Ive bn shopping here for over 10 years. Loved it. But after the attempted rip off by one of the newer young employeeS...I WILL NOT BE BACK. SHE WAS RUDE, IGNORANT, DISMISSIVE AND UNAWARE OF THE CORRECT PRICES AND Attempted TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE..EVEN THOUGH I KNEW THE PRICE. THE OTHER YOUNG LADY IS A GEM AND REALLY Kept ME Calm WITH HER POLITENESS..BUT THE OTHER LITTLE SNOT NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOFY CHIC

BEWARE OF THIS STORE !! Im normally not one to leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I normally come here often since its convenient and pretty close to my house..but after this last time NEVER again. So I bought a nail drill from here. Been eyeing it for a while and finally decided to treat myself since my other one went out. I was told no returns or exchanges and made sure it worked before I left. It did..not even two weeks later the motor went out on me. I called back up there and of course I couldnt return it or exchange it but I thought I wouldnt have any issues especially not soo soon. I was hoping they could have suggested store credit or something but NO ! .. I spend over $200 on this drill and didnt even get 2weeks use out of it. I was told after the fact that they only have warranty on name brand electronics..smh . Im very disappointed. The lady suggested I take it somewhere to get fixed but why would I spend even more money after I just wasted so much. Not only that but the prices are expensive for no reason. There are other nail supply stores with much better prices DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ESPECIALLY OF YOUR BUYING ELECTRONICS!!

This store has a variety of brands. Young nails, Valentino, lots of kiara sky. Great selection of things and nail accessories. My only thing is the service here is not really helpful. The girls that work there don’t really have good customer service skills. I think the youngest looking girl has big attitude in her voice. She talks to you like you’re stupid. Maybe her tone is off, idk but, she was just not helpful at all. It was my first time there and I was super excited to be there cause I love nail stuff ! And I just started doing nails so coming in and seeing all the great variety they had was like heaven! Really disappointed in the customer service. I feel like nail stuff is fun and exciting so if you work there you should look like you’re fun and excited too, or at least act like you are. Anyway, I went looking around the store to find things myself cause she made me feel uncomfortable to ask her anything again. So if you come here just beware of the service skills of these girls.

I loved it. Just went in today and spent $$ $ prices are good girl and they have great sales. They surprised me they carry YN powder and kiara sky products. Make the drive and avoid having to wait for a delivery. I will come back. The young ladies that work there are helpful and sweet. The man was very helpful as well.Costumer service was great and Ill start coming here for now on

I after I had paid I asked the sameGirl that I paid, I like to talk to owner and she said “”what for” i wanted to speak to owner because Being a business owner myself, I know the number one rule in sales and perhaps u have the cameras u think you have it mastered but this girls are very wise in being rude without u even noticing, it is the way the answer back, it is rude the way they talk back, be careful, your business, don’ t need to lose business for this .. I was wearing jeans and a black scrub look it up in the video ….so U know who the girl I paid to . I want to buy other stuff and they were not very helpful …. ILatina myself and it is ashame this girls are so rude thank you .

This place has went down hill! So rude just throw ur stuff in bags Ive had polishes leak and other stuff leak because of this. They dont know about nail products, as a nail tech listening to the advice they give people is trash. King beauty supply and viet beauty supply are way better, and treat you way better..

If I could I would give them 0 star more rude customer service and Not helpful . expansive Than other store . Not gonna shop anymore from this store

This spot is only for nail products. They have unbeatable prices. Plenty of Gel nail polish to choose from and cheap too. Name brands! I spent 16 bucks just now and bought 4 nail polishes, wax remover and a variety of nail filers and buffers.

Girls were very helpful! Good selection of goods, had almost everything I was looking for. Ill definitely go back!!

Lots to choose from,,,, but They could at least let my daughter and I use the restroom considering we spent almost 500 dollars there,, we wouldve stayed longer and spent way more money but we had to go find a restroom,,,

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are for. The DO have good brands of product if you look in the cases, not the first aisle. There’s Valentino, young nails, kiara sky, all the big brands. As for pricing I can’t compare because I’m not licensed so I don’t buy wholesale but this is great as far as doing my own nails goes. I found everything I wanted and then some (too much lol) the staff greeted me, were polite, even friendly, and asked if I needed to see anything in the cases. Yeah the smell is a bit much but it’s full of nail supplies it’s not your house 😂 anyway overall great experience and I hope to come back next time I’m in town. Thanks for your help!!

I would NOT recommend them, poor customer service. I am a nail tech and they treat as if I am came in there to steal. I do not appreciate the racial profiling. I do not need to be followed or made feel uncomfortable when I am shopping around.

