I LOVE THIS PLACE! We have purchased our son’s power wheel (the coolest around) a couch and wasn’t planning to buy a bed but once we tried it out we now have a split king along with the best Holy Grail sheets. We also went with new pillows that are the best I have ever slept on. Eric, his wife and Coco are too notch! We are loyal customers who will keep coming back. The service was truly the best! Prices are good, if you look at the yearly cost for pillows the purchase makes sense to invest in good pillows. Happy shopping!!!

Gone here 2 days in a row to both location. Both closed during their normal store hours. Both say family emergency You cant tell me you cant hire help. What a sad joke. And one location is in a major shopping center.So update: I was finally able to trade in my sheets. I got red. Well its not a deep red and now after washing once in cool water they are now faded orange red. Sad cause I was happy with the first set I got. Very disappointed from there out.

Love this store!!! Love the sheets!! Have been using them for over 7 yrs and I would never buy anything else. Eric and Mary are wonderful easy going people. Now they have a new store at Silverado Ranch and Eastern. WOW!! They sell furniture now and so much other stuff. Like glass sculptures. A must see for everyone!!!

I just received my package of sheets in the mail. This is our 3rd time buying these sheets because they are absolutely the softest sheets I have ever had. We were sad to see their store space vacant at the Galleria Mall in Henderson so I decided to Google them. Im SO HAPPY that I am able to still get them. Nothing else compares to these sheets and the b1g1 sale makes them a fabulous deal.

My wife & I purchased a Titian Pro Executive Massage chair from Holy Sheets in the Galleria Mall. Robert C. was our Sales Coordinator. This purchase was well researched and we did a price comparison online before we walked in the door. We knew everything about this chair but you cant test it online. Robert was professional, he explained everything and let me test it as long as I wanted. Oh my God! This chair blew us away. Then Robert threw in a few bonuses (will not reveal) that we never expected and that sealed the deal for us. Robert never tried to up sell us or rushed us to buy it! Delivery was set up and chair arrived on time. Robert communicated with us through each step and even called after the delivery to check on everything and asked for us if we wanted to stop by the store for an advanced in-depth Q&A and if we had any new operational questions. The owner was in the store and gave me an awesome deal on split king size bamboo sheets, 2 king size bamboo pillows, Denver Broncos body pillow, free t-shirts to my entire family that was with me & all for purchasing a wonderful king size bamboo bed!! The bed is amazing, it’s a king size bed that is split, moves up & down at the head and the foot & it massages the entire body! Me and my husband both absolutely LOVE our new bed. Holy...SHEETS for real! I got new sheets from this place and they feel like a new bed. The sheets are so soft and comfortable but not heavy or hot which is perfect. I slept like a baby the first night and over slept the day after that (really no joke). I’m going to have to get the whole family some.

For all of the people who are unhappy with Holysheets for one reason or another, I just don’t understand. The staff is professional, the store is beautiful and the furniture is very unique. We love our Holysheets, pillows and chair. I’ve never been more relaxed shopping after sitting in a very nice massage chair. Definitely get a pair of sheets. The price and quality is unbeatable.

Never buy sheets from these shysters - honestly, the sales person told us they were 1500 threadcount (theyre definitely not), and the sheets broke as soon as we put them on the bed. Ive never seen such poorly stitched sheets. We are trying to return them, but please just avoid buying anything from these people - how do you stay in business???

I purchased a bed from this store earlier this year and it has changed my life because of the INCREDIBLE sleep Im getting now. Ive been buying my sheets from them for years and the bed is even better. Delievery was great, they came to set it up the next day...quick and easy. Great overall experience.

This place is so pretty and fun the people in there are just the sweetest. This one guy that works there hes light skined and wheres glasses super cute loves starwars and was super nice he put on the starwars theme and everything he was just the best. Would befinatly be coming back to get thos starwars pictures.

Just to let you know. Those who work there are very proud of their products. From the moment I walked in the door I was pouncedon. I like to walk around and look at the merchandise for a bit. I was not able to do that. The lady, all be it very nice, just would not stop talking. Obviously she is not familiar with personal space because I literally had none. Needless to say I did not enjoy looking at anything.

Bought pillows in the store on March 13, 2029 and paid for shipping to get them home. Called several times because we havent received them yet. Was giving a different ship date everytime I called. As almost a month later and still havent received. If you buy something at the store take it with you. Im asking my credit card for a refund.

Earned my business for LIFE!!! About a year ago I met Eric, the owner, who took incredibly great care of me on a new purchase of a King Mattress and Boxsprings. He was so gracious that he threw in some sheets, pillows and even a comforter set... on top of the already amazing sale price that the manufacturer was offering. I saved a couple thousand dollars, for sure!!I come back a year later to thank Eric and Holy Sheets for their awesome bamboo covers and pillows, because they protected my investment from bed bugs. Its true. A few months after a few trips out of state we learned that we brought home some hitchhikers in our suitcases. If it werent for the bamboo covers, all of our pillows and our mattress would have been trash. But instead, they werent even affected. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!Lets start with the customer service not to mention it was a manager, Mary, who first hounded us around the store to insist we buy different items rather than just greet us at the door and let us browse. Once we found something we were interested in for our new home, because I am PREGNANT, Mary decided it was a good idea to let her customers (my husband and I) know that the chairs were far too expensive for US to sit in, which they were not, and tell us not to sit in them or try out the demo. I need a nice massage chair since I am pregnant and have very bad back aches daily and was looking to invest in a nice chair but she judged us based on our appearance, embarrassed us and made it seem like we could not afford such an item and that we mustnt even try it out! When I asked my husband to leave, my husband told her she should have better customer service and she replied with Your wife should have a better attitude, when I did nothing but ask if she would prefer me to sit without my shoes on in those nice chairs. Unbelievable how disrespectful a manager could be to her customers let alone the fact that you should be more sensitive to your pregnant customers looking to invest in a massage chair! Never will I return to this store and will be taking my money elsewhere! Avoid this place at all costs, they are rude!

I’ve been buying my sheets from Holysheets for years, even got my sisters and mother to purchase sets. After my last purchase I will NEVER buy another set and have warned everyone I’ve previously referred. When I got home and opened the package the set was thin and not as represented on the package. These were NOT the same sheets I’ve been purchasing for years. When I called the store I was told there was nothing they could do, even though the package says “satisfaction guaranteed”. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

On May 10th my wife and I purchased a artificial tree from this store. The sales rep stated that the product would have to be special ordered and would arrive in 2 weeks.Two weeks became four, and four weeks became 3 months. We were patient but after constant empty promises and terrible customer service we asked for a refund. They refused! The date is August 22nd and the supposed delivery date is now 7-10 days.We were forced to dispute the transaction with our bank. IM SORRY TO SAY THAT I CAN NOT RECOMMENDED THIS STORE!
