We went window shopping for a new sectional and mattress. The service was so good and Timothy Callahan was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and then some. We came back the very next day and spent a couple more hours asking questions. Timothy was so patient and helpful. We ended up walking away with exactly the sectional and mattress we wanted. Melissa is the customer service/credit department was get as well. Easy to apply for financing and answered all our questions. Great experience overall.
Went in, straight to floor coverings, Sandy introduced herself and asked if we needed help or had any questions. We asked about certain types of carpet and padding and she pointed us in the right direction then left us alone to shop. When we were ready she answered all our questions, helped us with the right pad choice, wrote up our order and we will have a guy out next week to measure and installation before Thanksgiving!! Perfect before our family arrives! Quick and easy and she was so helpful! Beautiful carpet at a great price! We cant wait 💜
Me and my friend went to the store to buy a bed with all its accessories and we finance it, Lazcano was professional and knows the stuff, but in the finance department after we applied for credit after we submit all the info (name, driving licence card, social security number, DOB... )the supervisor (may be the manager) Nicole she insisted us to see the physical card of SS card, I ask why? The credit report company wants it, that was the first time I have heard, we bought from all other company by financing and he has 794 credit score person, even though anybody can apply for credit online without touching the store door, she couldnt proceed it and blocked the employees, so went to home and bring it the card, if it was for me I may not be comeback and the customer for that company but he did it.being lied from a major company is sad

Great experience. I called ahead to see if they had a moment do switch in stock, they said yes and they’d put it aside for me. When I got there, I asked for Moses and he brought it out for me. Quick, easy, and all around great experience.
The great thing is I was not harassed by any sales person. This makes it easier to relax and not feel pressured into purchasing something you didn’t really want. I’ve been going here since inception and I continue to do so because of the excellent quality of their furniture!
RC Willey in Las Vegas Nevada located off of Town Center Dr is the worst .We purchased furniture for our dinning room and family room ( Sales Person was very good ) but thats where it ended .The delivery drivers wore No Masks, stood in front of our home cursing dropping F bombs because they didnt want to bring the items through the garage .We also Purchased carpet which it took a few weeks to come in and two days for them toInstall and the seams showed two tone colors . I had to speak with several managers to have someone come and look at the carpet . They determined the carpet was defective and couldnt be replaced because it was discontinued .We spoke to DiDi the the flooring manager who was basically useless . She informed us they didnt have anything close to the price and style we had and she wanted us to pay the difference on a upgrade for carpet that was $2.00 square ft more adding an additional 3k to our already $6300 order . My husband was so upset that they wanted to make more money and get an additional 3k for something that was totally not our fault . We canceled the order and requested a refund .DiDi refused to remove the padding or the tack strip leaving little nails at the entrances to the bedrooms where the carpet once was. I was worried sick that my grandkids would accidentally step on the nails and get hurt . We will never shop with them again it was truly the worst experience fromStart to Finish.
The customer service was really good but overall experience not so much.We were shopping around a day before we saw something that we liked the seller told us everything about price, delivery time all the deals on that product. Great!!!Next day we decide to buy. After waiting for while ( not a problem but) when he came with the invoice EVERYTHING THAT HE TOLD US WAS NOT APPLIED. And he didn’t say anything until he showed us the invoice.We bought it but I felt that we were scammed on the store.
We just bought a mattress set along with a living room set last night. I just wanted to praise Karl for being an amazing experience. He payed very close attention to what we needed and wanted with no awkward pressure like the other people who spoke to us. I went to RC Willey and found a bedroom dresser which I really liked and the price was very reasonable. I left the store so I could think about purchasing it but only if the dresser came in white.I went back a couple of days later, found the bedroom dresser,, found a very nice salesman, ask him if the dresser came in white,, he said it did, I told him I would buy it. All was very easy, I paid for it and it will be delivered to my house Thursday, 9/9. RC Willey has beautiful furniture and very friendly sales personnel.
Christopher, my sales guy in Appliances, was easy to work with over the phone. I was able to order the refrigerator I wanted, he arranged for delivery and they are taking my old fridge away. Plus I was able to use my Blue Member points and I saved even more! I LOVE RC Willey. I have been buying from them for 15 years, they never disappoint.

