The people that assisted me were kind. My battery went out. I only have one car. They were very nice to me, and took good care of my 2019 Nissan Rogue, Cali. I got a brand new battery for$129 and they installed for free!!!!!! Plus, I got to do some shopping for my new grandson Lil Woody.

They do not answer the phone and act like they cant give you a price over the phone called all day finally got a answer around 11:00 or 12 that day even though they opened up at 7:00

Slowest service ever...but very friendly. I dont blame the employees but the fact that Walmart is always understaffed.

Ive tried calling multiple times at different times no one answers the phone. I even tried calling the store at the regular number and no answer there either.

Oil changeWhoever is the technician that does oil changes, needs to be fired . I have came to this location twice to try and get an oil change and it didn’t happen. The first time the technician was a complete no show. The second time only one technician showed up, and he couldn’t do any work until the other technician showed up until 11 am, even though i showed up at 7am. So unprofessional of them .

I had the most outstanding service here today. I took my car in for an oil change ..and they were so friendly..service with a smile and so polite .. The oil was changed in under 30 minutes . they even checked my tire pressure..windshield wipers..and all my fluids . My kids and i shopped while service was being done. And the girl at the auto center checked us out. It was a great experience. I was so happy... 😀💝🎆Thank you walmart Auto Team .you are the best in Vegas!!!

Its a good thing Ive been meditating for a few years. Im used to going to Walmart to get oil changes and they usually do a great job. Upon arriving here I was told to back up out of the garage, I drove in because there was no one around to direct me. Then the young man said he will come over soon and after 20 minutes of me sitting in the car waiting, I finally got out and found someone to direct me. The older gentleman was very nice and told me the oil change would be around 45 minutes and they were shortstaffed. I was happy to do some shopping while waiting. An hour and a half later, I came back to the auto center and the cashier said they have not called me and my vehicle is not ready. I sat down and watched a whole episode of Family Feud in the waiting area. After 2 hours, I went outside and saw my car in the garage and asked a guy working there if it was ready and he sheepishly apologized and said theres a computer glitch and they had to call a manager to come override it, except they havent called the manager yet and would now. No one meant any harm and everyone seemed nice enough but it did take over 2 hours to get my oil changed and a lot of miscommunication. Id be prepared to be more proactive here if I come back for another oil change.

Customer service was fine. They had a lack of tires in stock. So I had to go to a tire shop a mile away which had plenty of options and WILL MATCH Walmart prices.

Terrible service went there for a set of tires and waited for awhile at the tire counter. Another guest came in and waited. Then he started calling in the back. A young guy came out and looked at me waiting for me to talk. I asked him about some tires and he said what size. I told him I have a dodge journey and he said gotta know the size. I told him its right outside he said go take a picture or something. Went back in to tell him the size and he was gone again. I yelled in the back and he came out and really made me feel like he just wanted me to leave him alone, so thats what I did. I will spend $500 on tires somewhere else. Maybe they can figure out the tire size....

They were fabulous inside and out they did a great job I had no problems and I was treated with such great respect I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you so much for having a nice area clean and nice people thank you

Don’t bother trying to call. I needed to search for a specific automotive item and calling the main number and holding for the operator gets you no where. They never answer. I let it ring over 8 minutes each time I tried calling. Same with the automotive dept, no answer and you get put on hold for the “next available rep” for unending amounts of time. I literally have called them every hour during the day for 2 days and never got anyone to pick up. Other Walmart’s I called were much faster.Edited: I actually drove over there, stood outside the door and tried calling. Just to see. One worker was behind the counter, another in front of the counter leaning on it with arms crossed. I heard the phone ringing. Neither of them acknowledged it. And they weren’t busy so there’s no excuse.

I get my oil changes here for a great price and I also have bought all four tires and gotten them installed here.

Been coming here for awhile for lubes and today I came in at 7:08am and at 9:00am they just were pulling my vehicle in. I get theyre under staffed but to have someone say it will be an 45mins- 1hr and after 2hrs my van hasnt even been started is not ok especially when they start on another van who wasnt even there after I was registered in. I dont just get the 19.99 oil change I get the 45.00 but I guess it doesnt matter if they lose a customer. The guys working are polite especially the older gentleman there today but it was the other one who passed my vehicle and did another who came way after me.

Drove into no line. had the oil changed while I waited. did a little shopping and it was all good.

