This was my first experience in using Pro-File Marketing. They were professional and responsive to my request. The quality of the foiled business cards I received greatly exceeded the prior company that I used for the last 15 years. I wish I found Pro-File Marketing earlier! Unfortunately, my experience is opposite from everyones review. First and foremost, this company DOES NOT have a brick and mortar location, they use a UPS business as their address. Maria Rudnev is the ONLY person you deal with and she never ever answers the phone. She claimed after charging for print job that our postcards were never printed due to pending mailing list that was disclosed in her emails. FALSE, no mention of this. Prior to getting all the proofs finally approved, her or her company failed to realize our proof were in fact within the measurement requirements after going back and forth. I tried numerous times to contact Maria to discuss, she never answers the calls and does not return messages. As a result, we requested to terminate services with this company and have our printing charge be refunded. Hope she do the right thing.
