Never received product from Ebay. U-POL Raptor kit. $140. I did all the calling around to find out what went wrong. I made claim for refund. But withdrew thinking seller would fix the issue. Apparently customer satisfaction wasnt shown here. Ive learned as well not all businesses practice due diligence and good faith practices. Ultimately Fedex is to blame. But i let seller know if situation. Withdrew my claim and nothing has been rectified

My husband sent me to pick up some supplies for his restoration project. I Went in confused as could be (as is expected for a woman in an automotive store) and left completely satisfied! There was an older guy with brown hair who kept walking back and forth from the back to the front even though he saw me, so I figured I was out of luck and on my own. But when I turned around there was a larger gentleman behind me to greet me. I explained the project and he told me the most cost effective way to complete the job without any extra stuff. I appreciated his honesty since he could’ve easily ripped me off. When I called the manager to give him kudos, I was again surprised by the level of kindness and professionalism! Love this place, wish I knew what I was doing so we could shop here more!
