Home theater system absolutely professional every step of the way fromdesign to showing up on time and completing everything in a timely fashion. Then, when there was a glitch (more due to me than anything), Neil jumped right on it during his off time to come by and straighten me out! Everything works great and is exactly how we designed it in our first meeting. Thanks to you and all the guys!

Worst customer service ever. Alarm company is Horrible. They are lairs. I was told with my own equipment i would i could cancel with 30 days notice. Sales person lied and gave me 5 year contract. I never complain. stay away from these thieves. They threaten me into paying 500$ or they will report me to collection. Take my advice and stay away from this garbage company.

I refuse to give them any stars if I had a choice.I have to agree with Sam. This Company was selected by previous owner of my home I purchased. I had to carry over their service because I was told by JulieAnn (she handles all service calls plus contracts) that the contract the previous owner of my home signed was still effective even after the house was sold and purchased by me. I could of fought and argued this but it wasnt worth time for me to do that since I needed monitoring service anyway at the time. Wish I would of thought otherwise. Fuzion3 has worst customer service ever that I have experienced. You think if the service is horrible their cost might be competitive to compete in the market but thats not the case either with them. Do not engage in any contract with them, they are terrifying to deal with.

I got a professional installation and a team that backed up their product/work. I found Impressive Home Theaters prices to be very competitive with the big chain dealers. In addition, the quality of the product offered by Fuzion3 was not even available through the local chain stores. Competitive price, quality product and knowledgeable staff puts Fuzion3 on the top of my list. I would highly recommend Fuzion3 to anyone considering a home theater system.
