I put in a rush order, paid for it over the phone and they told me the timeframe to pick it up before they left for the weekend, I arrived and the store was closed. I did not receive any communication from them, no email, no phone call. Extremely disappointed as I needed my banner for the weekend.

Great service and wonderful folks. I ordered my vinal lettering wednesday and it was done promptly friday morning amd looked great. They gave me easy to follow directions for installing it myself, and it worked great! Love doing local business and people like this are why!

Just some advice be very specific on paper that u want used. After a recommendation from a friend i decided to use ace, unfortunately the company that originally did my cards no longer does them. Today I picked up my cards and flyers and were not on the textured matte paper I was specific on because the cards need to be written on and any type of gloss makes it hard to write on i even left a sample of the old one and still ended up with the wrong paper. When I told the owner she told me to go back to the old company she knew they dont do cards any more she also said I didnt have to take them she did apologize but seemed more interested in faulting me for the mistake on there part. Im leaving 2 stars because even though Im not satisfied with my cards and flyers they will work.

Save your money and spend it elsewhere. These people are 0 for 2 in getting my orders right. The first time, they were very late with it and when I picked it up, my posters were not put on foam board as Id requested (and paid for). The lady was not really nice about the whole thing but said shed have it taken care of before COB.I decided to give them another shot and this time they mis-spelled Philadelhia When I contacted them about the error, the guy was very apologetic and said theyd get it remade immediately. A week went by and I heard nothing so I finally called and spoke to a woman (I think she and her husband own the place) who said it would be done after 4pm...it got placed in the queue and never got done the previous week.When I went in after 4pm, its still not done. Still in the queue...theyd forgotten all about it. To top it off, the lady Id spoken to (the same person who Id spoken to the first time I had an issue with them) was there and started yelling at ME...like Im the jerk in this scenario.

Took forever, no communication.
