Allen is the greatest. Took my car in for a/c compressor and got it back same day.

I came in for a replacement key fob. 380 dollars for the service. New fob, and programming. 145 dollar labor cost. I dont know how to justify any of this. The service tech had a mask on so it could be for my safety, it could be to hide the smirk on his face, or it could be because they were robbing me blind. Its going to be an hour wait he says. So I walk around the lot and after looking at the sticker prices on new versions of my vehicle I paid it. Perspective is key for this event. I will pay for the obscenely overpriced piece of plastic and tech to not pay for a vehicle that is more expensive than my first house.

Made my appt. Was seen right away. Given some info that I was not aware of. Stephen was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be back. The service was also faster than expected.

The Manager is rude and doesnt have customer care language. I will never go back there for my Car service. I have two differences of warranty which cover my car. I bought my brand new car 2018 in this shop, I have been struggling with service and fixing. When comes about using my warranty there devaluing.

At 57 years old this is where I bought my very 1st brand new you look regal with the 2.0 twin Turbo Tech car beautiful Maroon metal flake with a light tan whether interior would dashboard and fully Loaded Because if you dont know GM it goes Chevrolet Buick Cadillac Chevrolet test stuff for Buick Buick test stuff for Cadillac When I drove it off the lot it had 79 miles on it and a lot of those I put on test driving I absolutely love it handles great the performance is great warm the best card over on thank you desert GMC Buick

I made a 7am appt on line - which asked if I wanted the van service, and that worked for me. They reminded me 2x of my appt but could they tell me they were not providing van service because of covid. No!!!!! and then when I get there - on time - they tell me its not their problem. So inconvenient -and NO APOLOGY!! I guess their customers are not their priority !! Never again!!!
