Mike looked at the damage and said it’s paint transfer. He buffed it out and made it look new.Very honest service. I was recently rear ended and my insurance company referred me to two other places but as is my usual habit, I did some checking of their reviews and wasnt too keen on going. Then I found Best Choice - which truly turned out to be exactly as their name implies! INCREDIBLE courteous and prompt service. I drove over on a Saturday to show them the damage and pestered my insurance company to give me the green light to go there. My insurance company cautioned me they could not guarantee work done by any other body shop than the two they recommended. Nevertheless, I went with my gut and so glad I did. Not only did they do a STELLAR job (my cars back end looks better than it did the day I bought it), but they turned it around in 4 days, made the call for Enterprise Rental Car to come out and pick me up and on the day I picked my car up, they allowed me to leave the rental car at the shop for Enterprise to come and get. Finally, they washed the car better than my usual car wash ever has! Mike handled it all for me, was extremely professional and courteous and they guarantee their work for as long as you own your car! I cannot recommend enough! Ill be coming back to them for any paint touch ups for cosmetic reasons in the future. Thank you Best Choice - you truly are the best!

A week after I bought my Jeep, something hit the left passenger door and left a small ding with a couple of deep scratches! I was so upset. My husband referred me to Best Choice Collision- Im really glad he did! I spoke to Mike Minasyan. He was very professional and very helpful. He saw that I was upset and reassured me that theyd be able to make the repairs as if nothing ever happened. He also gave me an awesome quote! Very reasonable!After three days- I went to get my JeepAnd it REALLY looked as if it was never damaged. I looked at every angle.I also got a lifetime warranty. The job was amazing! The customer service was amazing! I normally don’t leave reviews but I have to say the team here is awesome. I had a minor bumper issue with my car and they provided a solution and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. A couple other places only quoted to replace/paint the bumper. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.Thank you.

Before I ended up at Best Choice, I had either called or stoped at 7 other shops trying to find a shop that wanted to take on the challenge of making repairs to my Sprinter. Some of the parts needed were discontinued and the job in itself was pretty much a pain in the butt to do. Every shop told me “no thank you” and pushed me out the door. Then I called and spoke with Hike, without hesitation he said he would for sure take on the work. I figured I might have just got lucky with a small shop that needed the work. But when I pulled in, it’s actually a huge shop with a lot of stuff going on. The girls in the office were super nice, they got me with Hike and he walked outside with me to check out the mess I brought for him to fix. He gave it a once over and asked for a day or two to look at it. A couple days later I get a call and a quote to make the repairs. (Which was way less than I was expecting to pay) the following day I was able to pick up my sprinter. I would love to say it was like new, but this is the oldest vehicle in my fleet and it’s a complete disaster. But what I brought it in for was working perfectly! When I get some more free time that I can go Sprinter free for a few days I’m bringing it back for a few more repairs. Thanks again Hike & nice office ladies.

Outstanding job! !! We own a 43 foot motorhome that had a tear in the rear side of the fiberglass along with deep scratches and dents on both sides of the back. We also have a Cadillac Escalade with deep scratches on the side door. All of the problems were fixed and an outstanding job was done restoring our motor home and Cadillac to a brand new state. Haik is the very pleasant owner and he along with his excellent staff did an outstanding job delivering our vehicles in a week. We will be using their services again.