They will lie to your face, with no problem. I wait patently for 8 hrs. They told me it’s my fault, basically, that the paper work was not put in the system. They also made me go out of my to get a filter, then the manger acted like he never saw me before. When I asked about compensation, the assistant manager of Walmart, said “there is nothing we can do”. I walked away calmly and wrote this letter for the customer. 🤘🏾

I never write reviews because I never feel like Ive had an experience worth writing a review for, but I had such a great experience at this Walmart, I thought I should.I was skeptical going to this Walmart for tires because all the reviews Ive read were negative, but I went anyway because I really needed tires asap. I got there around 6:15pm, so 45 minutes before closing, and I was nervous they wouldnt be able to take me today. There were 3 cars in front of me and only two mechanics working, but they still took me. They said it would be a couple of hours, but they did it in under an hour.I didnt catch the mechanics name, but when I do, Ill write another review because he was very friendly and helpful. Such a great guy. I asked him a bunch of questions about fixing up my car because its an old car, and I cant afford a new one right now because Im a college student lol. Usually when I ask mechanics questions, they just brush me off and try to get me out the door as fast as possible, but he was very patient and helpful. Im really happy I went here.

I had a battery replaced here once long ago, and they had very friendly employees that helped me quickly and knew what they doing. The battery was at a good price and Id recommend this place for quick repair needs and of course all the way mart shopping while you wait is a bonus.

While Im only giving 3 stars to the auto center, Id give 10 stars to Jonavan who was simply awesome!! Left our truck to get tires at 3:30 and was told a couple of hours and well call you. By 7 no call, tried calling no answer. Jonavan called at 8:00 to say the truck had been done at 5:53. Such poor customer service. Had Jonovan not called, I would have been without my truck overnight and thats not ok! Thank you Jonavan for your hard work, youre probably the least paid but work the hardest, rock on young dude.

The people who work here are so dumb it hurts. Picked up a Walmart battery over in Henderson. Didnt even install it. Notice it was the wrong size. I get told I have to pay to have it tested to make sure its good before you an exchange. Note that the battery was purchased the same day as I was trying to change it to a different size. The most asinine thing I have ever heard.

I regularly come here to get me and my wife’s and mothers cars done here for oil changes and for the cheap price the service is just fine these days many people are just to sensitive the gentlemen who takes ur info down is always cool and ready for a conversation or not depending on the customer again never have I had a problem and inside is a small rest area with coffee couch and tv if u have to wait for a while cause sometimes it’s busy because everyone gets there car done here atleast my friends and family do sure the place isn’t perfect but the cheap price service is just fine I will continue to come here thanks a satisfied customer..Robert

I had to re-edit my story. I initially speculated perhaps there was an error with my oil change. My oil light came on after and it seemed my car was shaking. I had it towed back to Wal-Mart. Diego the service manager personally changed me another oil filter and gave more oil. He was kind and wasnt nasty despite me being upset last night. Grateful.

The auto center is the worst the customer Service is horrible!!!!The technicians ignore you and give you exaggerated wait times so you leave-They treat women like their unknowledgable on what service being requested—The older employees clearly hate their jobs with the attitudes and the young employees do all the work so they are frustrated——This location needs to clean house and get it together.

I arrive here at 7:30am 2nd vehicle in line to get 4 tires swap out it is now 11:40am and im still waiting i been to location that take time but most is 2hrs example discount tire even pep boys and there busy this has been one of the worst and longest waits I have encountered to swap tires .never again dont come here

I called around town to find a battery for my car since mine was going bad. I called and called and none of the stores near me would answer-it would even go to the store operator and they would page and transfer me repeatedly-this is the only store that would answer their automotive line and I will drive there, passing the one nearest my house, due to their courtesy!

If you are ever want tires, never go to Wal-Mart . I purchased 4 tires from them and installed them myself . I had one that took 5 oz to balance, so I decided to road force the tires . One was so bad I couldnt get it to fall within specs on any rim . So I went back to Wal-Mart and asked them for another tire . Their reply was The tire was mounted so we cant warranty it, even if the tire was never driven . My reply was how would I know if the tire was bad if I dont install it . Their reply if you would of purchase the mounting we would of warranty it . The only thing we can do is mounted for you but if it balances we wont give you another. My answer to this was that the tire will balance but it wont road force. The Manager said I have never even heard of that terminology. So I told him that that is fine but I want that tire road forced if they couldnt road force it was because their personnel did not know how to use their balancer or they had low quality equipment . So the store manager turned to the automotive department manager Diego . Diegos answer was the balancer we have doesnt road force. So if you ever buy tires at Wal-Mart and they install them you might end up with a vibration and or you steering wheel shimmy . They dont have the proper equipment to install tires . Im not just any do it yourself . I have been turning wrench for over 20 years . I am RECERTIFIED ASE MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN. I got 4 truck ASEs Im 100% in 7 areas for GM and I have smog license.

Never enough staff you have to wait hours for an oil change I once waited 3 hours to buy a tire, accompany this big should not have this type of human resource problems and blame nobody but the manager so the store and the department manager you should be able to keep up with what employees you need when you make a mistake you hurt all of us we dont have all day get our cars fixed 3 hours for a tire or an oil change is unacceptable