The salesman are great! However, the cashiers Ive dealt with havent been friendly nor do they offer information unless asked. its almost like pulling teeth. If they get retrained this would be a 5 star experience. The furniture and appliances are top of the line and that is why I continue to go to RC Willey.
Rune is your go to guy! We recently moved from California to Las Vegas and decided to stop by and get some ideas on modern pieces. We ended up furnishing 95% of our home from here. They say they are competitive with rates compared to competitors. I thought it was just something they would say to new guests but boy were they right! Quality has been great. You’ll also read some reviews about damages to previous deliveries and installs. I could definitely say they have improved immensely! No problems here! Now, to get to Rune. Rune Johnson has been the best sales associate I have came across. No one is pushy and follows you around but they stay close for any questions and needs. But Rune, he took care of us in every way possible. We changed our invoices about 10 times and he had the patience to deal with us. We even called him on his cell phone the second time we came back to purchase items. Even though he was off, he came in just to help us! I highly recommend this place and Rune! You will NOT regret it.

I had never been to RC Willeys before so this was definitely an adventure, everybody is so nice and knowledgeable and directs you all over the store to where you need to be.I think that the next time I go Im going to just make it my day trip because it is so huge with so many different options. Definitely would recommend the store to anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.
We had been looking for appliances for a month and decided to try our luck at RC Willey. Katie greeted us when we walked into the Appliance department and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond my wife’s expectations. We walked out feeling like we made a great decision purchasing our kitchen appliances from here. Katie wasn’t pushy and was very patient with us.

Management is rude and unprofessional. Order has been messed up since June. Still have broken bed. The wood was split on headboard. Have not received chest or nightstands. Bed frame was removed from my residence by delivery drivers in June without authorization to do so. Spoke to management in June. They were supposed to speak to drivers and warehouse and get back to me. Have not heard anything despite speaking to two separate people. Was called a liar today by management because I didnt remember the names of the people previously spoken to. She said they dont take items from residence. I was told today again management will check with delivery and get back to me. The best part is, 18 months no interest payments to begin upon delivery. Received email today of a late payment and and late fee for a payment due that I never received a bill for that was due 5 days ago. Mind you purchase is already on my credit and I have no received bedroom set. Horrible experience all together. Expected delay in delivery is sometime in late September, when original delivery date was July. First time doing business with this company and definitely my last. Only good thing is this is that the dining set that I paid cash for has a broken rung on the chair already. Cheap furniture at high prices.
Sales person in appliance that assisted me was Craig. I needed a new fridge, washer/dryer and wine cooler. LG appliance was recommended since a lot of RC Wiley employees purchased so I did the same. Craig’s knowledge of appliance sizing vs cabinetry space was very helpful. Saved some money as the washer/dryer went on sale. Best part, my home won’t be completed til November and RC will store and deliver when home is completed… great! Have purchased from RC previously and will do again.
Always buying furniture from this store, but this time i was completely disappointed. Purchased complete bedroom set and all of the items came damaged. The ones that wasn’t damaged the drivers damaged them. They suppose to assemble them but half job done. Half assembled half not. Lets get back to the store.. the only one person which was nice and did the job right was the sales person Maria and the Manager (can’t remember his name i was so frustrated) who actually professional and calm. The cashier was so rude, missing couple hrs on simple math. Somehow she decided that because of the low price guarantee instead of me to receive some money back i need to pay her 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Well and that person works with people and store money. It was something like 2+2 =3 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ So if it wasnt the The sales person and the manager will give negative stars !!!

I went in to buy a dishwasher. It was my first time in the store, feels more uncomfortable than walking into a Victorias Secret, with salespeople hovering like buzzards around a carcass. I walked in quickly and saw 6 salesmen look at me, and one started coming at me. I averted my eyes and tried to pretend he was not there, to no avail. Hes talking at me loudly and quickly. Luckily I kind of already knew what I wanted, so I bought it fast and got out of there. Its not their fault, Im sure theyre told to act like predators. However, I would prefer a less intense shopping experience.
We purchased furniture two separate times, and we are very pleased not only with our purchase, but also with the customer service. Karl H went over and above in helping us. We even kept changing our minds and he took it like a champ. He knows the products well and is great at helping you coordinate pieces.

