Yep... No response to a simple email inquiry. I guess business is good! Question whether the business actually exists or is a sham... dont know/dont care. Probably best to shop elsewhere.

I am editing the review below. 4 stars because they have a great website that helps you get the correct parts and ships very quickly. But it took me an extra 2 weeks to get my issue resolved.I ordered a belt and got it quickly, but it was incorrect. Ive sent numerous emails, but have yet to hear back. Hoping a bad review will move the process along a bit. I will edit this review if my issue gets resolved quickly. Day 4 - got a return label in my email. Bumped up to 3 stars. - now 4 stars for finally getting the correct belt.

I hate to be another polar review, my experience with LP Gear was awesome. Their website is phenomenal, however I didnt order through their website, actually through Amazon. The carbon fidelity stylus I ordered for my LP60 AT turntable fit perfectly, I listened to The Chain from the Rumors LP, then changed the stylus. It isnt a night and day difference for the normal person, however, it is a very good difference. Better sound across the board, with the highs being more defined, the lows being more warm and pronounced. The technical acoustic challenges of this song with very quiet instrumentation and wide bass and how well their carbon fidelity needle made an impact in the parts that I appreciate in the mastering of music. Wow. Even if you arent an audiophile, definitely go ahead and pick one up anyways. Their needle is cut and engineered in a way to help save your records for more plays, and it makes an entry level modern turntable sound absolutely fantastic. I personally had no issues with shipping or anything like others have said. Funnily enough, I wasnt supposed to get this stylus for almost two more weeks. I just wish I knew they were local to me in Las Vegas. I will be visiting soon, thank you LP gear for everything. I will be picking up a belt soon from you guys

This place was recommended to me by my local record store. They have every thing you could possibly need to rebuild or update any kind of turntable new or vintage. Seems to be one of only 2 places in the entire world where I could buy a replacement cartridge for a turntable from the seventies.. Thank you for your expertise, I would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. I have emailed them 5 times over two weeks for simple warranty info regarding a product. No response. Their products may be good, but I wouldnt expect any response should you have a problem. Expect your sale to be final.

I ordered 2 stylus. Have not recieved my product. They said it shipped and gave me a tracking number but I never received any product. They emailed me after saying they sent me the wrong information and the item was not in stock over a 3 days after I was told it was shipped and on its way.

****AVOID****Ordered a belt for my Technics turntable. Item was never received. They provided me with a tracking number which said that it was delivered to Toronto and basically told me to go find it. Wish I had have read these reviews first as this seems to be common with them. One star is only because that is the minimum.

Bought two items a day apart and they combined shipping. Good prices and their CFN95SE cartridge kicks ass! Immediate improvement in sound. First go around was an A plus and fast shipping.

Reached out for a local pickup solution for myself using their online form. I got a response right away and Stephanie help me all throughout the process from start to finish. Even through all my annoying emails!I was purchasing an upgrade stylus for my AT LP60 turntable, as well as a backup original replacement. The checkout process was quick and easy and I very much enjoyed both of my products. The upgraded stylus was easy to install and was quite a noticeable difference from the stock stylus. This was for the upgrade kit for the LP60, that comes with their own ATN-3600DLXSE stylus and I do recommend that as an upgrade over the stock stylus.Unfortunately, I had an accident only two days in as I was going to check the timing of the TT and accidentally scraped the needle against my slipmat =( Thankfully as I said I got a backup stock AT stylus so Im covered. And the whole thing was such a breeze I will be reordering an upgraded stylus again as soon as I can, because I liked it that much. Do not hesitate to order from LP Gear!

I ordered a needle, record cleaner, and a brush from LP Gear. it only took 7 busness days for it to arrive from Nevada to Ontario, Canada. I am extremely happy with my order and am currently listening to Pauls Boutique on vinyl! Also Lp Gear was the only place that had the needle i was looking for, for a 89 Hitachi turntable. I highly recommend LP Gear!

Started off rocky / got concerned when items appeared to ship to wrong locations (incorrect tracking #)...then took a while to get a reply...they appear to have a more advanced online tool but perhaps a less sophisticated or understaffed back end. Maybe to be expected with such niche products. I will try them again.

Just about the worst customer service ever. no answer to emails, and low quality belts that dont even work properly. its a shame google gives them as a first result when searching for turntable belts because this company is terrible. no phone number only fax or email that they dont answer. Received my items on time.i had no problems with my order.

Received my cartridge with a broken needle because of poor packing (The cartridge was loose in much larger box than it needed with no padding). When I sent it back they refused to give me a refund and said it was my fault somehow. Nicole has terrible customer service and I would never buy from this online shop again and I highly recommend you dont either.

Abosolute worst, do not do business with these people, they sell poor quality replacement parts. Use a different site, any site would be better.