Dishonest about the products they sell. NO MMA MONOMER, but they’ll lie and say there is. If I could give them Zero stars, I would.Generally the staff are friendly, but after a year of patronizing this place, I was accused of stealing by the manager. I explained I paid for what he accused me of stealing and even the lady that rung up my order told him I bought the product. I was livid! A lot of black people have been profiled at this place. I will not be back!

I took my wife here and waited in the car and played some Nintendo. She said it was kinda pricey. Could get better prices elsewhere. Thats just what she said though. I dont know personally. I didnt go in. Also, I dont know the prices of good beauty supplies. She told me it was 3/5 stars to her. So yeahOh and they dont have any good portable boxes to keep supplies in. Again, her word not mine. 😀

Lovely place, good quality products, no complaints on customer service. . In fact, Ive made friends with the ladies that work here. This place has a little bit of every thing to do with nails. However, the prices will kick you in the behind! For instance, the same cure lamp I got from Amazon for $25, it was $180 at this place. But, youll get whatever you want.

All the staff was super helpful and friendly. They even told me a couple of tips about how to save money on supplies in the long run. The parking lot is a little tight but other than that I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Great prices for nail supplies.

My wife went in to get gel polishes and a few other nail related items and she left with far more than she expected! Not only do they have everything she needed as a nail tech, but theyve got all cosmetology related supplies even a section for Barbers. Prices are actually less expensive than a lot of supply stores here in town. Definitely going back not only for my wifes supplies but for my needs as a barber and well!

Always come by this when I come to Vegas. They have all the nail supplies at a discounted price.

Tee and Stephanie are really helpful with any product knowledge. They will test the product out for you if they you are unsure of the product and share helpful tips on how to use the products. Way better then guessing what you will get online. Im really thankful for their help. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you so much!

This place is AWSOME whoever said high prices hasnt been to a Sallys in a while. The prices are reasonable they have $10 set for nail colors and $3 nail polishes prices I cant find in a Sallys and my most favorite part!!!! They have nail tips separate so if I run out of number 4 I can run here just for that size no more to many of the other size I never use and ITS A DOLLAR WOW I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE. LOVE IT!!!!!

Open to the public and easy to find. Good prices on gel polishes and pretty much all nail supplies..staff was a little cold, was ignored until I check out. But Im still going back.

I went to buy Acetone, alcohol 70% and pedicure soaps on May 1, 2020 I called ahead of time and they said they were open 12pm to 6pm. I was charged $25 a gallon for acetone and $40 for 70% alcohol. I asked for a receipt and a young lady that was working the door said only cash and we are not giving receipts. I used to buy a case of pure acetone for $25 and alcohol for under $17. Talk about price gouging this is the last time I ever shop at this store.

The store tender was nice, but the nail polish was mostly discounted for obvious age and the smell in the aisles was unbearable. I would only recommend a visit if youre a salon owner looking for massive quantities.

Prices are great. But the lady behind the counter was rude. Told me She was insulted. when i said i do my own nails cause its cheaper. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 18 years. Had bite my tongue cause i had my daughter with me. I will go to Hollywood nail across the street. For now on.

They are very helpful. It kind of threw me off a little that it said no children allowed and I came in with three but they didnt say anything. I guess they will if they see the kids playing with the merchandise but my kids know not to be grabbing things. I liked that they helped me find what I was looking for and how to use it.

This is really only a supply shop for nail care. If you need stuff for mani pedis, it might be good but I needed hair care and they had almost nothing. I felt like I had wasted precious time by going there.

This store has absolutely nothing . Came here to purchase some braiding hair, I was happy to find a beauty supply store in my area since there are close to none in the SW area of las Vegas, however I was very disappointed. This beauty supply only carrys nail polishes and plastic containers . The aiels are clustered with boxes stacked on top of shelves . The prices are high and the inventory is limited . They do not carry weaving hair, braiding hair wigs ponytails or anything. The only weaving hair they had throughout the entire store was a pack of braiding hair for $8.99 each !! I ended up driving up the street to LUX beauty supply to get what I needed . This is not a beauty supply store but rather a nail supply store .

This is an amazing place to get acrylic supplies

I have been twice and i love it. They have a variety of nail polish like OPI, essie, china glaze, gelaze, etc and they are cheap! The OPI and essie are $4 and china 3 and geláze is 8 but the big bottle. They also have Orly but they dont have a lot of variety on this ones. Overall I highly recommended, and the owner is friendly and helps you to find what you need.
