They no longer sell anything at this location. After you purchase something you can come here to pick it up but theres no shopping here anymore at all and all their Clearance furniture is no longer here.

We needed a new mattress for our guest room - so we decided to go the the outlet warehouse at Lamb and Craig here in Las Vegas. It is now closed, but the distribution center is next to the closed outlet, so we went in and asked about mattresses. The lady behind the counter was so helpful. She suggested we look up what we might want in my phone and she would check to see if it was in stock. After a few minutes we made a decision - paid for it right there - and loaded it up and took it home. Saved us a couple of hours of going to one of the retail stores.Thank you for providing us with that opportunity.The Butlers.

I went to the RC Willy at Henderson near winco the sales man apparently didn’t know where the whirlpool is made because I asked to buy an American made. He told me it was made in Michigan. Come to find out it wasn’t made in the USA. It was made in PRC China.I wanted to make sure the money would be spent all in the USA not founding the human right abuser the communist China who is against freedom democracy and the USA.

I had my brand new tv delivered yesterday the two gentleman handling the installation were fabulous, knowledgeable and while completing the installation they answered all the questions I had. they went the extra mile and my Tv, sound bar and other units synced and working wonderfully. Priory to finishing they took the time to explain the tv’s different functions and again made me feel like I received everything and above during the install process. Once again I’m a RC Willy customer for life. Lastly a job well done ‘

Found what we wanted. The Rep Was helpful and got us thru the process quickly. We bought an install package. I assumed that it would cover wall fish to hide the HDMI and power cords. Evidently it did not and we were charged additional monies for that. Not a huge deal just been nice if I would have remembered to ask and he remembered to tell me. The installers were quick and professional. The Cabinet we bought was pre damaged on arrival. The discovered this and notified their people. We are getting a replacement next week.

Great service however the installers need to wear booties over their shoes when entering the house, especially on carpet.

I’m from Oregon and just moved here. Husband suggested RC Willey for furniture and appliances. I am sold! This place is amazing! They have everything you’d want and then some, everyone (sales staff to the delivery/installation people) is friendly and helpful. I’m a customer for life now. Everything is good quality, beautiful and the delivery people set it up with care. Can’t beat what they offer!

Phenomenal experience furnishing my new home with mostly items purchased at RC Willey. The fact that shipping was free after the first purchase made us come back to RC Willey over and over again. Not to mention the incredible support we received from the 2 salesman we dealt with. Both were VERY knowledgeable in their respective departments & we look for those salesman whenever we go back.

Great store. Friendly and courteous employees. Watch for their great sales. I especially like movie releases. Best blue-ray prices on the opening day. Also good appliance prices.

I recently purchased a 65 sony television and stand, couch and rug for my living room. Everything was priced well, and looks amazing. The sales person was attentive but not aggressive, quite accommodating. All and all, it has been a very good experience.

Worse customer service ever. Had to wait over an hour and be transferred thru about 10 different places just to even try to speak to a sales rep about a fridge I wanted to purchase for 1200$. But still after an hour of hold time more hold without even asking if I mind. Glad they started right away with the poor service saved me the hassle of doing business with them and would recommend finding somewhere else where customer service is reasonable.

If you want furniture dont go anywhere else, this is THE place! Ask for Jorge he is the best

The worst customer service i have ever encountered! words cannot describe! i gave itn1 star because a -0 isnt an option!! i bought a sofa and was talked into purchasing the protection warranty for 7 years, & i was informed, anytime i needed my couches cleaned to contact the store & they would come out. i had 4 other family members with me & all of us were under the same impression. thats the only reason why i agreed to purchase this 7 year protection plan. i needed my couch cleaned due to everyday use, family, kids, pets, life.. well i flat out got called a liar by the employee at the store. they said i was never told this and started to argue with me. he was rude, disrespectful and insensitive. i am shocked the type of customer service this place gives. its disgusting and disrespectful. i asked to speak to a supervisor he ignored my request. i asked for this situation to get fixed and once again i was told NO! he continued to argue with me and wouldnt listen to my concerns. I was made to feel shame and hurt and disrespected. getting called a liar and getting felt like i was being degraded by these people it has left me shocked. All i wanted was my wishes to be fulfilled just as promised. i did not want to sit and have him yell at me on the phone and make me feel worthless. i said since this isnt the case then i was frauded of my money & would like a refund. he once again started to talk down on me and disrespect me.i am not sure how this place is even in business with such rude, insensitive and disrespectful employees who lack customer service & sit and argue with a paying customer.. How can corporate allow such thing???? this place is a true disappointment and ill make sure my friends and family & everyone else finds out about such treatment. If you want to be treated like your worthless & get dregraded & disrespected & scammed then go here!Stay away!!! its disgusting, and sad!! HOPE YOU HAVE REALLY LOW EXPECTATION! We drove 4 hours to pick up the desk of my sisters dreams. We called ahead to make sure the desk would be there. When we arrived on-site, we had to wait 30 mins to get the desk loaded. When they brought it out, we realized the foot on the desk had been broken off and glued back on, it also had wear marks on it since it wasnt actually in a box. Unfortunately it was the only one. They told us they couldnt fo anything, and if we wanted the desk we would have to drive to thier other location.So we had to drive 30 more minutes to thier distribution center to pick up a new one. We were told it would be all ready to go when we got there. When we arrived, were told it will be 45 minutes. And there is nothing they can do for us! FINALLY GETTING OUR DESK, LUCKILY MY SISTER MADE THEM OPEN THE BOX! ITS THE WRONG COLOR! THIS HAS GOT TO BE A JOKE!

Diring the transaction he let us know that we had a free delevery because of a previous puchase and offered us to use it.