When we went in we realized that the color of the bedroom set looked different than online so Natalya helped us find one we liked.

Sales rep JP was awesome! He is knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy or aggressive! I loved his personality! I walked the whole entire show room looking for the one special piece! Unfortunately the warehouse team along with delivery were a total disappointment! They ruined a one of a kind piece, I almost cry to see the item was not packed at all! It came broken and dirty! The delivery guy who unloaded the piece was not even wearing gloves and he left his dirty hand prints all over! There carelessness was unbelievable, I had to return it! I’m still processing the disappointment! The sad part is no one admitted their mistake all they do is pass the ball around! The item may not be in stock until September😖

I went to RCWilley’s to buy a replacement water filter for my refrigerator. The salesman I spoke with looked up my account and the refrigerator type, found the filters I needed ( he saw on the computer that I always buy two at a time) and referred me to the cashier’s area. He was polite, efficient, and professional while being friendly. A good combination. The cashier was also efficient while engaging me in conversation as she did her work on the computer. I was in and out in a short amount of time. I usually wander around and look at things but for this trip I needed to be in and out ~ fast.I enjoy your store and shop there a lot. Your staff is always pleasant which is important to me.
We walked in the store in Summerlin and no one greeted us even though they greeted the person in front of us and after us. We walked around looking for dining chairs and still no one offered us assistance but others around us were being approached. My husband asked a male associate about some dining room chairs. The associate said those chairs are out of stock and walked away. We were in the store for 20 minutes before someone finally came over to help us. Elvira gets 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. She confirmed the chairs were in stock and sold us 6 dining room chairs, an office desk file cabinet and shelf. RC Wiley had about 5 to 7 associates standing in a group talking and laughing while customers were browsing and that is the reason for the 3 stars. It would have been 1 star if not for Elvira.

I wasn’t happy with Gab. Treatment toward me.He treated me unfairly.He noted the ticket so many times that if I’ll try to ask for the free delivery that I paid for my price will go up.He was extremely disrespectful.He also noted that he informed me about that.Plus he noted how much the price would go up to .When he was typing the notes he was basically hit on the keys so hard that I felt scared.Plus he noted on the ticket to be contacted personally with any questions or if I tried.I buy all my furniture from RC Willey.My whole family does too.He said I can talk to the furniture manager but that he is not a nice a person. So I better not.Never been humiliated or treated like that.And when I went to pay he was going back and forth by the cashier to see if I’ll ask for the free delivery kind trying to intimidate me to a point where the customer Representituve made a comment. What a freak.He was acting like a total freak who doesn’t belong to work at RC Willey.He is very defensive and arrogant.I’ll never go back to RC Willey because of my experience with Gab.the clearance department manager.I felt harassed by him and humiliated.The customer service rep. Have a number to call and complain especially when he was spacing back and forth when I was trying to pay.

I sent my newphew there to pick a bed for his son. I could not go myself but the sales lady was very nice and allowed me to pay by phone. My Lil newphew will enjoy his new Jeep bed. Very cute

My overall experience was fantastic. I was greeted at the door. The first two salespeople I encountered looked up at me and continued whatever task they were performing on their cellphones. I proceeded to look around and out of nowhere a kind gentleman Mark Denitto approached me and asked me if he could be of any assistance. I explained to Mark what I needed. I was very specific. Mark took his time and showed me different pieces of furniture and explained the features of each piece. I explained to Mark that although I would be making a large purchase, I needed to wait for my son to arrive to make a final decision. Mark was very patient and made this shopping experience for my son and myself quite memorable! I will continue to shop at RC WILLEY and I will certainly look for Mark! He is my go to salesman. I ordered a dining room buffet which the delivery company refused to deliver because they had to bring it upstairs (3 story home with dining on the 2nd floor). I’ve ordered much bigger pieces from other furniture companies that were delivered upstairs with no issues. RC Willey told me that they would give me a refund but never did then became unresponsive so I had no buffet and was out $1700. I had to end up disputing the charge with my credit card company which was successful. Then RC Willey had the nerve to mail me a $1700 bill which accrues interest monthly for a buffet that I never received. I’ve attempted to contact them about their ridiculous bill and again no response. I’m just glad my good friend is an attorney in case I have to sue these people.

