Cutest baby store ever! The associates are so sweet and helpful.

LoveBug saved our vacation! The wheel on our stroller broke today and we were in a real bind. The super kind and helpful lady working this morning at the downtown Summerlin store took care of us. We are forever grateful and appreciative of the customer service we received. Cannot recommend highly enough - thank you LoveBug!

Just bought my very first baby bling for my little niece at Summerlin Downtown location (just recently moved again) next to Build a Bear Workshop; and I have to say I love their new location even better! Intimate spacing and it’s no shocker the owner takes pride in designing her lovely space to be littles and momma approved! ❤️Shop small everyone! ❤️Seriously just come by to get away from the heat or to buy a new blanket for baby!

Such a lovely store! And what a helpful and knowledgeable staff!! I wanted to surprise my brother, so I got my newborn nephew the best car seat Ive ever seen AND the softest bamboo pajamas. Jeda is an absolute life saver.. I really had no idea what new parents would even need. So again, thank you guys so much!!!

Return policy is ridiculous. Im left with items I dont need or want because they are unable to do a return for store credit or exchange. I wont be returning.

Absolutely LOVE LoveBug Baby Boutique. Awesome store with great selection of popular kids brands. Also, their customer service is superb from not only the shop owner Crystal to all of her staff that works her store. We personally love the downtown summerlin location and highly recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed. Great store! Thank you again Crystal!

This boutique has cute items but very limited sizes and a very strict return policy of 7 days which they don’t tell you when purchasing. We bought holiday PJs for Christmas that ran way too small and they only offered us exchange only. The items and sizing in the shop are so limited, we spent 45 minutes trying to find boys and girls sizing. They don’t carry higher than a size 6 yet all the shoes were 11 and higher. We finally scrapped something together and still had $3 left over. Nothing in that store is available for under $20 and they had us eat the $3. You try to shop small businesses and this is what you get. Won’t be supporting with my business again. Ended up buying a ton of Splendid clothing which they sell in the department stores.

My husbands friend and his wife are expecting their little one in the next few weeks. Not knowing them very well personally i was on the hunt for something thoughtful. Crystal helped me pick out this Little Giraffe lovey AND dropped it off to be personalized. It was back within a few days and I could not be more excited to give this to the expecting parents! I should add, I have two very active toddlers of my own so I don’t have a ton of time to run around town and get things together (#momlife). Crystal literally did everything and made this extremely easy for me. If you’re looking for a local business who cares about each and every one of their customers, this is definitely the shop! Bonus: when I stopped in to pick up this gift they helped me pick a cute gift for a 6month birthday party I am attending this weekend and my (almost) 3 year old got a new backpack for school...all for under $40!
