This used to be a great company to partner with. We have ordered from them a number of times and they just increased their embroidery price by 85%. They put no value on loyalty. We found a place Five Star Embroidery that gave us great service and amazing pricing.

American Stitch got the job done! I came in with a few polos that needed to be embroidered for work and they did a fantastic job! The color of the thread turned out great as well. They were nothing but nice and professional and the shirts were done within 48hrs! I will for sure be using these guys again in the future!

I’m from out of town and needed something embroidered for my Wedding, went in as a walk in and was taken care of immediately! Even though it was a small item Sam treated me as if it was worth $1000 and the quality was top notch! 👌

Absolutely terrible, chaotic experience. The sales pitch is fantastic, the quality and communication is very poor. Do not pick up your stuff without doing a close inspection. If they keep delaying or not responding to your communications - RED FLAGS! Move on. Lesson learned. Better luck to you.

Chad and his team are amazing. They have helped me and countless friends with our business cards, banners, embroidery, print advertising and a whole bunch of other stuff. Don’t use anyone else in town because really you will not get as good of service. I’m not saying everyone else sucks but Chad is definitely the best :)

This is the place to go for Embroidery and Screen Printing in Las Vegas. Fast and Friendly service. We have used American Stitch for multiple things for our business from Signs, window stickers, hats, shirts and jackets. I have even had stuff done for my son like Christmas Stockings, Easter Baskets and a jacket so he could match his daddy’s business logo. Thanks for the great service. This place is horrible. In the process of embroidery the tore the sleeve on my jacket and initially denied it. I took it back to them to show them what they did. They took my jacket and said they would have their tailor fix it and there has not been no follow up. I have to constantly call them. Now it’s been a month a still nothing! I will never do business with them EVER again and would not recommend either!!!!

Went in looking to have stitching logos removed from dress shirts. Gentlemen working front counter was beyond friendly. Took the time to show me how to remove the stitching myself, gave me a pair of special scissors to do it, and didn’t charge me anything but a smile!
