Neon Production Supply went above and beyond repairing a handful of broken amplifiers for us last fall. They had the parts in stock, and had them in perfect working order much quicker than I anticipated. These guys are top notch!

Used them to repair multiple speakers1st they took weeks to repair... brought a speaker back twice to fix then the last sub woofer I had reformed.... over a month later I had to contact them and they still had not even started the repair ... told me they had to order the parts ( mind you this speaker had been there a month at this time and they have not yet ordered) another month went by and I got a phone call that the repair was done but in the process damaged the speaker and would not charge me (What relief that was @?! Not to get charged for breaking my $600 speaker...???)Because the speaker was now damaged and you taking over two months to repair I did not feel that it was urgent to get down there and get my speakerToday when I went down there I was told it has been more than three months since They had this speaker and took two months for them to fix.... and that they have basically stolen it from me ....she even smiled..if you dont want to get ScrewedI would highly recommend you take your Business elsewhere

I get anything and everything I can get repaired here. Brian, Elise, Rebakah, and Aaron are amazing and I wish I could do all my repair business with this top notch team. They handle Crown JBL and Pioneer among other things and always let me know every step of the process and if there will be any delays. They have also fixed other amps that were older such as a Yamaha amp that was 20 years old. If youre in the AV business and need items or a repair center dont go anywhere else!

I do a lot of freelance production work and always need the little supplies - tapes, batteries, marking pens, audio adapters, etc., but I usually dont need large quantities. Neon is easy to order from and has great prices, and I can get everything I need at once. Im so glad that I found them, and will never again buy my supplies from anywhere else.
