Paul Mazurkiewicz was fantastic from the start! His communication was key. He was quick and thorough with each message. I had bid out 3 other companies to not only compare cost, but I wanted to see how each would respond and what each response included in terms of needs, materials, wants, timing, etc. Where Image 360 was a in the middle to higher ground in costs but when you add up their years in business, their multiple commercial grade signs, their expertise, the communication, the materials discussion and the home visit to ensure everything was in line for an appropriate quote, Image 360 took the cake! I am a VERY PARTICULAR person and I had envisioned such a sign since my husband and I started designing our new backyard oasis. Paul / Image 360 took that design and made it into a reality! Finding a sign company in town is tough! Not for lack of options either, there are plenty of options. The tough part is finding a company that picks up the phone or responds with a bid promptly. Thankfully, Image360 did both. I had nearly ten different email and phone call threads going with various companies, including the biggest in town, and not one experience came close to these guys.Signs are a significant investment for a new business/location, and Image360 gave me a competitive bid and made me feel confident and comfortable from design to installation.I want to give a special shout-out to Tina. She was always available, easy to work with, and talked with me genuinely, which is even tougher to find these days.Most importantly, my project turned out perfectly. Tina knows her business !! I had a custom sign built that had to meet exact specifications to please the owner of the building. Image 360 worked diligently to meet those specifications and created exactly what I wanted. We own the Park Ridge Center in Henderson, NV. Our Large Marquee sign at the entrance was looking terrible. I engaged several sign companies, but no one could match the quality and creative flare of Image360. Paul and his team completely refurbished the sign from top to bottom, adding a new large curved arch at the top to make a more modern look, and new LED Sticks, polycarbonate panels, store names, and paint to match the building. The sign actually looked better than the design docs! It is rare when a project like this comes out better than expected - Image360 Exceeded our Expectations and would highly recommend them!
