were there within ten minutes. He made sure we tried it out before purchasing it. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and not at all pushy. I would definitely purchase again from this business.

We purchased a set and after the 90 day trial Which we werent aware that the Trial date expired by 2 days we went into the store and they Honored the warranty. Alex took his time to understand My needs asked me several questions concerning my old product what I liked about it and what I was hoping to get put of my new mattress. Showed me how mattresses were made and how each of the components benefit at my needs All without me feeling pressure where I was being sold.