I needed new bedding, and Angela Morrison, my salesperson, was excellent in every respect. She was knowledgeable, patient with me, very helpful in giving me options, and handled my purchase very professionally. I liked her a lot as I have all my RC Willey sales people.
Went to look at refrigerators with a specific model in mind. We were greeted immediately and the salesperson took us to the model we were interested in. Was very knowledgeable and DID NOT try to upsell us. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. True professional that listens to his customers. Cant wait for my new refrigerator to be delivered 😄
We have been big fans and frequent buyers at RC Willey for many years, and continue to be. I just purchased a new TV there yesterday. I must say that I have been disappointed by a fairly recent purchase. Back in late January or early February we purchased a dining room table, chairs and sidebar. We hoped to have them delivered in March. It’s now mid-July and we still won’t have them for at least another month.We understand the difficulty caused by supply chain backlogs, but other problems have worsened the delay. We were told most of the items were in, but they were awaiting two chairs and didn’t want to break up the delivery. A couple of weeks later everything was in but that they only deliver to our area once a month and that the delivery scheduled for two weeks in advance was already full so they wouldn’t be able to deliver for another six weeks.When we purchased the items we were expecting delivery in March, we haven’t seen them yet and we are keeping our fingers crossed we will get them in August. Disappointing.

The showroom is great. Our salesperson Angela was great, not pushy, quick with the paperwork, knowledgeable. My only downside was the financing. I wanted to finance to add a different type of account to my credit report. They only approved me for $500 on a $3200 request. I ended up paying cash, but it was disappointing that they were so low on the approval amount.
Salesman was in a hurry and seemed to want to rush to get me on my way so he could move on to a higher paying customer because I was only looking for a cheap replacement dryer.Also, customer service representative at checkout seemed delighted to tell me my $50 coupon was not useable because I bought something on clearance.

All of the sales people we have met have been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Guy sold us our dinette set with the help of Charlean on a Monday when Guy was off. Diego sold us our LG washer & dryer. Our only complaint is that we’re still waiting for our dinette set to be delivered, but that is out of the control of your sales associates.
I am/was a long time customer. I bought a mattress, which appears to be defective, and went to exchange it for a different one. You are allowed one comfort exchange. I picked out a mattress and was told it would be an additional $150. When I came back the next day I also told it would be an additional $225. When I went to pay for it it was an additional $450. The mattresses I have purchased at Best Mattress had a longer life compared to the several Ive purchased at RC Willey. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I had picked out flooring for a remodel at RC Willey but I will not be purchasing from them. I am disappointed as I feel their customer service has really gone down hill.
Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable associate we dealt with. I explained what I was looking for and he helped me find it without a lot of wasted time looking at something else. Very knowledgeable in the items we purchased as far as warranties etc.
Great store, my first time there, so wasnt sure what to expect. Tony Costa was the sales rep who helped me, he was a great help. I only showed up wanting to buy 1 item and ended up spending $6000 on other things I honestly really needed to find also. Would shop there again anytime i need furniture!
I recommend everyone going to RC Willey if they want to purchase items that are actually in stock. Shopped multiple places where they are 4-8 weeks out. Satisfied customer.

The furniture is decent... But DO NOT buy the extended warranty. They will find any reason not to cover anything that is supposed to be covered. If they are that sleazy and dishonest on the warranties, you know that they are in other areas as well.
I received, Friendly kind and prompt service. The staff is knowledgeable of the products they sale in the department and will suggest a knowledgeable staff member for another department, there are several items at affordable prices and the price match. I signed up for credit with a 10-15 minute process and could use the credit immediately. After purchasing an ipad that was in store by the time the process was over the ipad had already sold and i had to order one that would arrive a few days later.
Salesperson, Guy, was very helpful and gave me valuable information when I was laboring on a decision between two items that made my decision much easier.
